He is still loved even without arms and legs
A sturdy container for your child's lunch BUT the arms and legs came off within a month beginning to use this product. I give it 4 stars though because he still is loved even without his arms and legs.

    Great for SpongeBob fans!
My daughter used this for preschool and within 2 months one arm came off and then the other not long after. The legs lasted longer but in about 8 months Spongebob had no arms or legs! I don't believe lunchboxes should be bought for durablity only, otherwise buy a plain metal one like adults carry. They should be fun! I factor in 2 lunchboxes per school term.........

      Unbelievable!
My daughter is in love with her new lunchbox, and it seems to be well made, but who is the genuis (obviously someone without kids) who made the thermos HAND WASH ONLY???? Clearly this person has never found the thermos under the front seat of the car after Spring Break or had their child touch it after fingerpainting.

Rule #1 of making stuff for kids: it needs to be able to go in the washing machine or dishwasher. If you have a great idea for something that can't be easily washed and sterilized, see rule #1.

        Hot Wheels Soft Lunch Kit
My 3-yr old son just started preschool. He happpens to love all car toys. I found this lunch bag to be perfect for him. It's durable and lightweight so he can easily carry it around and I won't have to worry about it being worn out fast. He was scared for the first few days of school but as soon as the lunch bag arrived (we get mails anywhere between 1-2 wks.), he was all excited to go to school to start using it!

The bus is a pleaser, the blocks however......
My 2 year old loves to push this bus around the house. The blocks seems a little to big to fit into the bus, and there is not enough spaces on the bus roof for stacking blocks. But a great toy for the price.

Son Loves It - but it Falls Apart
This is such a cute little toy... My son has loved pushing it around the house and will spend ten minutes taking the people in and out of the bus. Great for fine motor and depth perception, and concentration!!
The only problem is that the darned thing has fallen apart three times. He is the average child, but not too hard on his toys. Elmer's glue has done the trick. Just thought I'd let you know.

            cool game
bad graphics but okey every thing else. I like the school theme. nothing wild and new. nothing wonderful about it. kinda fun. go buy tekken 3.

            Great Fighting Game for all!
Rival Schools:United by Fate is a great fighting game!
It's different from the usual(and boring) Street Fighter or X-men fighting games. The graphics are great and each character has his/her own unique fighting ability. Also, not only are the team-up specials amazing, they're various! They depends on the secondary player. It's not like those Street Fighter games where almost all the moves are similar. And there are lots of secret characters to choose from. A great fighting game I recomend strongly!

            The new school fighting
Rival schools is the greatest 3d fighting game along with Project Justice. Both games involes the schools around Japan. It has something that Marvel V.S Capcom has. Team ups, well not using D hyper combos. But has great animation witch this one looks blocky and cartoon feeling so buy this game and learn some new school moves.

            Playchute Parachute
            Made by Pacific Play Tents
            Age Group: 36 months - 8 years
              Amazon base price: $
The parachute gambit is a teacher's secret weapon--a tried-and-true way to annihilate the afternoon blahs. At approximately 9 feet in diameter, with handles all the way around for little (or big) hands to grab, this sunny Playchute Parachute is just smaller than the classroom standard. Fling it into the air and watch it drift down. Run underneath it and watch the colors rain down. Throw a few stuffed animals in the center and bounce them around. Simple, satisfying thrills, and worth every penny. --Claire Dederer

              Play Can Be Educational
I bought this parachute to take to Ecuador, South America with me to use in the Elementary school. I found it to be a huge help witht the language barrier and the children had a blast. I left it at the school when I came back to the states and I plan on purchasing another one for my own classroom. This is such a great investment!

              Dimensions
I bought this parachute despite not being sure of it's dimensions. The description did state it is about 9 feet but others I had found on-line (10 or 12 feet) seemed much more expensive so I expected something smaller. Anyway, I just received it today and I am quite excited. The parachute is actually 10 feet in diameter and has 12 handles. So it is much larger than I had originally expected. This is a great deal and I can't wait for my kids to wake up from their naps so we can play!

              Great Parachute!
I bought two of these parachutes; one for my daughter and one as a gift. They have been a big hit. Kids come up with great uses for the parachute beyond the play pictured on the box. The parachutes make great forts to hide in and when draped over a window they give a room a bright and colorful glow that kids love. We have also used the parachute as a picnic blanket and strung it in trees to provide shade. You can't miss buying this parachute and Amazon.com's price is great. I have seen the same item go for over $40.00 on ebay. My kids are 3 and 4 and I forsee that they will be playing with their parachute for a long, long time yet. Loving our parachutes!

This is a book review for Thomas & The School Trip for MFLP
This is a great MFLP book for Thomas friends old and new. My 3yr.old loves to hear the engines talk while playing the educational games. Thomas and his friends teach shapes, colors, opposittes, matching and problem solving while taking the children on a school trip. After each page is read aloud to your child,(ideally, your child will read along silently) he can explore Thomas's surroundings or choose to play a game. My son loves the games and seems to be appropriately challenged; not frustrated with the content. This is the first book we purchased outside of the MFLP w/ it's initial book. Even so, I think this will prove to be one of the better books.

                Great educational toy for youngsters!
I initally bought the regular Leap Pad for my then 5 year old daughter last Christmas. She loves it! But then my 2 year old son started getting into hers, so we decided to get him the My First Leap Pad this past Christmas. He can't get enough of it. He plays with it at least 2-3 times a day, and he has actually learned from the toy. They think they are playing, but they are learning at the same time. I have owned quite a few Leap Frog Products, and every one has been great! I would not hesitate to buy any of Leap's products, they are all good investments in our children's future.

I really think the leap frog of thomas the tank engine is really educational. My son loves it and really is learning from it. He has come with new vocabulary everday. Thanks.

We like it enough we're going to give it a 3rd try
Our toddler loves her float! She's quite comfortable in it, and it (thankfully) gives our arms a break in the pool. However, we're about to return our second one to the store to give it a 3rd shot. First one, the steering wheel broke off before we even got it blown up (and left a couple of unsafe, sharp plastic pieces behind). Store swapped it out for us, no problem, except now the second one has a leak (blew it up last night, it's flat this morning). Guess we'll be taking it back again. Hopefully the third time's the charm as my daughter really seems to like it and (despite our experience thus far) it feels like it ought to be more durable than many of the alternatives.

                  OK for very young babies
3-stars for fun because he enjoyed it for about 5 minutes till he realized that he couldn't hit the water with his hands.

3-stars for educational value because there really isn't any.

5-stars for durability because we just bought it and he probably won't use it again till he is a better swimmer.

We bought this toy for our 18 month old son who is fearless when it comes to the water (but doesn't understand that you can't breathe underwater....so he has to be watched closely). He kept trying to dive out of it and then he would cry because he couldn't reach the water to splash-splash.

This toy is better suited for either a much younger child who is afraid of the water or one that is already a swimmer.

Passed the two year old test
We got our "toddler racer" in the mail yesterday, and my two year old son was already honking the horn, turning the wheel and trying to climb in before I could finish inflating it. Our pool experience was a lot more fun as we could swim and play games with him without having to take turns holding him at all times. He had a blast, too. He's still obsessed with it and is actually sitting in it right now (inside the house). Highly recommended!

                    She laughs and dances
When we play with this toy ... and she is only 1 .... she loves "chewing" on the people, and playing the music.

I just wish that there was more options to the sayings/music or at least the music played longer than just sampling it.

A great toy for your own Little Person!
My mother got this toy for our son at his first Christmas, when he was 4 months old - - he's now almost 11 months. He wasn't too interested in it at first, but over the past couple of months, it has really become one of his favorites. I know it is intended for toddlers+, but my little one really likes to take the people in and out of the bus - - the top is open so it's easy for him to do. He loves it when we push the button to make the songs play. And he likes to open and close the doors. I think he will enjoy this one for a long time to come, and we're planning on getting him other Little People sets for his upcoming birthday.
