*OUTSTANDING* toy. But there are some problems

Yep. That and more. For awhile, it was a soft place for him to lie and look at stuff. Then it became stuff for him to kick, and figure out his feet and legs. Then, slowly, he started to be able to reach the pieces, feel their texture, and even trigger some of the hidden gems. (The sea horse, for example, makes music when you squeeze it - and is still making music after months and months of being played, although we havent change the battery, and cant figure out how to if it ever becomes needed.)
My only question is the "12 months and under" part. He's already using it to pull up and stand, at under 9 months, and it isnt sturdy enough to hold him up. But for those first nine months, you'll want it!
What a lifesaver!

Jameson loves Celeste
Excellent toy starting from birth

If it's not noisy, it's not fun!Seriously, though, we set aside quiet time in the evenings for the family, and the noisier toys are put away. Mornings are the rowdiest time in our household, and we try to wind things down when bedtime approaches so it's easier for the little ones to settle down to sleep.
This is one of my son's FAVORITE TOYs!

Fun Fun Fun!

Well, luckily, times have changed. If you want, you can have your own expensive collectible set, and your kids can have their play set because of Fisher-Price's wonderful offering.
Or you can simply have this set which I think would be enough, and enjoy using it to teach children about the birth of Christ. . . it's wonderful for even a 9 month old to play with. Both of my children are under the age of three, and my oldest has learned about Baby Jesus from this set. He loves to sit and play with it and sing "Away in A Manger". I think so highly of this set that I purchased two more sets for both of my nieces to have!
I admit that this is probably one toy that may make the biggest differences in the kind of lives that my children decide to lead as long as I share what is most important to them and their futures when I give them this toy: the message of Christ's birth.
The toy is durable. My kids mouth on this toy, sometimes they throw parts of this toy, and I even caught my oldest trying to use this toy as a stepping stool. It's still holding up very well and does not appear damaged in the least. This toy also does not take up a lot of real estate in the closet or when in storage.
I do wished they had included a shepherd. That's missing. But overall, I thought this was worth the money simply because the message that you can teach your children with this toy is really PRICELESS.

She has fun with it but the front wheels swivel too much - it would be good if you could lock them sometime as she is forever having to try and manuvoere the stroller
My 2 girls (2 and 5) absolutely love this stroller and play with it everyday. They have had it for about 2 weeks now and it's been bounced up and down the stairs, transported to the grandparents house where it was played with by at least 5 other kids besides my own, bounced up and down the stairs over there, rolled through the backyard, ran up and down the street where we live...so on and so forth. The big reason why I felt compelled to do a review is because we put the stroller through a very strenuous test today. We live about 1/4 of a mile from the beach, and we were all going to take a walk there and then take this nature trail which has an ocean view. The trail was covered with a boardwalk...not a raised boardwalk, but a rickety old one that sits directly on the sand. Some parts are even covered with sand that drifts onto the path. I told my daughter that the stroller might break if we take it with us and tried to convince her that it was a bad idea...no dice. She wanted to take her dolly "Trixie" out for a walk. So we take our 1/4 mile walk to the beach...stroller was fine. Then we take the rickety, bumpy boardwalk trail another 1/4 mile along the ocean, through sand and up and down hills...and then turn around and go 1/4 mile back to the beach...no problems. Then we walked back home another 1/4 mile...still no problems, and still going strong. My daughter looked at both my husband and I when we arrived home and said, "I told you my stroller wouldn't break...see?" She then demonstrated the brawniness of the wheels by running up and down the driveway. Well...she set us straight, didn't she? Buy this stroller ladies and gents...you won't be sorry.

A neat, fun, little set of cars.I think that they lose some appeal for him, as they're not as realistic looking as other toy cars. My son gets a lot of enjoyment out of pointing out real cars and trucks, and other toy cars he has that are more realistic looking get more of his attention.
I think what he most enjoys about the cars themselves are that each one has a different little feature that makes noise or does some action, or both. For example, the fire engine has a ladder on top of it that ratchets up and down, making a clicking noise in the process, and this is one of my sons favorite things about this toy.
Your child's mileage may vary, of course, but overall these little cars are well designed, educational, and enjoyable toys.
My 6 month old loves his cars!

Great for the growing baby!My only negative comments are: I don't think a child below 5-6 mos is ready for the bright lights and sound (no volume control). It's great for music, but not as a "cause and effect" toy. The buttons are so easy to push, he'd set it off with his toes as he was holding it and didn't realize he was doing it.
I played with it for 10 minutes....
