    An Everyday Fabulous Toy
This inchworm is exactly what my 5 mo little boy needed. It rattles, materials are colorful and bright, material makes crinkly noises... he loves it. He grabs for it and holds on tight, running his hands across the material to investigate its texture. The colors are bright and stimulating and its easy to carry around in the car and stroller. Love Lamaze products!

Of course like every 5 mo baby he enjoys gumming the worm and drooling on him, so the machine washability is a real plus!
A MUST HAVE FOR INFANTS! Makes a terrific gift!

    my grandson loves this
I purchased this for my grandson Liam who was then just about 3 months old. I wasn't thrilled with it. It has the crinkles etc. but they're very quiet and the music never worked. In fairness to Lamaze though, this is the 1st toy I've purchased that I didn't think was great. Having said all this I also have to say that this has been Liam's best friend from day one. At 7 months old he still adores it and it has to go everywhere with him including when he goes to bed. It is rather large and very colorful and I suppose thats what attracts him. I guess I bought it for him so the most important thing is that he's pleased with it.He is so I would purchase it again, he's the expert on the baby toys.

    where's the music??
My husband bought this for our newborn and after much dubiousness I have to admit, it's one of the best things he's ever bought for our daughter. It's her favourite toy of all, from day one until even now at 5 mths. But and this is a huge BUT. The music died after only ONE wash and the instructions says it is OKAY to machine wash the thing! I want my money back!
However, even with the lack of music, she loves to play with it, hugging it and stuff. After 2 more washes though, it's starting to sprout fluff and that's no good as she chews on it 24-7.

      Maybe I'm just paranoid
Maybe I'm just paranoid but the section of the float where the baby sits holds less air than the adult section. I wouldn't dare let go, but it seemed like my baby started to sink & possibly MIGHT tip if I didn't hold the adult side down. I have to admit though, my 17 pound 3-1/2 month old loves it. He can sit up with little support and goes to town kicking.

      Awesome product!
The first time I used the "Baby and Me Float" I was comforted by the proximity of my child. I actually cuddled him the first 15-minutes, or so. Baby sits a little deeper in this float than the cheap ones drug stores carry, so that gave me peace of mind. The float requires 100% adult interaction, as baby could tip it over if left unattended. We usually swim as a family, so either my husband, or I would carry our son into the water, and place him in the float, while the other parent slipped into the ring. If you're considering using this float without assistance from another adult, I recommend leaving the float on the deck before entering the water. This way you're free to carry your baby into the water without distractions.

Both my husband and I were comfortable using the float. That's saying a lot! My husband is 6'7" tall and weighs 240 pounds, while I'm only 5'3" tall and weigh.... What? If you expected me to divulge my weight on a product review, you're crazy! Anyhow, the float accommodates a variety of shapes, sizes, and weights. Aqua Leisure does not provide a weight capacity for this product, which I find unusual, but considering it's a floatation device and water weight is drastically different than actual weight, it might be discretionary. The float is recommended for babies 6-months to 2-years. That's probably an accurate recommendation; however, I wouldn't use age as the determining factor. If your child sits confidently in a highchair, then they're probably strong enough for this float. In addition, the baby seat is rather generous, so it accommodates older, or larger children as well.

The "Baby and Me Float" is long lasting. We used the float for two summers without leaks, or puncture wounds. Phoenix has a long outdoor season, April through October, so that's equivalent to 6 or 7 months of continual use. I'd say that's an exceptional record for a floatation device. I'm not sure if the float deflates if the toy bar's penetrated, as my son wasn't much of a nibbler at that age. Although if you ask me, the toy bar's useless. The balls don't roll easily, and the rings are difficult to slide. Well, for a 1-year old anyway.

(...) It truly enhanced our summertime fun, so I'll gladly recommend it.

      Be careful, and happy floating,
      Mary :)

      Water Fun!
I received this float for my one-year-old last christmas. We recently put in a pool and my baby absolutely loves the Baby & Me Float! When she sees it she starts getting excited and knows that soon she will be in the water. Using this float requires 100% adult supervision since the adult fits into the open-ended ring and the baby sits in the enclosed seat facing you. Without the adult in the float it would tip over. The upside, however, is that your baby gets your undivided attention and you get a leg workout by using that time to do kicking laps around the pool! This float has made our water experiences very enjoyable. At 12 months of age she already knows how to kick her feet on demand because she can see me do it and she is not afraid of the water. I would recommend this float to anyone who is interested in family water fun.

      Activity Mat

        Mommy and Me Play Mat
My 4-month-old little girl *loves* this mat! We bought it before she was born and started using it before she was a week old. She loves the colors and is fascinated with the hanging toys. We've bought other toys from Mommy and Me and other brands to fill it up-----it comes with 4 toys, and has room to hang 5 more. The toys each play one nursery rhyme song, just loud enough to hear well without being annoying. She has adored the music since the first time we put her on the mat!

We looked at a lot of mats. This one is durable, washable, and *filled* with play value. Now that she is rolling over and learning to crawl, she loves to pat the different fabrics to find the ones that crinkle and crunch. She only falls asleep on the satiny one though. Great price, great value. 5 STARS!!!

The best of ALL play/activity mats!
This is the best of all playmats that I've looked at, and I think I've seen them all! I had started my search before my daughter was born, through many physical stores and online sites, looking for eye-catching colors and design, varying textures, 'playability', and something unique that would differentiate from all the other multitude of playmats (esp. since all are quite pricey and I wanted to make sure I was making a good investment). After a long and thorough search, I finally found what I was looking for in this one, and my now 6-week-old daughter loves it too! The bright and unique mix of patterns and colors caught my eye, and I immediately preferred the design and color-combo over all others; there are more varied textures (ultra soft, smooth, furry, crinkly, crunchy, plush); the uniqueness, playability, and interactive factors are high in that each of the hanging toys plays a tune, and anyone can sing along since all of the lyrics are imprinted on the mat; and like most other playmats, the toys are detachable and interchangeable. From the moment I put my six-week old on the mat, her eyes opened wide. She lay happily contented, as her excited flayling arms hit the hanging toys (accidentally at first) and caused them to move. Even her two older brothers (ages 4 and 9) would lie down with her to bat at the hanging toys, and they get a kick out of being able to start up the tunes and sing the songs to her. I especially appreciate that the mat is machine-washable, easily transported to grandma's, and that the whole family and friends can get involved in baby's playtime. I also like all the other adorable and interactive 'Mommy and Me' coordinating toys that go along with this!

        Love this cute mat!
My daughter started playing on this mat about 2 months old. She wasn't big anough at that point to reach the toys but she still enjoyed looking at them and feeling the different textures of the mat. She also liked the colors and music. As she got older, she played with the toys that hung down. This is a great mat because she got so much use out of it! She continued to use it even when she started sitting up. We simply took the the top part off and let her sit on the mat to play...we also took the hanging toys off of the top part of it so that she could continue to play with them. This mat truly "grew" along with her. We really liked it!!

Fun for twins, but there is one problem...
My 11 month old twins have enjoyed their swing together since they were about 7 months old. They do grab at each other's hats and hair, but if I give them each something to hold, it solves that problem. My neighbor tried to put her almost two year old in the swing and the seat belt would not fit around her waist. This will only work for this season, I guess...

Just make drain holes and there's no problem
As a mommy of many kids an owner of a daycare, I need as much help as I can get. This works great! I can have two of the triplets in one, and my youngest and another one of the triplets in the other! There is a problem with draining, but all you have to do is drill drain holes in it (I know its hard to drill in such a nice swing, but its a necessity) and you're set.

About the straps- I ended up getting creative and making straps for the seats.

          Close range!!
I have this swing in my yard. My 14 month old son and 10 month old nephew use it together. This swing will not get much more use after this, since it is VERY short and the kids are leg to leg (kicking eachother and whatnot). They can reach one another and they pull the hair out of one anothers head, LOL! Another thing I did not like was the straps. They are around the legs not the waist, therefore, my 14 month old son arches his back and can actually stand up wearing the straps. DANGEROUS! It is a cute design but needs improvement.

            Keep a'ringing!!
A gift for my son's first birthday, this phone kept all 3 of my son's entertained. It's rare to find a talking toy that is not annoying...this is one of them. The voice and sounds do not scream at you (even on the loud setting) and all the tones are pleasant to hear. The cord and phone are large enough for my son to play with safely.

No reviews found for this product.
Good for the kid, allright for parents
My daughter has had this phone since 6 months and she loves it. She is 1 year now. If your child loves phones (mine really does!), any phone will do to get them away from the real phones, which they really want...

The cord is too short, of course. It could have been a little longer, since most parents, with a longer cord would be watching their kid anyway. I would rather have a shorter cord, but we'll see when she gets older... it's frustrating for me especially trying to show her how to say "hi / bye" on it...

The music is good and there is a lot of variety in it... lots of songs. I like the fact that the doggy talks to the child and communicates with a clear enough voice to hear.

If you bump the phone it makes noise, but when i'm playing with her at the time, it draws her to the phone.

The busy signal is annoying and I don't even know why they put that in there. The number noises kind of sound like Spongebob Squarepants sometimes and the others sort of sound like Barney.

Educationally, the phone is pretty cute and good! It teaches numbers, if they can recognize the symbols, that is.

Over all, I really love the phone! It' cute... the doggy pops up and down... But the reciever doesn't stay on that good and the toy is kind of loud and the cord is too short. (good thing there are volume options and an off option).

Baby Girl likes it though and bounces to the music, as with a lot of the rest of her musical toys... this one is one of the most that she bounces to, though.

No reviews found for this product.
            Lots of Fun
My daughter got this phone as a birthday gift and she LOVES it. She loves the songs it plays the dog that pops up and the fact it is on wheels. The only problem is the cord is VERY short...prob. due to strangulation regulation therefore it is hard for them to get the phone to the ear...but we'd rather have a short cord instead of a long one if it will protect her.

              Great in theory
I sent this to my daughter for my grandson's first birthday. She returned it and emailed me this comment: "I did return the pound-a-ball. It looked great, but the balls were impossible to pound through. You couldn't do it unless you had the strength of an adult. The hammer was the coolest part, but was useless for getting the balls in, and then when they went down they always took the same track and didn't really move any of the other things inside much." So live and learn.

              A slight let-down
We based our purchase of this toy on the feedback previous listed. The toy appears durable and my son does enjoy it, but there are some things forcing us to reconsider our purchase. The balls really need to be pounded for them to go down the holes - my son can't do it yet and it takes my wife and I an above average hit. The balls have also got stuck en route down on occasion - and we haven't had it a month. Unless you believe your child really wants this, your $20 may be better spent elsewhere.

No reviews found for this product.
              Still fun
We bought this for my son for Christmas when he was 18 months old and he still loves it (8 months later). All of his friends love it too. He has a plethora of toys, but still pulls this one out daily. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the tubes were pretty tight and almost difficult for the little one's to pound, so we passed the balls through the tubes a few dozen times before we gave him the gift. It helped and the toy was a hit. This toy has helped with eye-hand coordination as well as color identification. I would definitely recommend this toy.

                Best swimmy ever
This is the best swimmy out on the market right now. It completely keeps your child out of the water. As you take the panels out as they grow they don't even realize that they can swim. Before you know it you don't need it anymore.

                great learn to swim tool
Both of my kids have used this "vest" and they loved it! My older daughter now 5.5 learned to swim independently before she was five. My younger daughter is almost swimming. We never had any problems with it.

                My son learned to swim!
My 3 year old son learned to swim the very first day he wore this "Little Swimr" into the pool. By the end of the day, I just sat on the edge of the pool and watched him swim. This was a great gift to receive.

                  A great little toy
I'm a mommy of triplets who recently turned 2. They recieved tons of different ride on walkers between their 1st and 2nd birthday. This is a great walker! I have one of these and two of the boys models for my boy boy girl triplets. I would highly reccomend it! Especially since it's only 12 bucks.

                  Great Toy for the Price
I was pleasently suprised when we got this ride on two weeks ago. I read all of the reviews and figured it would be something I would end up sending back. However we love this car. My 15 month old daughter rides it everywhere inside and outside. We love that the seat lifts up to store our purses and babies. We also love that the wheels turn so we don't have to constantly turn it when my daughter runs into a dead end like we did with the little tikes ride on. Anyway, this is a really good buy.

Mixed feelings but daughter loves it
I bought my daughter Morgan this when she was 10 months old and she really didn't show much interest in it. I do think it should be recommended for a little bit younger than a year because she did learn to walk pushing it. But she also would fall over it and run over her feet. Now she is almost a year old and she rides on it and puts her doll in the seat compartment and pushes it around. She has also just discovered there is a purse on the front so she likes to pull it off and put stuff in it. I have mixed feelings about this toy but my daughter so far has learned from it and really likes walking around the house with it. I would buy it again for her. I don't think after a couple years old that she will be interested in it anymore though.

                    Soft and sweet
The only negative to this doll is that the rattle is too heavy for the doll. I took the rattle off and sewed up the hand, now she is the perfect cuddly doll she was intended to be.

                    A Baby's Baby
My 15 month old received this for her first birthday, but it just became appealing to her. Especially the rattle. I guess because her father and I are so affectionate with her, she does hte same to her dolly. It takes a while for babies to get used to playing with a dolly though

Cute soft doll, but rattle is rather heavy for a light doll
My daughter loves this doll, It's soft, although its face is plastic, however the rattle is rather heavy for a light doll, so its off balance so to speak. You can't sit the doll up, etc because the rattle pulls it over. Haven't had any problems with the rattle coming off though, as another reviewer did.

                      Disappointed
The connection between the base and the post for the hoop has too much play in it. Every time you touch the hoop with any force(much less grab it or yank it like every baby will do to balance and play with it) the board re-sets like you are starting over. I have checked repeatedly and the post is in as far as it will go. Not much help for learning letters and counting. Needs a re-design!!

                      Disappointing
My son got such a kick out of this toy - but only because we cheer very loudly when he gets the ball in the hoop. The toy does no cheering, counting or spelling what so ever! So from an educational standpoint - this toy was very disappointing. In order to get the "frog" to say the letters or numbers, you have to hold down the knob inside the basket for a really long time. What kid does that? When I purchased this toy, I also bought the Learning Piano and See & Sound Phonic Radio - those toys are great & I'd recommend those over this one any day.

                      not safe
this toy is fun and educational but is not safe. my son has hurt himself many times because the ring falls off easily and he falls with it.
