AT LAST A GRANDMA SWING SET!!!
So happy to find a smaller swing set so Grandma and Grandpa could have something at their house for our Grandaughter.. She is one and I bought a baby swing and a Dolphin swing. She gets so EXCITED over this swing set. Originally I bought the baby's first swingset and climber but I have a bad back and could not get down to push her plus it had steel bars preventing it from a decent swing..(...). Now I can stand up and she can swings better..and I don't hurt. It's a PERFECT Grandma Set.. We LOVE it and hope to keep it for many years. Thank You..

Takes a lickin' and keeps on swingin'
My daughter received this set last year as a gift for her 2nd birthday. She was a little young for the swings and slide but loved the glider. This year at 3 she can do it all and plays on it without assistance. Her favorite is still the glider but the swings and slide are now the perfect size for her. Even the older children in the neighborhood gravitate toward this set, although it clearly is for younger children. I am really happy with the price too, I can see keeping it for 1-2 more years before getting the bigger wooden set, and by that time I will have gotten more than my money's worth!!! A+++++++++++++

      Busy Busy
I bought this last Christmas for my (then) very active 4 year old boy. It is hands-down the favorite toy in my neighborhood for everyone. Even my 2 year old can now hang from it and swing. I believe it has been instrumental in helping with balance, agility and coordination. You should see the tricks my son & his best friends- 4 year old twin girls -have taught themselves to do!
Amazing! Hanging it was an obstacle- my husband has to climb up the tree- but you only need to do it once.

It's weathered very well- the rope and the handle are still in great condition and it was left out all winter (in NJ)!

      The Twizzler is great.
I bought my girls, ages 7 and 4, this product earlier this spring. It was easy to assemble, but finding the right height at which to hang it was a fairly time consuming process. It has been up for 4 months now and has seen daily use. When our play group meets here, the kids line up to have a turn, over and over again. I would recommend this for children who are reasonably coordinated and who have enough upper body strength to hold themselves up by their hands. A very durable product and a fun physical activity.

Fun Ride Deluxe Classic Zip Line
Made by Spring Swings & More
      Age Group: 8 - 11 years
      • Super Deluxe Trolley Ride
      • 70-foot steel stranded cable
      • All-weather vinyl grip handles
      • Mounting platform design plan
      Amazon base price: $89.99
Thrill-seekers young and old glide through the air with this deluxe trolley ride. An adult is needed to follow the detailed installation instructions. Once the 70-foot steel cable is mounted to two trees or other stable upright supports, the trolley can be grasped for suspended riding from one point to another. The Fun Ride Deluxe is excellent for building motor skills, upper body strength, and physical confidence. Kids who learn by using their muscles will particularly appreciate the physical activity, and the natural endorphin release is an additional perk for all users of the trolley. The Fun Ride Deluxe can hold individuals up to 225 pounds, and as one would suspect, adult supervision is required at all times during use. -- Lauren Bernard, mother and elementary school teacher

      An Awesome Ride
This is the best toy in the neighborhood! Everybody loves it. I have never seen my kids play with something for so long. We bought it in August and in December they still want to play everyday. It is well worth the $.. investment.

      INCREADABLE FUN !
My siblings loved this zipline, they would like to see the wire that you practicaly fly on extended by fifty feet.I think then if that came to be they would HAVE to give this product 100 stars.

      Fun ride deluxe is enjoyable.
We had the classic version and then moved up to the deluxe. It was fine while it lasted...young teenage boys managed to jam it so it won't roll. But we're thinking about another one soon. While it ran it was enjoyed by one and all.

      Classical Chorus Gym
      Made by Fisher-Price
      Age Group: 2 months - 2 years
        Amazon base price: $34.99
Toys that grow with your child from infancy to toddlerhood are well worth their cost. The Classical Chorus Gym is one such toy, allowing your child to explore music at every stage of his development. As an infant, your child can lay on his back and bat at the hanging toys while the keyboard plays 10 different classical or nursery melodies, some with a children’s chorus. You can set the music to play continuously for up to 10 minutes, or only when your child successfully hits a toy, teaching him cause and effect. When your child learns to sit, the keyboard adjusts with him to the proper height, and then adjusts one more times to accommodate a standing or walking child. At these stages, you can set the music to play part of a song when your child presses a key or let your child experiment with scales and individual notes. The keyboard’s "singing" stars light up as music plays to further delight budding musicians. The Classical Chorus Gym requires three "C" batteries for operation. --Cristina Vaamonde

It Grows With Your Child !
Another must have for every new parent !

We bought when dd was several months old, however we were still able to get some use out of the hanging toy feature. She loved it because she could control the music when it stopped. We also found that she would try to reach beyond the hanging toys and press the piano keys.

Then as she got older, we would sit her in front of the piano inside her boppy. She loved the fact that she was playing upright and would constantly watch all the colors. The keys on the piano were nice and big for her to hit as she gained more control of her hands.

Then as she got to the standing age, she would use this tall piano to stand up with. We never had a problem with it tipping over because the legs seemed to be positioned just right to prevent this from happening. As the months went on, she would push the piano throughout the house when she didn't feel like using her activity walker. Several months ago she began to press keys on setting 2 and she would dance to the music. Now at 20 months she tries to sing along with the songs (ie Twinkle Twinkle Little Star) and also recites the colors as they light up.

The variety of songs is great. You don't really get tired of them. Also, we've had for almost 18 months and have never needed to replace the batteries yet.

We very seldom use setting 3 (the one that lets you play it like a real piano) because we have a real piano that she tries to play.

The entertainment and educational value on this toy cannot be compared. It's so nice that it grows with your child. We definitely feel like we got our monies worth ! It has proved to be extremely durable!

A couple minor complaints that I have is that there is no volume control. Sometimes it does seem as though it's a bit loud. Also the orange plastic piece that snaps in above the keyboard doesn't really seem to provide any value. DD just kept pulling it off and found that the force of pulling would cause her to fall backwards to the floor - - after several times of doing this, we decided to just not put it back on.

        Great toy - great value ! !

        A great beginning toy
We got this toy as a gift and my daughter has loved it ever since she was just a few weeks old. She started out watching the lights on the mirrored attachment and has loved every feature; the dangling toys, the keyboard, the music. I was even able to turn it into a kicking toy. She loves to kick the keyboard and make it play. It keeps her attention for LONG spans of time.

        My daughter's favorite toy!
We bought this toy when my daughter was 5 months old. She is now 16 months old and STILL loves it. It was one of the first toys that she played with when she was an infant. It helped her to learn to control her legs. It's not a "battery hog" either, even if you forget to turn it off, like we do. It also breaks down for easy travel.

          New Mom
Great Gym!!! My 2 month old loves this toy. The minute he lies under the star and the music and lights are turned on, he coos, smiles and laughs. He kicks and swings his arms at the hanging objects and loves to watch himself in the mirror. This gym is a little pricier then some, but I believe it is well worth the money (as are most Baby Einstein products.)

          The best play gym anywhere
Our one-month-old just started showing an interest in his toys, so we decided to get this gym as an early Xmas present for him. What a great purchase - all of the other glowing reviews are absolutely right!! He loves to stare at himself in the mirror (he will do it for literally over an hour!), and he also enjoys the red bird and the ladybug. He is too small still to grab the toys or make the star play music on its own (it's motion activated), but he reaches out to the toys and the mirror and he "talks" to them. As a new parent, it's tremendously exciting to see these toys interest him. I wish there was a way to make the music play continuously, but other than that, this gym (and all baby Einstein products that we've found) is super!

          SON LOVES IT!!!
I searched the internet for a nice little play gym for my 4 month old son. I saw this one and couldn't believe the price! I went to Target and realized that this was worth the price. I bought it, brought it home, set it up in less than 5 minutes and let my son have fun!! He loves it, it keeps him entertained for as long as I need! His older sister who is 2 also has a great time with it as well. The music (all classical) is not loud and annoying and all the little attachments are so amusing to him. I would recommend this little play gym for any baby...it is worth the price.

            INCREDIBLE!
Allow me to tell you a story.

It had been three days since my wife left and I could feel the walls of my life rapidly caving in all around me, encasing me in a somber tomb. A cupboard of bourbon my only companion, I decided to indulge myself and consume the devil's elixir until I came face to face with Lucifer himself. It didn't take long, however, before every bottle in my decrepit apartment (Shampoo and Palmolive included) was guzzled and I found myself woefully still alive. Thus-my apartment being devoid of a sharp knife or even a functional oven-I realized that taking my life was, perhaps, not the solution to my troubles.

Not knowing what else to do, I hastily called my brother Frank, a masseuse who lived in Soho. He arrived at my door an hour later, giving me a firm hug which lasted several minutes.

"Thanks for coming Francis," I said (Frank always preferred being called Francis for some reason).

"No problem," he replied. "Besides, Tad and I had a fight again." (Tad was Francis' roommate of five years whom he met in college. They ran the massage parlor together but always seemed to be quarreling.)

Francis -who'd been known to moonlight as a gymnast-told me, "Listen, every time I feel down in the dumps, I prance on over to the neighborhood YMCA and take a few bounces on the communal trampoline; it never fails to make me feel great."

This sounded like a fantastic idea but there was one problem: My local YMCA was located right next to an elementary school and was frequented by many of the neighborhood school children. Due to a past "incident" I was no longer allowed within a two mile radius of the school thus ruling out any chance of going to the Y. Realizing this, I sobbed.

"There, there," Francis said, gently placing his hand on my leg. "I've got an idea."
Francis reached deep into his pocket and pulled out something, a booklet of some sort.

            "What's that?" I asked.

"Trampoline catalogue!" he proclaimed flamboyantly snapping his fingers to some imaginary rhythm.

Together we flipped through the catalogue and immediately I saw a model I liked. My eyes lit up as I let out a gasp and pointed to the image on the page.

Seeing the object of my desire, Francis looked at me quizzically. "The 'Junior Trampoline,' huh? Why that one?" he asked.

            "I don't know," I replied, "I guess I just like the picture."

We ordered it over the phone and the next day it arrived.

Sensing that a trampoline-induced elation had overcome me, obscuring the tumultuous events of my past, Francis gathered his shawl and walked toward the entrance of my apartment. "I'll leave you two alone," he said sassily as he closed the door behind him.

Well, I've had the trampoline for three months now and I can honestly say I've never been happier. Not only is it safe, durable, and easy to assemble, the Junior Trampoline also saved my life.

            Tube joint cracked
First of all, this toy is very popular with my 2 daughters (4 1/2yrs and 2yrs). My younger daughter has gross motor delays and we purchased this to work on jumping...WHICH SHE LOVES!! Since she is so young (and tiny) I am on top of her - trying to avoid her chin hitting the handle bar. (She doesn't extend her arms out very far either). Use extreme caution with children of ANY age. My 2 complaints: First, assembly is difficult for 1 person; with 2 people it is very simple (need 4 hands). Secondly, while assembling the trampoline (by myself), the "tube joint" cracked in half. I recommend checking this piece regularly, as well as all parts. The "tube joint" is the circular piece (with the teeth) that cranks the arm and legs open and closed. I called Galt immediately and they are shipping 2 tube joints to me - no charge, of course. My compliments: Pleasant customer service at Galt America...no automated phone nightmares...2 rings and I was speaking with a representative.

              Amazon base price: $59.99
Activity mats are a staple baby item in most households. They provide a safe, fun, and educational environment where your little one can lie or sit, and play. Tiny Love's award-winning deluxe mat depicts a riot of happy animals. Elephants, monkeys, giraffes, and even birds will charm your baby who will love the round mirror, squeaky bird, crinkly elephant ear, and pullable giraffe tail. Also included are four plastic rings that can hang from the crossbars, each one with a different plush animal attached to it providing more stimulation and activities. Hidden in one corner of the playmat is a small plastic box housing a switch and speaker. Move the switch to Mozart to hear 10 continuous minutes of music and to light up the three flowers on the mat. Switch to Nursery Tunes for shorter snippets of three popular songs. The mat and its arches fold up nicely, and the entire gym snaps together and travels easily. --Pam Lauer

              Best playmat out there!
My 3 month old really likes this. It's taken him awhile to enjoy it because of his age, but he's starting to really get into staring at the toys and grabing at them. It has a good amount of removable toys hanging from it and an attached mirror in one corner. Also 3 flowers on the mat that light up when the music is turned on. Things I like about it are that the toys are of good quality as well as cute and the mat is nicely padded. It also has a few different interesting features such as a crinkely elephant ear, furry zebra mane, squeaky bird, etc.. which are on the mat itself. I also like that you can detach the toys to wash or take with you. My son loves chewing on them. The colors and patterns of this mat are very nice. Visually stimulating for the baby yet not gaudy. Very cute and fun. And the music isn't annoying as on some toys. The tune can be changed and the sound quality is good. I found the price of this was a bit high, but when compared to some of the other ones, the little bit extra that you pay is worth it. I have another one someone gave me and I don't like it half as much simply because it's lacking a lot of the features this one has. The only thing I don't like is the mirror seems a bit warped when you look into it, so I'm guessing the baby doesn't see himself all that well in it. But other than that, I love this product and highly reccommend it.

              GREAT GYM
Our 4 month old little girl just loves this gym. She plays with all of the animals and just laughs for hours at a time. It folds up very easily, which makes it a sure thing to take to the grandparent's house. I would highly recommend this gym for your infant.

              Wonderful
My 8 week son is very active. He loves to move his arms and legs all day long. So, I knew a Play Gym would be perfect for him. He loves this one. He can kick and grab at the hanging toys for up to an hour. It's very colorful. There is so much for him to look at. Don't think for a minute that this is too busy or that there is too much going on. He makes all sorts of happy grunting and gurgling sounds, so I know he is being entertained. He isn't laying on his tummy very often yet, but that just means he can grow into this toy. I highly recommend this Play Gym!

              Sparkling Symphony Gym

                Amazon base price: $19.99
                List price: $34.99 (that's 43% off!)
The Sparkling Symphony Gym surrounds kids--from cooing, curious babies to budding toddler maestros--with a stimulating, interactive environment that features the soothing classical music of Mozart, Beethoven, and others (five selections in all). For newborns, the gym can provide continuous lights, sound, and music, as your baby looks up at a twinkling display overhead. But as your baby grows, you can set the Symphony Gym to play whenever the colorful star, sun, and moon are touched by reaching hands, encouraging interactive play and stimulating visual skills. For toddlers, the top of the gym flips over to become a fun-to-play first piano, with sparkling keys that can be set to play either single notes or melodies. --Paul Hughes

                Smashing Symphony!
My son received the Sparkling Symphony Gym as a gift when he was a month old. Even at that early age, he loved lying on his back underneath it and watching the twinkling lights. At three months, he was reaching for the dangling moon and star toys and swatted and grabbed them with his fingers at four months. By the time he was six months old, he would sit in front of the piano and pound on the keys with the palms of his hands. And in the past three months, he has used this toy to pull himself up into a standing position and has pushed it around the living room while taking small steps. In the next couple of months we plan to turn the piano in the horizontal positon so he can play it while standing up (he still has yet to conquer the aspect of balance).

This has been the one toy my son has played with on a day-to-day basis. At nine months, he still loves the lights, music, and sounds. There are times when he will simply turn it on and go off to play with other toys while he listens to the music. I really like this toy because it promotes hand-eye coordination, interactive play, and motor development in my son. In addition, the music consists of five classical tunes and five children's favorites, which are enjoyable to listen to for both parent and child. The toy itself is not loud or annoying--several reviews have mentioned that there is a volume control button, but there isn't on mine. There is an on/off switch that can be set so the piano can play full songs or simple notes when pressing the keys. Finally, the Sparkling Symphony Gym doesn't suck the life out of batteries: in almost nine months, I have installed new ones only once (and it takes three of the size C).

This toy is worth the money (even if you don't receive it as a gift) because it is very versatile and grows with your child. Due to its sturdiness and durability (the keys haven't stuck or broke and the hard plastic hasn't cracked), I see my son playing with this well into his toddler years. This is an excellent toy that I highly recommend.

A Toy That Has Truly Grown with Our Baby
This toy has been a huge hit with our baby from 2 months of age until now (16 months).

Many toys promise they will grow with your child. The sparkling symphony gym really has done that for us. When our son was an infant, he would lie underneath while the 10 minutes of music and lights played. Then, he started pulling the swinging toys to make the music play. When he learned to stand, we flipped the keyboard to make an upright piano and leaned it against furniture - and he practiced standing while "leaning/banging" on the piano keyboard. Now that he is starting to walk, he still pulls himself up in front of the keyboard and plays the piano all the time. This has been absolutely his favorite toy for a year and a half (with a short break while he was working on walking).

As a bonus, the music is pleasant enough to hear over and over again (for the adults). I highly recommend this toy.

                Great toy, and flexible
I bought this for my nephew, intending to give it to him for Christmas, when he will be 9 months old. After looking at the box, I decided to just give it to him early, so I gave it to him for his 6 month birthday. We took it out of the box & set it up and he was completely facinated by it. It's been several weeks, and my brother tells me this is his favorite toy. He sits in front of it, and the lights are just above eye level, and smiles and giggles as the music plays. He figured out quickly that tugging on the toys hanging down makes the music play. He already is reaching for the buttons and presses them, so he'll be learning soon that he can cause the lights to go on.

One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are multiple settings: for babies, the #1 setting will play one song when baby bats at the toys hanging down, and #2 plays for 10 minutes.

The music is really nice: both my husband and I are musicians and we both were very impressed. Sure it's electronic music, but it's well done, and a very good selection of pieces (5 kids songs, 5 classical works). I'm hoping that since this can change to a keyboard and last until age 3 or so, that my nephew will continue to enjoy it for the next few years.

There's only one problem with it...
The toy that plays music only plays for a very short period, and then my 3 month old daughter (who loves music) starts complaining. Sometimes we have to sit next to her and keep squeezing the toy to keep playing the music.

Other than that, she loves the toy. If we don't start playing the music from the start, she'll just sit there and stare and the stripes and dots. She was interested in looking at the patterns from very early on, but now she's getting older, we can leave her on the playmat for longer and longer periods of time. This week we just realized she can move around wiggling her body trying to touch and kick the toys. She just gets so happy, and next thing you know, she's off the playmat and on the floor, which is really cute. I was amazed to see her move around like that, and I think this toy helped her start developing some coordination with her body. She has already been trying to grab the toys too.

I really like that it's lightweight and easy to carry around from room to room. And when we have company over, we can easily fold everything up, stick it in the plastic bag it came with and just stick it in her closet. We're even thinking about taking in our suitcase on our plane trip, since it folds so easily!

We love this playmat, and it's one of the cheapest ones. I just wish there was more music...

                  Best toy money can buy!!!!!!
I have two children - a three-year-old and one-month-old. I used this toy with my three-year-old and he loved it! He would spend 30-40 minutes laughing and swatting at the toys and then fall asleep under it from exhaustion. It was such a life saver for me. I could cook dinner, do the laundry, and have some time for myself. My daughter is now becoming very interested in it. We have added some toys to hang from the multiple holes you can arrange toys on. This was much more entertaining than a swing, bouncer, or mobile. Another plus was how portable it was. Great to take to grandma's house or the babysitter. Our babysitter would request we bring this item because it kept our son so entertained. It helps those young infants get exercise by kicking and grabbing. Also helped work out gas for my gassy baby. I can't say enough positive things about this item. I would consider it as essential as a baby bed and car seat!

                  my son loves it!
My son loves this so much! As soon as we lay him on the mat he smiles as soon as he realizes where he is! Coincidentally, he also loves his Tiny Love crib mobile.

                    great floor gym
I recieved this floor gym as a gift. It is so adorable--cute butterfly with excellent colors. I did wash it in the machine and it came out fine-I just air dried it(package says hand wash). The toys were a little had to get off, however Id rather have it that way for my babies sake. The butterfly mat is a lot larger then others, giving my baby tons of room on her tummy or back to enjoy the gym. In response to other comments, I agree it is difficult to get the bars back in the package, so I wouldnt recommend this for someone who plans on traveling with it alot, but if you plan on keeping on the floor in one house, its perfect. Id have to say all in all, I really enjoy it for its size of the mat and the durablilty (I tried to push it down and there is no way this thing can fall down on or colpase on her. As far as safety Id have to give it a 5+ --and I have had no problem attaching other toys to it as well. In my opinion, a great, cute and fun gym. My baby loves it!! Spend the extra money, you'll be gald you did!

                    Well Worth the Cost!!!
I bought this playmat for my two month old daughter. She absolutely loves it! She does her Tummy Time on it several times a day and attentively looks at the patterns while on her stomach. I strongly believe that her love of her gym and Tummy Time is the reason why she got strong enough to roll over at ten weeks old! Once rolled over, she loves to coo and bat at the toys that dangle from the bar. She "talks" to them for sometimes twenty minutes at a time! I find that the variety of toys keeps her entertained, always giving her something new to focus on. The star with the balls inside and the caterpillar seem to be her favorites. I definitely would recommend this toy to anyone looking for a great play mat. It may be more costly than some of the others, but it's beauty, fun and durability are well worth the cost. It also allows for those precious moments where you can bond with your little one and actually see them learning something new!

                    Great for Newborns!
My newborn son loved this gym. It became a fixture in our daily routine for the first few months.
