A Game Of Great Value
WoW! THERE IS VERY FEW BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS GAME! This game kinda reminds me of nba street! The only differences are the fact that you can not create players there are not as many characters and modes but then again NBA Street is for gamecube so this game is realy graet for a Gameboyadvance. Some of the good quialitys about this game is the fact that u have tournaments and u can win prizes when u win. I think this game as farly good graphics but as for game play it takes a little while to get used to the biotton confrontige but once u get used to it its gret. They've even put in trick points, tricks and trick combos and trick-dunk combo points. The game resimbles NBA Street except for a few miner details. One mager flaw is there is no create player, wich i love to do, but I'm willing to give it up for this game is great.Overall this game is an incredible game. You might be able to win carecters but im not sure because i have only beatin two tournaments buy i have played practice and thats how i know its so great. You should defintly buy this game.

P.S. I'll be posting more infomation has i progress

Its to hard
In the beginning it is way to hard, then after awhile it slaps your face on how hard it can be.Yet,because of this challenge, I want to try over and over agian to beat the game.It has great graphics and a great plot line, but very confuseing.

Better than the PS2 version!
Summoner: A Godess Reborn for GameCube is a renamed and somewhat upgraded port of Summoner 2 for Playstation 2. The game plays alot like Zelda, you wonder around various worlds completing tasks and fighting bad guys as the plot movies along. You can rotate control of 2 and sometimes 3 characters at a time by pushing left on the control pad, which is a great addition. The game is a decent RPG and definately worth a pick up consitering GameCube doesnt really have a wealth of RPG's. Summoner: A Godess Reborn features improved character models, high resolution picture and much better frame fate than its PS2 counterpart, and Cranky Pants who ported this game has really improved the control. If you dont already own this game for PS2, or already do and would like to see the game in a new light, this game should not be missed.

Best RPG on the Cube Yet!
I had a blast with this game. The battles are fast, furious, and best of all, fun! The story is engrossing and won't let go of you until the last movie has played, the credits have rolled, and even then there's more in store for you! This game is easily recommendable to almost anybody.

    FANTASTIC for kids and adults
TAZ is by far our families favorite game for the PS2. We received the PS2 for Christmas along with several games. Having no experience with gaming we found some of the games quite frustrating. My two children (4 & 7) would play for a short time then get bored as their character would die and they would have to start over or they just couldn't figure out what to do. With TAZ however, they got the hang of the controls within minutes and were spinning their way around the game for hours. The best part, TAZ NEVER DIES. This is not to say there is no challange. On the contratry, the game is challenging for both my children as well as myself and husband. For my 4 year old, the challange is just spinning around and exploring without getting caught or falling in the water. My 7 year old is more challanged by finding the wanted posters.

ALL IN ALL - A GREAT FAMILY GAME FOR ALL AGES. I highly recommend this game to parents with young children.

    Another benefit - no violence.

    Extremely fun and challenging.
I like the "animation graphics" and all-in-all it is a realy fun game. Some of the posters are hard to find and a really challenge to destroy, but if you are a hardcore Taz fan like myself, this is the game for you.

Great fun game for kids to adults
I got this game and found it a lot of fun. All my family really love it, its like playing a cartoon for real!

Its easy to get into but there's lots of stuff to do and it will give you hours of entertainment. The controls feel great and there's always somehting to eat or collect or spin into and cool tricks and secret areas.

This is a great game :-)

    THEY'RE TELLIN THE TRUTH
    STRATEGY
    AMAZING GRAPHICS
    INTENSE FIGHTING
AND THE ONE OF THE BEST MULTIPLAYER GAMES FOR THE XBOX ALL IN ONE. WRATH UNLEASHED IS A EXTRAORDINARY GAME. wHEN I SAW IT AT FYE I THOUGH THAT IT WAS A FIGHTING GAME. i WAS BUMMED WHEN I TURNED IT ON AND SAW THAT IT WAS A STRTEGY GAME. tHEN, I SAW THE LIGHT. THE COMBINATION OF STRATEGY AND ACTION IS ECEPTIONALLY AMAZING. mE AND MY BROTHER PLAY ALL THE TIME, I USUALLY WIN OF COURSE. EPOTHOS, THE FIRE GOD, IS THE BEST NATURALLY BECAUSE FIRE IS THE MOST DEADLEY OF THE 4 ELEMENTS. THIS GAME IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANYBODY WITH 2 THUMBS AND XBOX AND REMOTLEY ANY TASTE FOR A GOOD GAME!

    fun single, awesome multiplayer
The single player game is pretty fun, the story line isnt the greatest but it gives you practice for the real reason this game is so great, the multiplayer aspect. Personally I played for hours on end not even realizing the time going by when a few of my buddies got together. The switching from strategic to straight up head to head fighting is awesome. Along with the incredible sound and beautiful graphics in the fighting mode this game is worth the money. The only complaint I can think of is the single player campaign story line. For those of you who enjoy getting together for bragging rights, this is for you.

Review based on the xbox demo
I have played the original Archon since the Atari days (1980s) and have longed for a 2003 remake of this game. In fact I've played the sequel to the original (Adept) and the 1994 remake (Dark Legions). So I was hoping that Wrath Unleashed will not disappoint devoted fans. Well, I am happy to say, it does not!

But before I explain why, here is a bit of info for those who don't know the original Archon game. Archon is a combination strategy/action game. The game consists of a strategy portion that is played on a chessboard where creatures are moved on squares to try and capture the N key locations on the board. A number of options further enriches the strategy portion of the game (such as letting you teleport your creatures, heal them, invoke elementals). When 2 opposing creatures occupy the same square they must fight it out.

Ok, now on to the 2003 remake of the game: I recently played the demo version of WU on the Xbox. It is as you'd expect for a 2003 port of the original game. Everything is in 3D. Everything is beautifully rendered. When characters move across the chess board, they animate beautifully. The chessboard is drawn in 3D- but also provides you with a 2D map. Apart from moving pieces around you can also invoke magical abilities- such as heal characters, teleport them, invoke elementals to do your fighting (as in the original game).

In the fighting mode of the game, the motion capture is wonderful. The artwork is gorgeous- though a bit on the colorful side (the images on the Lucasart's web site is exactly as the demo appeared). The environment itself, as in the original game, plays a role in the combat as in the original game. You can get impaled by a bunch of spikes or struck by lightning if you stand in the wrong spot for too long. You can also break obstacles in the environment during combat.
Each creature gets 2 melee attacks and 2 magical attacks, and 1 blocking move. EAch creature also gets a health bar and a mana bar which replenishes over time (as in the original).

The multiplayer mode will be where this game shines, especially now that 4 players can play together.

This game will be an excellent addition to any nostalgic Archon fan's game collection. It will also appeal to gamers who like fighting games but want to also engage in a bit of strategy. Don't worry if you aren't into heavy strategy, the strategy elements in WU (and Archon) are simple yet provide incredible richness to the game.

One of the best games ever!!!!!!!
This is one of my favorite games. It is very challenging but very fun. I didn't stop intil I beat Magnito. The 2D graphics are awsome!Dont under eastamate this wonderful game!

      Terrific!
This game is great! The graphics are pretty well defined, for GBA and Wolverine's movements are really fluid and, well, cool-looking ;-).

The story begins in Canada, with Wolverine searching for clues about his past. As the plot thickens and danger threatens the X-Men, he continues his quest/battle in other settings, such as Japan, underground bases, a mysterious island and Magneto's secret fortress. He encounters enemies such as Sabertooth, Pyro, Omega Red and Shiva robots, along with standard ninjas and guards. It's quite challenging, but not frustratingly impossible.

What I really love about this game is the way Wolverine moves. He slashes up his enemies in many different ways, from every direction. As he progresses, he becomes capable of somersaulting in mid-air, climbing up the walls, clinging to the ceiling, sliding and attacking from mid-air at super-speed. He can also regenerate (but only when his claws are sheathed) and, if he lashes out several times in a row, he can work himself into a bestial rage, thereby enhancing his attacks. So Wolverine's moves are pretty sophisticated and developped.

All in all, it's a great game, with a lot of action.

      AWESOME
This is my first X-Men game. So far, I've beaten the first two levels and this game is great. It's definitely worth the money.

If only it had more velocity . . .
Some of the preview scenes I saw for this looked very exciting. You command a spider-esque looking tank that can also go airborne. It has plenty of earth-shaking weapons to choose from, and there is a multitude of targets to destroy. Graphics are, for the most part, super. Land and seascapes are richly detailed, and there is plenty of special effects.

So, why only four stars? Unfortunately, the game moves as a nearly constant pace, and it is a slow one at that. And, although there is a lot to shoot at, it isn't particularly engaging. But this is still a worthy game, and should fill up plenty of hours of your time.

By the way, Aquila is Latin for "eagle."

        Amazing
Absolutly amazing! I only played the demo, but it looks really really good!

          Pretty decent
The graphics for this game is stellar. The music is okay, and the game is a little too short. The game is fun, but it is also too easy. I started playing it and couldn't put it down until I beat the game about 4 hours later. Pretty good buy for a bargain price.

An overlooked game though it's fantastic
Blender Bros is an awkward title for a truly excellent game. Combining platform action with elements of collecting and several mini games, Blender Bros. is one of the better platform games to emmerge in quite some time. The character you control resembles an alien dog so to speak. As you go through levels where even your ears are a helpful tool, you'll come across things called mini-bros. When equipped, these mini-bros. provide you with extra abilities. The fun comes in trying to find and collect all of them. With excellent graphics, a surprisingly good soundtrack, perfect play control, and a well thought out game design, Blender Bros. could be the most over looked title of the year. Ironically it should deserve a more prestigious award for its innovation, and all out fun.

            Cool, Old School Shoot-em-up
A side-scrolling 3rd person shooter that has elements similar to old NES games, something like a cross between Contra and Metroid, except the graphics are much more polished. This game is especially appealing to an older gamer; the game is not overly gross for younger gamers, but it isn't easy and the control scheme and map functions may be frustrating for a pre-teen player. This game is a delight for gamers who grew up with NES. The maps are complex and the bosses are not easy. The "360-degree" aiming system is very unique; the main stick is used for controlling the character and the C-stick is used for aiming. This bargain game is worth the price; however the Amazon price of $15 is actually higher than what you'll find at your local mega-department-store-supercenter (it's only $10 there).

            What A Surprise
I was at are local Walmart the other day and I found Blowout for $10 bucks. They had a ton of other games but Blowout looked great and was the cheapest. So I picked it up and lets just say every one of my friends said your stupid don't buy it, it will be dumb because it is $10 bucks. Well in the end all 3 of my friends are going to buy it now and respect a game for whatever the price is.

Gameplay well lets just say mix alot lot of guns, great sound effects, explosions and a infested ship of creatures who look like the bugs from Starship Troopers and you get Blowout.

Sound like I said is awsome and do I mean awsome. A A+.

Graphics are ok just think of it as a PS2 game ported to the Gamecube Their is not one slow frame rates per second. The cutscenes look great and the enviroment looks alive but not detailed.

Controls are extremely easy after 10 minutes.

The setup is easy when you talk about finding your way around to the maps to the switches everything is just easy and fast paced. When I say easy I don't mean you will wizzzz through this game in minutes because bosses and levels are hard damn hard.

            Graphics 8/10

            Sound 9.5/10

            controls 9/10

            Gameplay 9/10

            Tilt 10/10

            Overall 9.1

highly addictive, great design, lots of replay value
I'm a bit surprised by the mixed reviews I've read in gaming magazines. BOMBASTIC is a very addictive puzzle game. It's loads of fun, has a nice varied pace between slow and hectic, and has a lot of replay value.

In roughly similar gameplay to TETRIS and MR. DRILLER, you need to line up dice in BOMBASTIC in order to keep the board clear (in Trial mode). This is done partly through skill and planning and partly through chance and luck. There are fun, literally explosive combinations that take place which can help to both clear the board and jeopardize your game. I love attempting to line up as many number 6's as possible...the resulting explosion is near atomic!

On top of that, the character and game design is really charming. I love the environments and the bosses, and the toon graphics are very appealing. The animation could use some work, but I'm a purist.

I took SOUL CALIBUR 2 out of my PS2 to play BOMBASTIC and I haven't looked back.

There are other games modes as well, including a Quest mode which has enemies and bosses you need to contend with as you clear a more linear, obstacle-course style board, a multiplayer Wars mode which I haven't played yet, and a Classic mode, which might be the game DEVIL DICE. I don't know, because I never played DEVIL DICE.

Though Quest mode is more charming and has great characters, I'm glued to Trial mode, still looking to clear 100 levels.

              awsome game
i own the japanese version and all i can say is that capcom hasn`t made a game this good since the first devil may cry. this game has amazing graphics great gameplay and gets realy hard when you get furter into the game. i recommend this game for everybody and if your not sure about this review well its only 29.99 at your local ebx or ebgames.

              What I Expected
The game is very much the same as the original game, with a few more details and enhanced graphics. The controls are the same, the game layout is the same, and the fun is the same.

I enjoy the game and like the layout of the missions as well as the squad command features. I like games were the missions are difficult without the controls being the challenge.

There is a lot of enemy soldiers to kill, tanks to destroy, and C-4 charges to set. Not recommended for children.

              awesome
