All the information for Mega Man Blue Moon
Good Game but bad translation grammar. The translation isn't that great. Grammatical and some spelling errors.
Lots of replayability since you unlock different difficulty settings and in order to *complete* the ENTIRE game (including the secret missions) you have to play through it twice.
You won't be able to get all the soul fusions at first. You can only get the first three, which really sucks. Once you beat it the first time, you'll be able to get the other souls.
IMHO, if you're going for an easy *beatdown* soul, buy the "Red Sun" version and pick Fire Soul or Wind Soul (ownz!!). "Red Sun" also has some better Giga-chips: Holy Dream, Meteo, Dark Barrier.
Hope this helps.

Primal is a story-driven game of exploration, combat, and puzzles, presented through the experiences of Jen and Lewis, a present-day human couple drawn into discord by eternal forces. While gameplay revolves around the events of the story, there are many personal revelations and surprises for the characters along the way. Essential to the games core is the unusual and evolving relationship between Primals two main playable characters, Jen and her companion Scree, a gargoyle. Players can switch between Jen and Scree at any time and will be required to assess and utilize each characters strengths to succeed in various areas of the game.
Primal is set within a huge environment featuring four expansive realms surrounding a central hub. A dynamic loading system allows for uninterrupted gameplay between levels, and magical portals act as links and windows into other worlds. Additional technological achievements include seamless character morphing between Jens human and demon forms, extravagant particle effects, and environmental effects such as fog and mist.

A classic that PS2 owners must have. The two primal forces, order and chaos, must be at a balance in order for our world to remain consistant. Chaos tries to break the balance, giving himself more power. Jen (you) is sent into another realm, the "demon" realm, in order to repair the damage. The reason she is sent is because she is a unique person - she is half-human half-demon, therefore she has powers that no ordinary demon has. She can morph into other demon forms. You are also joined by a demon made out of stone (Scree) to help you through your travels.
The gameplay is very challenging, because there are a lot of puzzles throughout the game. This isn't one of those games where you play and go through the motions; this is a game where you have to think. You have to solve puzzles by switching between the characters and your demon forms.
The fighting can become a little tedious, where all you have to do is bash the back shoulder buttons. Fighting can become quite annoying because the block button is very clumsy, and you lose a lot of health.
All in all:
the plot is very interesting.
the gameplay is medium-hard.
the replay value is high, because there are a lot of unlockables.
For people who want a challenging game that involves action and the use of the brain, then this would be a great game for your collection. For those who don't really like thinking games, but prefer like some action, you could get this game with a guide to help (but that ruins the purpose). If you are looking for a game that is purely action and is full of gore, don't look at this game. Look for BloodRayne, or something like that. This game is for people who love solving puzzles.
opinions -everybody has one....Fighting is testy at times, but what battles in any game are not.
you need to use your noggin for some of the puzzles, but for the most part you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out, though it does use some of that gray matter locked up in your pretty heads, so if the room is dark, brighten it up and have yourself a look around...TRY to do it without cheating!!!!
"use your dead zone" you'll figure it out!!!!
I LIKED THE GAME alot but sometimes opinions are not what the need is, the need is to just get the game and PLAY IT!!!!!!!!!!
What can I say, this is a classic.

Players micromanage the lives of a family of virtual people and influence the outcome of their lives, be it success or something akin to a nervous breakdown. The bestselling PC version of the game has, in recent years, been upgraded with elements like parties, pets, and vacations, but this iteration is closer to the basic formula.
You start the game living with Mom in a one-story suburban house. You are immediately presented with certain life tasks, such as fixing the TV and making lunch, which are aligned with the skills you'll need for the game's main challenge--keeping your sims in balance on eight conflicting categories. For example, eating will have an impact on your sim's hunger rating, but it will also impact his bladder rating. You'll have to make sure that he keeps himself and the house clean, that he sleeps to restore his energy, and that he also has time to keep himself entertained. The free will option lets your sims coast a bit, and you can also save time by stacking tasks together. Time passes at the rate of about one minute per second in the game, but you can fast-forward sim time when you need to, such as when they're sleeping.
The controls are justifiably complex, but adjusting to them is not difficult. You see your sims from an overhead perspective that you can both rotate and zoom. You direct their actions by moving a line cursor to where you want them to go or to what object or person with which you want them to interact.
The game is surprisingly funny. Neglect your sims and they'll shout and wave their arms to get your attention. Allow one's energy to get too low and he or she will likely collapse and sleep right where they were standing. When that happens, Mom is likely to serve them dinner on the floor.
Gamers may find that it takes a while to get the hang of The Sims' style and control scheme. Stick with it and you may find real time fast-forwarding by. --Porter B. Hall --The text of this review refers to the PlayStation2 version of the game.
Pros:
- Interesting, open-ended gameplay
- Lots of quirky humor
- Two-player split-screen option
- Can be frustrating for those unfamiliar with strategy games
- Controls take some getting used to
- Long save times

Fun For A While1. It takes the Sims about 15 minutes to walk across their very small living room.
2. ...they could have spoken a real laguage.
3. Why in the world did I waste all of that time getting my Sim the ultimate job when She couldn't have the ultimate house? Is there a logical explanation as to why you have a cap on how much your house can be worth because I don't get it.

Evil is at an all-time decline, so Crash's arch-nemesis Dr. Neo Cortex is designing the ultimate weapon: Crunch, the extra-evil-bio-engineered-super-bandicoot! In order to complete Crunch, the good doctor needs more power--the kind of power that only evil, renegade voodoo masks can provide. Enter the Elementals.
Set free by the evil voodoo mask Uka Uka, the Elementals control various aspects of the environment. They are so powerful, and so dangerous, that they almost destroyed the Earth once, and were sealed in special crystals to protect the Earth from certain doom. Uka Uka believes that by harnessing the power of these evil masks, Dr. Cortex will have all the power he needs to complete Crunch, and finally finish off Crash.
So once again Crash returns to his crystal-collecting, box-bashing, bad guy-spinning ways. Can he stop the masks? Will he defeat Crunch? Only time, and your weary game-playing hands, will tell.
The Wrath of Cortex is the hardest game in the series' history. There are 30 levels, seven different vehicles, bonus levels, and a time-trial mode. As you progress through the game, you fight five bosses. Each time you defeat a boss, you unlock a new move (double jump, bazooka, tiptoe, Crash dash, and death tornado). Although the coolest feature is that you get to play as Crash's sister Coco on some levels.
The game is good, but is it perfect? The graphics are solid, but not much of an improvement over the PlayStation2 version--the game definitely doesn't take full advantage of the Xbox's hardware. Also, the long load times for levels can be annoying. Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex was not developed by Naughty Dog, the company that started the series. The game, while faithfully following the traditional feel of the series, misses some of the polished quirkiness that Naughty Dog is known for.
Bottom line: The Wrath of Cortex is a great game for all ages, and will give you 40 or more hours of solid gameplay. --Bryan Karsh
Pros:
- Play as Coco
- Seven vehicles
- Fun new moves
- New developer, new feel--it needs a little getting used to
- Long load times
- Good, but not great graphics--doesn't really look like an Xbox game

Fun, but falls short on character and plot.Pros:
Good multiplayer game if you've several friends with 3-5 days of free time.
Also fun as a single player game.
Lots of powers to buy up and further diversify each character.
Cons:
Despite the diversity of skills/powers that can be bought up, it all boils down to "look at my new trick for doing/avoiding damage."
Linear gameplay with no means of exploring or jumping ahead.
Gets repetitive fast.
Low replay value.
Finish the game in 3-4 days of solid playing.
Zero character development. Total hack n' slash.
There is no actual story/plot beyond "go kill X again." Yawn.
Mini-adventures/quests are equally linear and inconsequential. Double yawn.
Standing around aimlessly while waiting to heal up.
Backstory is so ridiculous as to be laughable.*
* The backstory has the four heroes killing the Bad Guy centuries ago. But as the Bad Guy is dying in this fight, he gets off a spell that 1) kills all the characters and 2) destroys their weapons by shattering their magic into 20 shards which are then dispersed to multiple planes of existence. Hello? If the guy is so powerful as to be able to cast something like that as he's dying, why didn't he do that right when the heroes walked through the door? It's just outright bad story.
So while the game is entertaining most of the time (the first time through), it becomes tedious in places and won't be one that you go back and play time and time again. Lack of any plot/story makes it a combat-only game rather than an engaging epic, which is the heart of the AD&D gaming system.
I'll be selling my copy after I've loaned it to some friends to play.
A Disappointing Diablo CloneI really liked D&DH when I started playing it, but it became repetitive after the first few hours. I finished it, but quickly traded it in. Read on for the reasons why...
You are one of a band of heroes raised from the dead to fight an evil warrior you defeated years before. His power is legendary, and it is believed that only you (and your friends, if you are playing multiplayer) can defeat this undead hellion. He has, of course, unleashed a pride of monsters upon the various worlds you must travel to find his lair.
Characters
The characters in this game are good, keeping in tune with traditional D&D classes. I played through as the human Warrior (I mean ''Fighter''), my hack-'n'-slash favorite. You can also choose from Rogue, Wizard, or Cleric. Other than the players, the NPCs are well animated, but their character development is pretty two-dimensional.
Bad Guys, Monsters, and [SPOILER]s, Oh My!
Ok, I won't spoil my favorite part of the game for you. Let me just say that some of the monsters that appeared brought back some great PC/earlier console memories. There's nothing better than beating a monster easily that has kicked your backside before, and there is plenty of this in this game. The monsters are well animated, and have decent sound effects. It would be nice if there was additional variation within levels (rather than just among levels), but overall there are is a wide variety to kill.
In other graphic/sound areas: The NPC voices are good, and well cast. The animations for fighting and spell casting are nice, but are not unique to D&DH.
Will This Gather Dust?
I traded it in after finishing it in one week, so it might be gathering dust at the store -- I don't know! I have absolutely no desire to play it again, because the repetitive hacking and slashing became tiresome the FIRST time through. Only about 20 hours worth of playing time, but I only played through as the Fighter (thank goodness)! There is nothing new in this game, but that may not be a bad thing, depending on your taste...
Overall Recommendation:
If you like Diablo, you'll like this.
If you liked playing earlier D&D games, you'll like this.
If you like pushing one button to attack and another, occasionally, to use a health potion, you'll like this.
Pretty good waste of MY timeAs for the actual game I played, sorry to say I can't 100% agree with other assessments of the graphics. The water and fire is what catches your eye but the boxy (classic D&D) style dungeons made me drop my rating a step.
Monsters: Are pretty much slightly modified repicas per level. ie some skeletons are archers, some are fighters and some more like rogues. This makes for modified tactics on your part.
Bosses: Pretty easy to figure out. Even the Final Boss isn't that bad.
Story line: YES it is weak but I don't see these whiners making games for Atari. The story line forces you to follow one path to your goal but you can always go back to past places to rack up a few XP or gold.
I played all 4 characters and found it pretty much fun each time.
Bad: It should have allowed you to add players in a single player mode if you already finished the game with other characters. ie If I already finished with the fighter, when I play with the Rogue, I should be able to add the fighter to my party as a NPC and so on.
I had fun and so should you.

An Excellent Soccer GameThe game has a few modes of play. You can play in a Club Championship (Champions' League) season with one of over a dozen European club teams. You can play in a tournament and set it up however you want. You can also play a full season with club teams. It's very comprehensive and features MLS, English Premier League, and other top world leagues. It also has the vast majority of the top players in the world.
The graphics are outstanding. Each player has a unique look that is almost a perfect match to how they really look. The players motions are fluid and look extremely realistic, complete with turns and tackles. There also are literally hundreds of stadiums in the game, from Arsenal's Highbury to the Revolution's Gillette Stadium. Soundwise, the commentary is done by a British pair that do a nice job calling the action, but don't give a whole lot of excitement to the game. The crowd sounds are good, though, complete with chants. There is simply nothing cooler than hearing your crowd continually chant "One-nil, one-nil, one-nil" when you're up 1-0.
The gameplay is where this game gets very tough. First of all, the teams now know how to defend, so no more going from coast to coast and scoring with one player. You have to set up your goals with care and precision. But even the perfect setup might not get the job done. You have to aim the shot with the left thumbstick...the same left thumbstick you use to move. This takes a lot of practice and the game will be very frustrating the first few times you play it as you watch shot after shot sail wide. EA has also added a "freestyle" control to the right thumbstick, which is supposed to add some new moves to your arsenal, but I still haven't figured out how to use it effectively.
Overall, though, any fan of soccer would really like this game. With patience, you can have a lot of fun with all sorts of teams.
A Game Worthy of EA and the World's Most Popular Sport! This game allows one to play with the best club teams, players, and national teams in the world! Many stadiums (24 or so) and team-specific chants create a realistic environment. I was shocked by the increased player control (foot movement is more realistic), player-specific abilities (the better players are not only faster, but more skilled in one-on-one situations), and fabulous graphics. The CPU is much improved in the 2003 release and better adjusts to player tendancies and game situations.
Although the 18 featured "Club Championship" (team chants and stadiums, and increased detail) are European (EA should include Mexican, Brasilian, MLS, etc. in future editions), they are fun to play.
As I enjoyed watching the 2002 World Cup, I was thrilled to try a game that better reflected the changing demographics in soccer. The Korean team is lightning fast, Senegal physical, and US team finally respectable! I can now play the vastly-improved US team with pride and unafraid of losing to my friends who generally sport Brasil, Mexico, or Germany.
The PC version is good (better remore play options with more teams), but the X-Box version is fabulous! The graphics and sounds are incomparable and worthy of the superior X-Box platform!

Great Game!!!graphics, and dialogue really puts me "into" the game. While
not completely realistic, I find it to be highly challenging, yet
downright fun and exhilerating. I hope LucasArts and Totally Games will make the bonus missions exclusive to "Xbox" available
to "PS2" and other platforms. SWON has captivated me for hours of
pure enjoyment.
A blast--Lots of Fun!There have been some complaints about how you have to shoot down tons of planes to win a mission. True, but remember, this is a GAME. Purists may snort, but if I have to choose between flying forever to shoot down one or two planes, or go around blasting half of the Imperial Japanese Naval Air Force out of the sky every mission, I choose the latter.
Speaking of the Japanese, that is the one thing I don't understand about the game. "Secret weapons over Normandy?" So far I've flown over Britain, North Africa, the Far East and the Pacific, and I've only played a couple of the 30 or so levels. Also, I've flown standard aircraft (Spitfires, P-38s, etc) the whole time. The title doesn't do this fine game justice.
It's a blast to play. Buy it, and get you trigger finger loose. And keep an eye on your altitude!

1) no challenge whatsoever in unlocking characters, bios or pictures.
2) this game gets VERY boring VERY fast. (it's a good thing i rented it and didn't buy it)
3) it is hard to play on the gamecube gameplayer, which allows you to play GBA games on the big screen
4) attacks do no damage and it takes forever to beat someone. NOT a good game to play on the way to a restaurant or something because it takes so darn long
5) to hard to fly and you have to do a "burst mode" while flying. you can't kick and punch normally in the air
any fan of DBZ or budokai 1/2 should try out this game, BUT take my advice and rent this game before buying it

Features:
* Unique blend of action and RPG elements
* Win chips to dramatically upgrade Mega Man's fighting skills
* Two-player chip-trading and vs. modes with Blue Moon or sister game Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun Game Paks
* Debut of Soul Unison and Dark Soul systems
Take on the world's toughest NetBattlers and save the planet from an asteroid while you're at it in Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon or Red Sun. Lan, a school kid, does the walking while his computer program, Mega Man.exe, does the virus stompin'.
The Web is buzzing with news of the big Den Battle Tournament. It's the ultimate battle between Navis (electronic personifications on the Net). Lan and his Navi, Mega Man, must find a way to get into that tournament.
When you control Lan, he skates around the city and chats with his fellow citizens. Some give him clues for completing his mission. If you're ever unsure what Lan is supposed to be doing, press the L Button and Mega Man will remind you of your task or give you a hint on how to finish your task.
When Lan needs to go on the Net to complete his mission, he jacks in his PET (PErsonal Terminal, which holds his Navi) and Mega Man logs into action. The Net can be a scary place. Although it buzzes with key info, it's also littered with viruses that Mega Man needs to delete.
NetBattle:
Once Mega Man crosses the path of a virus, he enters the battle arena. On the left side of the screen, Mega Man has a nine-square block in which to move around. The viruses have a similar block on the right side. When the battle starts, Mega Man can access six chips chosen randomly from a battle folder of 30 chips.
Once Mega Man has his chips, the battle begins. Mega Man can use his battle chips by pressing A. He can use each chip only once before he has to reload. He's allowed to reload once every 15 seconds. Once you're cleared to reload, press the L or R Button. The battle pauses and a screen appears, showing you six more chips you can choose from. Once you make your choice, the battle resumes right where it left off. Mega Man can also fire his Mega-Buster by pressing the B Button. This process continues until Mega Man defeats the viruses or loses all his hit points.
You usually win chips after you defeat viruses. You can mix and match these to upgrade Mega Man's performance. Mega Man can have up to four copies of one type of chip in his battle folder. The more copies of a chip you have, the more likely one is to come up for you during battle.
Tournament:
Both Red Sun and Blue Moon share the same storyline until you get to the big tournament. Here, each game has a unique set of six opponents, one of which will randomly be assigned to battle you. Eight players, including yourself, participate in the tournament. Defeat your opponent's Navis in NetBattles to advance to the semifinals and finals.
Before Lan faces his opponent in the tournament, however, he must complete a story- mode mission. Just before battling his next tournament rival, something terrible happens. Being the great kid he is, Lan leaves the stadium to go right the wrong. As it turns out, the tournament is just a test to find the best NetBattler and recruit him to help save the planet from being smashed by an asteroid.
Soul Mates:
In a new twist, Battle Network 4 features Dark Soul and Soul Unison systems. Once you defeat an opponent in the tournament, you can use his Navi's special abilities for the rest of the game. Whenever Mega Man battles viruses or other enemies, you can sacrifice certain chips to fuse for a short time, a defeated opponent's attributes with Mega Man.
However, some dark, mysterious chips eat away at Mega Man's soul. They're also the most powerful. When Mega Man performs a Soul Unison with these dark chips, Mega Man becomes nearly unbeatable. However, every time he performs a Soul Unison with the dark chips, the dark powers eat away at his hit points, one point at a time. One point per use might not seem like much of a punishment, but Mega Man can never get those hit points back. As the game progresses, Mega Man starts performing unpredictably if he's been corrupted by the dark powers. Don't overuse the dark powers, as tempting as it might be.
Once you've won a couple of tournament battles, you can link up to another Game Boy Advance using the Game Boy Advance Link Cable. If a friend has either Red Sun or Blue Moon, you can battle him or her or trade collected chips.
NetBattles look great but happen way too frequently. At first, battling after every 15 steps is all right because you're trying to build up your chip collection. When you're trying to accomplish your missions, though, getting spammed by these viruses gets old quickly.
The story missions play well (although some have very obscure solutions). It would have been nice, however, to play more tournament battles and spend less time accomplishing missions to get to the big battles.
Bottom Line:
The Mega Man Battle Network 4 games will please fans of the previous Mega Man offerings. The Soul Unison system and the possible conversion of Mega Man to the "dark side" add a unique angle to the series.
Mega Man Battle Blue Moon is going to be a great game and I hope you've enjoyed my review
