Pump Reviews

We purchased and set up this pool in March of this year. Within the two months both of the hoses that connect the filter to the pool had split. We were able to purchase a better quality of hose from our local pool store and fix that problem, at our own expense. This morning (Aug 22) when we stepped out to our backyard we noticed the pool was down about halfway! One of the seams had split and water was draining all over our yard. Upon inspection we noticed that three or four of the other seams are very close to splitting also. I will be contacting costumer service first thing in the morning to request a refund and will then purchase a pool made by another company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our pool(s), in the six weeks they were operational. The 1/2hp pump works amazingly well when it's hydrated and running. But, sadly we are on our third liner in three months. The seams keep busting and we end up with 3100 gallons of irrigation that we don't entirely need. The customer service from Air Cloud is inadequate, to say the least. They have made nothing but empty promises in regards to shipping us a new liner and they've informed me that I am not eligible for a refund since I have already recieved replacement parts in the past. It was great while it lasted, but otherwise not worth your precious money and TIME dealing with customer service.

This pool was great for ease of set up (note; make sure the ground is very level) The problem we had is that the hoses (connecting to the filter) break constantly! for no reason a hole or crack will appear in the hose ...if we didn't catch it early each time we would come back to an empty pool and flooded back yard....each time we have repaired or replaced it , it just happens again and it has become a major frustration with this pool....

I have both the foot pump and the T-type pump. Both do not mate properly to the valve. Don't go through the trouble and frustration, get something else. If it says Tech Team on the label, avoid it like a disease...

As the previous reviewer noted, the connection between the pump and the valve is very difficult to achieve properly. It took me several tries to get air to pass into the bicycle tire.

Additionally, the foot base is very flimsy, and bent slightly after the first use (I was able to bend it back into shape). Upon second use, the compressor detached from the base at the very poorly welded point of connection, rendering the pump completely unusable.

This is a terrible product, and one which should quickly be passed on in favor of a better item. Subsequent to this experience I purchased a traditional "T" type bicycle pump and am much happier. Buyer beware of this very low quality item!

I purchased this pump with the intent to use it on my car and bike tires. I tried to use it to inflate a car tire, but I couldn't get it to mate properly with the tire valve stem. I tried varying amounts of pressure to no avail. No matter what, pumping the foot pedal resulted in no air going into the tire, but the included pressure gauge does increase. There are no included instructions, and no manufacturer contact information. Amazon even sent me another to try, and I experienced the same results. Thankfully Amazon has a good return policy.
