This thing is amazing! It lights up when you press buttons and is very fun to build. I think you would be a lot better of a builder after building this. It was very easy for me to build cause I have a massive collection of megablocks/legos and I could build just about anything. If a beginer, you'd have trouble making this. It is fun to play with when done with the making of this too. It makes cool sounds and it's like a real submarine. It won't fall apart if you take care of it. Get this!

Hi! my cousin and I had got together and built this wonderful masterpiece we still need to add some pieces to it but so far so good, building this made me relize that even though it may be for boys I had just as much fun building it, if not more then he did. If you want to build this sea wolf I say go for it, if you like to build then you'll have a great time and to make it even more fun do it with a freind or family member.

Hi I live in a small town in England called Bury St Edmunds.
We first found Mega bloks when we came to visit friends in Georgia, we bought the sea wolf while being over there. It is the best toy we have ever bought for our son he is such a big fan of mega bloks, that ever time we visit our friends we come back with loads of new mega bloks pro build stuff, his room is just bursting with them. Over here lego is so pricey and mega bloks is a lot lower in price but by the far better in design and standard.

i got this because i earned it and it's a blast. the main reason is because i have a kittyhawk and i would need something to protect it. it is very nice and from a top veiw it looks exellent and it's lighter/easier to carry.

This destroyer is one of my favorite models that I have ever built. It is really cool when it is finished and it was fun to build. I highly reccomend it to anyone of any age to try it. It was worth it!

Our 7 year old son just loved it. took several 2-3 hour sessions to complete, even with parental help. detailed and involved. not for a kid without a lot of patience. instructions were adequate, but slightly clearer color differences in the instructions would have really helped (all grey pieces and instructions were taxing on concentration). very satisfying finished product, sturdy and realistic. he had been trying to build a battleship with lego on his own, virtually an impossible task without a kit of lots of grey/black.

My seven year old son and i received this as a Chrismas gift,as we put it together we were delited to see it take the form of a Harley soft tail with great detail, the finished project was incredible.
Although it was missing a few pieces we were fortunate enough to have plenty of spare pieces from past projects,we have done two other pro builders series and each had a few peices missing that we replaced with our extras that we already had on hand.
Basically i geuss it could be said that this was an awesome project but would have been a disater without the spare bloks that we had,mega bloks should take more care on making sure all the peices are in the box,aside from that we gave it two thumbs up.

All of the probuilder series are amazing models. They are fun to build and fun just to look at. I have 13, and I highly recommend this product.

This Harley Softtail is well worth the money. These Mega Bloks are so realistic they should be considered models,not toys. But either way they are fun to build, play with, and just admire!

I purchased this toy for my daughter when she was 9 months old. She is now a year old and has loved this toy from the first day she got it. When she first got the toy she would pull the animals off of their little stools. Now she pushes the buttons to make sounds. She has also started pushing the tractor around the house. She enjoys listening to the animal sounds and music. I don't think she will get tired of this toy for some time since she still needs to learn how to build the blocks and pretend play. It is still the first toy she grabs when she wakes up in the morning. This is a great toy and my husband and I enjoy it as well.

My 2 year old son can't get enough of this play set. He is so into mega blocks now. He puts all the figures in the tractor and makes all the sounds of the animals. I like that it has 3 options for volume and that the plastic is durable.

My son saw this in the store when he was 10 months old and was immediately attracted to it! We could barely pry it away from his grasp, so we just had to buy it.
He's now 14 months and still absolutely loves to play with it. He thinks the music is just great. It also has three different volume levels- which is nice from my perspective.
The top of the barn comes just below his waist, so he do some building with the blocks even from a standing position.
He also has the fire truck, the boat and the Mega Truck. This seems to be the easiest and most fun to build on to. He also likes the see-saw in the front of the barn that he can put a couple of animals, or the farmer, on.
If there was one negative thing about this toy, I'd say that it's the doors of the barn loft. They come off very easily and are difficult for him to open when they are closed.
Other than that, it's been great!

My daughter got this for Christmas (at 21 months) and has played with it every day since. The blocks are bright colored and different sizes so are fun to look at and build with. They are also easy to handle so a toddler can build on their own. They clean up into their own bag, with a zipper that a toddler can open and close. My daughter uses them to build towers which she knocks over and to make rectangle shapes which she calls trucks and then pushes around. She also loves helping us build fancier things like planes and elephants. The biggest thing you can build with 100 blocks is a tower 36 inches tall, or a small "chair" just big enough for a toddler's bum. This has been enough for the first two months but she uses them so much we are thinking of getting another set so we can build big castles. Only negatives to this set: there are two little people that come with it, and a little "car" with two seats, but the two people can't fit on adjacent pegs so can't go into the car together or be beside each other in a castle.

These are great blocks that are the same size as Duplos and fit together with them. If your kids want to build huge castles and towers, you can get a lot more Mega Bloks for less money than Duplos. Plus, Mega Bloks towers have a little sway to them so instead of snapping apart at the weakest point, they just bend a little--making little builders happier since their work is easier to rescue before it crumbles!

We received this yesterday and my 11 month old daughter loved emptying these out. and I joined the blocks together and she took them apart. She also puts everything in her mouth and these are big enough to be safe. I can see her learning colors in the future by sorting these bright colored blocks and also using her imagination to build stuff when she is old enough. Surely a big hit on the first day. We'll have to see how long they hold her interest.

Mega Bloks makes several sizes of blocks -- "Baby" (for very small children), "Maxi" (for toddlers), "Mega" (fits Lego Duplo), and "Micro" (fits regular Lego). This product is a big bucketful of Micro Mega Bloks -- essentially, you get a big pile of Lego-equivalent, at a very reasonable price.

I've read over and over that Lego is supposedly superior to Mega Blok products because of the "fit," but I've tried connecting these Mega Bloks to each other, then to regular Lego, and comparing it to Lego-with-Lego. Unless you're a die-hard Lego afficionado, there just isn't that big a difference, folks. I'm sure the average 4-year-old building whatever his/her imagination dictates will not see a difference.

The bottom line? A good product at a good price.

Firstly, unlike what the other reviewer stated, these blocks are NOT bigger than Legos. They are the same size, just 1/2 the price. They are awesome. I purchased a few of these to add some of the more common shapes to my Lego collection. The little guy that comes with it is not as nice as the Lego men, but every other peice is nearly identical. Even the colors match almost exactly. Buy these to expand your collection, but it does not come with wheels or many other extra parts, so be sure to get some other kits.

Blocks are a kid must-have. Even the most paranoid parent (like my Mom, who refused to get me an Easy Bake Oven or Lite-Brite for ever-loving fear of burning myself) will get their kids blocks. This particular brand is like Legos, but better. They're HUGE, which makes them easy for younger kids to fit together. Their larger size also makes it impossible for babies to swallow. All 3 of my kids (ages 5, 4 and 13 months) play with these blocks together. My 4 year old knocked my socks off when he produced an "airplane" he'd made with them simply by looking at the side of the label. Educational? You bet. What else can you get for next to no money that sparks your child's imagination more than some sort of building blocks? These just happen to be my favorite. Oh- and they are VERY durable.

I was concerned that this would not be too sturdy, since I have three kids three and under and my oldest is quite rambunctious, but it holds up great to their abuse. The door is a durable fabric panel (I was worried it would be paper and be destroyed quickly) and the shield doubles as a coat of arms over the door. It can be set up a number of different ways and you can use regular Mega Bloks to add on to it. We used ours to separate a corner of the living room as a designated play area and the kids just love it, even the baby crawls in and out of the castle dragging toys along with him. Considering how beloved it is among all my kids, it was definately worth the price. Oh, and I think the company behind the product is important, too. One of our pieces came bent and we have had no problem getting it replaced. I highly recommend this very fun castle!

This is a safe, fun, durable, and easy to store -- Boy Toy!
We have 3 young boys ( and more some times) that really loved to play in their Castle "Fort". I think it has good educational value learning to put together the inter locking connections, in a variety of configurations... however, they did need some help putting the top on because of their height.

This is a tough, and can be knocked down torn apart and take a beating... I would like to add on... and may have to purchase another "set" because I cant find just the blocks..??

Very good model of one of the Naval Fleet's largest Aircraft carriers. The USS Kittyhawk is memorable and filled with fun. The time it takes is at least 6 hours to build. It's not hard to make just hard trying to find the pieces for that step. You could also add it to a Abrams tank, Tactival Fighter, and a Destroyer to make your own army. Get a bucket of legos and build an enemy base to defeat. It provides days of fun for you and a few friends. Thank you for reading.

I bought this set for myself (I'm 30), as I've always loved block building sets, and also built many aircraft carrier models when I was younger. This set is pretty accurate with respect to the actual design of the Kittyhawk and carriers in general (although the decal instructions have the main "63" on the top deck turned 180 degrees the wrong way).

Structure is acceptably durable and the set is easy to build. You can pick the whole thing up and move it around without being too gentle with it. Pieces come in different bags by type so they're easy to find, and the instructions are extremely clear.

Pieces fit precisely and I didn't have any problems with fit or alignment. Color consistency is great. Kit was complete, and had some surplus bits, too. There are a couple of extra name decals in case you mess up the first ones. A few of the small pieces come on little plastic "trees" like plastic model kits, so you might want to help your child by using an Xacto knife to trim them.

It comes with 8 F-14 jet fighter planes that are also accurately designed. The elevator platforms on the ship even work and there is some internal space for storage!

And this kit is HUGE when it's finished; about 3 feet long. Really impressive ... a deal. Picture here doesn't do it justice. A LEGO set of the same size and volume would cost $125.00 easily, plus you'll have a bazillion light gray bricks when you're done. You won't be disappointed!

Hi. I'm an 11 year old kid who LOVES military action and science. I also love anything that you can build or DESTRUCT!!!! Mwa Ha Ha!!!!!! I got interested in it when I first saw it at my freind's house yesterday. Extremely accurate, this model consists of over 1,700 pieces. I've had larger models, but this one would take a probuilder about say....35-42 hours. Not very long. I have found LEGOs very interesting (I own several hard ones), but MEGA Blocks are just the same. But, they're more reliable.

I played with it for a while and found its structure very well done. Details ar magnificent, but lacks realism. It's too blocky on the sides. It is educational in a way of structuring, and it is very fun. It rolls on wheels so you don't have to worry about the bottom scraping the floor. Without that, the bottom would just tear up the floor, but also damaging the model badly.

So far this is the best dragon mega bloks toy that I have. It took me about two hours to build it. I like the part where the head and wings open up and the crystal lights up. The sails seem real with cool graphics. (This review is from my nine-year-old son.)

My friends have tons of dragons, the new and origonal versions, and I loved them. I just had to get one! Man O' War was on clearence, so I got it and worked late into the night building it! The thing is, it's fun to Build! Yes, I built it on carpet, in about 30/or 45 min. It also stays together once you're done finishing it! I totally love this toy! My friends and I have so much fun with it and all of the other dragons!!

I got this for my 7-year old son for his birthday. I've been careful about purchasing toys, because I've been disappointed so many times by paying good money for a toy only to have it end up in the garbage or being given away because it's a piece of junk. We've been paying a little more, and sticking with higher quality toys such as lego and playmobil. I was skeptical about this one, but let me tell you, this toy is awesome! I helped my son put it together. The directions are very straightforward and colorful, each part is numbered like playmobil so you can order replacement parts, and the detail on the ship, the warriors, and the dragon is magnificent! It really encourages imaginative play. Some of the parts, like the torches, don't stay on too well during play, but we just used model glue to make those parts more stable since we know we'll be leaving it together anyway. This set, and other mega bloks dragons sets, are definately one of the better values out there as far as toys go!

My son Mat (AGE 10) says: "It's a really cool toy. It has flapping wings, a light up crystal, and red eyes. I like the way that the two heads are different, one has a horn and the other doesn't. Good luck trying to find one, we got the last one in the store."

This is sort of like an "expansion pack" for the Dragons series. It features a unique, undead, two-headed hydra dragon and ten undead ghost warriors. As always, the warriors get weapons and shields for battle. A nice addition to any Dragons collection. The ghost warriors are nice, as is the dragon. I added mine to the Dragons Tower set (#9896). Suddenly, the Draigars are in trouble, facing a nigh unbeatable foe. The undead, and a fierce undead dragon.

The ghost dragon is the best toy I have ever seen I bet its so powerful it could DESTROY the UNIVERSE! Im gonna get it!!!!!!!!!
