Lord of the Rings Expansion is a good game. If you lose you will want to play it until you win. A little difficult to understand at first. Also at times frustrating, but you can make it through. Very hard with just two people, Medium with three, Kind of Easy with four, and Easy with five. As the BIg Eye comes toward you, or when you roll the dice it get thrilling. Its kind of a piece of cake once you play it alot. That is why I give this game 2 thumbs up. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT GAME!!!!!

The Friends and foes expansion set adds three vital components to the LOTR game system.

1. It adds the Bree game board and events including Tom Bombadil (whose absense from the movie is painful)

2. It adds Isengard game board and events

3. It adds the many foes from the book really giving the game a new outlook.

Now in addition to all of the various problems you may already face now the wolf riders, the uruk-hai, and the cave-trolls add to your grief and the various foes appear to battle you. You must keep these foes in check as they sap your strength and allow Sauron time to grow ever closer. Defeat enough of them you might be able to avoid some of the great dangers that lie ahead altogeter, allow enough of them to plague you and you will be overwhelmed and defeated.

This is money well spent. If you own the game buy it!

Without the expansion, it is difficult enough for the four hobbits to make it to Mordor, but with this expansion comes an army of enemies to band against the players.

This game shows team players how to rely and work together, as they depend on the survival of the ring bearer to make it as far as possible.

One of the few games that allows for selfless acts and creates one goal for the players....the enemy is Sauron, NOT the other players.

I was just blown away by the multiposeability of this figure.The figure alone is worth the money.But with the magnets in the hands and feet all kinds of poses can be done,not just on the flagpole,but on refridgerator or other metallic surfaces.Any spiderman or comic book enthusiast will really enjoy this.The only drawback is the lightweighted flagpole that doesn't stay up when he is spiraling down.I still enjoy it when holding the flagpole.Just like his position can be suspended in the middle of flagpole as pictured so can the flagpole be stabilized by waits or whatever.Not only is this a good bargain for its normal price (...).

First off, the figure CAN be posed just like the picture. Secondly, it has MAGNETS!!. There's a lot more places you can stick this thing other than the provided pole (how about the fridge door and desk lamps). The magnets are strong enough so it only needs one hand on a magnetic surface to stick to. Tons of poses are achievable because other than (1) non-articulating fingers and (2) thighs that do not rotate about a typical sitting position (spidey fans know the pose), it is extremely articulate and you can get it to mimic many comic-style poses. I gave it five stars despite the non-articulating fingers and thigh because of this.
Btw, if you want spidey to hang in the middle of the pole and not have that piece slide down, just wrap some of that tie wrap (that the toy comes in) below the "spinner"

WHEN I GOT THIS TOY I THOUGHT IT WAS SO COOL!! BUT PEOPLE, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURE ON THE BOX, BECAUSE I TRIED TO COPY IT SEVERAL TIMES AND IT DOESN'T WORK.BUT THE DETAILS SURE GOT WAY BETTER THAN THE FIRST ACTION FIGURES!BUT ONE THING I HATE ABOUT THE TOY IS WHEN SPIDEY IS "SPINNING" DOWN, DUMB TOY TIPS OVER! AND SPIDEY FALLS OFF THE MAGNET AS IT FALLS, BUT HEY, IT'S STILL GREAT TO PLAY WITH.

This figure is excellent! His likeness to the comic book is great. His articulation is perfect for the accessories he has--a handgun and machine gun. He can hold them both or you can have him hold his machine gun with two hands for super action poses. His uniform looks like he could be ready for anything the underworld throws at him. He is styled in the uniform he first appeared in way back in the Spiderman comics. White boots and gloves on a predominantly black uniform. Which is fine by me. His display stand can hang on the wall or stand alone on a flat surface and looks great with the figure. The Punisher is one of the best characters in this series of Marvel Legends figures. Well worth the money for your Marvel fan. The only down side of this figure is that he doesn't come with a few more weapons so he can really sock it to the bad guys!! Enjoy this one.

It's about time someone released a Punisher action figure worth talking about. I've collected the comics and Punisher memorabilia for years, and this action figure has quickly become a favorite in my collection. It has all the classic detailing of the Punisher from the "WAR ZONE" days... weapons, ammo pouches, and gotta love that five o'clock shadow. This action figure is tough and fully articulated. Also, it includes a beautifully detailed stand, which can be hung on any wall or bookshelf. This is a must have for all Marvel fans, or anyone that just appreciates a good action figure.

Toy Biz Marvel toys sure have come a long way since their line of X-Men toys when I was a kid. This action figure of The Punisher not only looks great, it's also a toy that a kid would have a blast to play with. With over 30 points of articulation, a great paint design job, and the meticulous attention to detail (gotta love Frank Castle's trademark five o' clock shadow), this is a must have for long time fans of Marvel's hardest vigilante. The only problem with this action figure is the platform included doesn't allow the figure to stand in any real good position, but that's only a minor drawback. Also included is a re-print of Punisher: War Zone #1 which was the beginning of one of the best storylines in the history of the comic. I bought this set and I gotta tell you, this is an AWESOME set!! Just by looking at it, it would seem to be a set that would cost anywhere from $30-$50, but guess what, IT ISN'T!!! Although the way they are positioned, it isn't a "play" toy, but the type of an eye-candy toy that you would put on display. It is so detalied, that it almost looks like a model for the actual movie itself!!! The weapons are beautifully detailed, and Neo's action figure is amazing! I love how that captured Neo kicking in mid-air and the other figure is flying backwards!!! It's great!!! If you are a fan of the Matrix, McFarlane toys, or even just great action figures, you REALLY, REALLY gotta pick up this set!!!! It will NOT disappoint!!!

I have the entire Mcfarlane Matrix Series 1 collection and they are by far the most detailed, precisely crafted action figures I have ever seen. They also increase in value very rapidly. You can't lose with Mcfarlane Matrix. Bring on Series 2!

When you see this item in person, you'll see that it looks like a very expensive statue. Like something that would cost over a hundred dollars.

The price is great for such a highly delailed set. If you liked the movie then you should get this item.

Good figure! I love my Sabretooth. His detail is amazing! Articulation is great...he has 44 points of ariculation (the most of any of the Marvel Legends toys). Definitely a must-have! The only durability problem is the ankles arent that great, but they hold up decently.

Sabretooth is a very big figure compared to the other marvel legends and comes with a huge base (biggest one out the lot). Lets start with the sculpt- the head sculpt is incredible! toybiz have really done well on this head, it is really detailed and creates a great emotion (scary) on his face, the rest of his body is up to toybiz standard (pretty good). Articulation-when i got this i thought there wasnt going to be much articulation as it was a big figure but i was very suprised! there is loads you can do with him, the posing possibilities are endless! The only point i would like to make is the fur around his neck limits the head movement which is a bit dissapointing but its not that bad.
The colouring of the figure is spot on to the comics which makes it so much better. As i said before the base is huge! it is part of a broken leg/foot of a sentinal which is pretty cool.
The base is wall mountable as always with marvel legends. Also the figure comes with a comic book which is cool to read.
To conclude this review, sabretooth is an amazing figure and a must for all ages and colectors (like me!)

Thank heaven they came out with someone you can pit against all of your Wolverine figures. Sabretooth is very nice!! ToyBiz actually put some thought into their lineup for Marvel Legends Series 5. They really have some good characters this time. Sabretooth is in a great scale for the X-men Classics line and previous Marvel Legends Wolverine figures. He towers over Wolverine and looks absolutely vicious. This figure is worth every penny you pay. Articulation is just fine and not overdone with joints in the middle of the thigh or shin like I've seen in the past. A beautifully done X-Men villian. Hopefully, they can do as well with all the future X-Men villians.

I have just recently bought this toy for myself and have noticed that it's just amazing the detail the playing ability and every thing about it. It makes great gifts for little childern too. I bought my friend one for his birthday and he just loved it. Whats cool about the set is that its just the fellowship without the wizard and hobbits and of course Borramir. (not spelt right). Well in my opinion every last detail is in the figures. I Have to say that the aragorn figure is not that.. well life like but the legolas and gilmli make up for that. In My case i have searched now a days every where for legolas, gimli and aragorn figures in serparte packages. No luck there. since the movie came out long ago, so this may be your last chance to buy this figure. I bought mine just at the right moment! well i hoped you enjoyed my review, and remember get em before they stop production!
Ohh yes one more note my legolas came with brown hair! yup but still it makes it look more how should i say... good! My toys didn't really come in "Mint" condition but they came good. and one more note i am a kid lol for you readers.

Basically, this is a Helm's Deep set of the heroes we all know in love, featured in the novel trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien, as portrayed by Viggo Mortenson, Orlando Bloom, and John Rhys-Davis in the movie trilogy from New Line Cinima.

ARAGORN is basically the Helm's Deep model. He has his sword, dagger. No cloak. Facial expression is still a little drunk/depressed looking, but let's face it, Aragorn held that for a total of several minutes on the screen. :-) Authentic costume and detailing.

LEGOLAS is the Helm's Deep version, with Rohan armor, cloak, etc. What else can one say about it? Legolas is just doggone cool, and there's no getting around it. He comes with five arrows, and his two "nice shiny daggers", which easily fit into the sheaths mounted with his quiver on his back. Authentic costume and detailing, of course.

GIMLI is the Helm's Deep version, plus cloak, which really means he's not the "helm's deep" version at all. He comes with removable helmet and several axes.

If you haven't had a chance to collect these three magnificent heroes from the series yet, then you really ought to buy them. They're great for display, or for the kids (wink wink) to play with.

This is a great pack for my collection.I don't realy play with all of my LotR action figures but I love collecting them.Aragon is a very pose-able figure and is painted very well.Gimly is the most pose-able figure I have.He looks exactly like gimly and I love his axe throwing action.Legolas is my favorite LotR toy I have.The paint job is extrordaneryon on Legolas.Over all this is a must, must, have!

fortune for metal gear solid 2 is a great figure.if you are in to metal gear it would be a good part of your collection.i would like to get the complete series but amazon doesn't carry the others at this time.but overall fortune is a cool figure and it's part of the metal gear series.great toy for collectors or toy lovers alike.

Ther fortune figure is mostly for display not play. This is because it isn't well poseable. You should buy it though because it comes with a valuable piece to metal gear ray. Without fortune you wont get the bonus 7th figure. In conclusion..........BUY FORTUNE!

Fortune is a good figure. She has a very attractive outift equipped with very attractive...er...sunglasses. The figure is fairly easy to pose, but she cant go into complex poses like the Olga figure can. She comes with a pistol and a very cool gun.
I had a little difficulty fitting the guns and such into her hands, but they fit fairly well. The figure is very good at standing up.
Overall, a solid buy

figure cannot go into very many poses

the ugly:
The sunglasses dont fit on very well, and get get very easily lost.

Summary: A pretty good figure for the money

"Wow!" is all I can think of to say, because this figure is incredible! I mean, the entire Palisades Muppet line has been great, but of the ones I have, which isn't a bad sized pile, this one has got to be my favorite. It is the spitting image of Sam, and it's a nice size too! This ain't no dinky toy! The detail is unbelievable, yet he's very sturdy. I just cannot get over the realism of this one, even over the other Muppet figures, which are all excellent! I'm thrilled to have this figure, because Sam, as unseen and rarely marketed as he is for the most part, is one hilarious character when he does pop up in a film or show. Playing straight man to the Muppets can't be easy when you are one yourself! If you're wondering why I call this toy educational, think about it! It's not just Sam, it's Sam as Samuel Arrow from Treasure Island! That's a classic piece of literature! Yeah, I know it's also a Muppet movie, but that movie is pretty close to the same basic story. Anyway, if I could think of any complaint about this character, it's probably that he doesn't really "grip" his accessories, but that's a minor issue. And they are some great accessories, by the way! He carries the map to Treasure Island, a key, an authentic looking Bible (which is empty inside and a great place to store the map and key), and an excellent spy glass that actually folds and unfolds! Everything is just beautiful! This toy rocks!

This toy is AWESOME! I love it. It is a big hit at the office. Our promotions director (Hi Bryan ;)) actually RESEMBLES Sam! His nickname is 'Sam the Eagle'. He usually has an eagle eye - except when he had his ski accident. All of my family loves this toy.

I play with my Muppet everyday. He is so cool. I love him so much that I carry him in my diaper everywhere. I'm so lucky because my mommy bought my 8 muppets! ! !

It's easy to put together. The stuff is cute. The lights are really bright, but how can you fit it into a suitcase? Where is the magnet on the barking thing?

It's a great toy that any mom should buy for their kid.

Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but these Snubbies don't actually "physically" grow. Er.. they are plastic dogs in a house that makes the noises, not the dogs! Sure, my kids love them, but they don't grow! And, um.. little mini pooches with personalites? Whatever! Okay! Fine..

I don't seem to be quite as bowled over by this figure as the others here. While I love the podrace sequence, there were a few too many short, CGI aliens in it for my tastes. Still, this is a fun, well-made figure and I'm happy to have it in my collection. His name is Teemto Pagalies, and he comes with a nice little pair of goggles (keep 'em on him or they'll probably get lost or vacuumed up!), a special spider-type droid for lifting things and hovering them around (with grabbing action), and a podracer part for the droid to lift. If you have a couple of the podracer characters, you probably know that the more you have, the better your setup will look, so don't hesitate adding Teemto to your ranks. Teemto has the 6 basic points of articulation, plus one bonus: the base of his tail. Nicely detailed down to the cut on his chin; it's just a shame he doesn't come in a set with his podracer, as they all should.

I don't know why, but Amazon isn't refering to this action figure by it's name. The real name of this interesting little figure is Teemto Pagalies. He was one of the pod racers in THE PHANTOM MENACE. The figure is very detailed, right now to the clear goggles that go on his face. The figure includes a spider droid and part of his pod racer. The figure isn't all that durable and the legs on the spider droid are rather fragile. Nevertheless, Teemto makes a nice addition to any Star Wars action figure collection. Just play nice with him. After all, he takes enough of a beating in the movie.

This is one of the best figures I have seeb in awhile. I think the detaitl is awesome.He comes with a droid, podracer part,and a pair of goggles. It is a little hard to get his goggles on at first so i just keep them on. There is one downside. The droid he comes with cant stand up. The legs are to week. I only wish he came with a podracer.I would reccomend this toy to any kid or any collector like myself!
