i bought this doll after xmas with my money and she is so fun. I agree with Morgan (and i like morgan's name) when you are down it DOES bring u up. and her hair is so silky. she rules and your kids will love her.

I think that it is a fun toy.But I feel it should have more education to it.Also the pieces are small enough to get lost.Though her accessories are very cute.Maybe we could all the small pieces in a bag.

Hi my name is Morgan Bastarache. I love the bratz dolls!I have every singal one.I play with them when I am in a bad mood and they bring me up all the way.I think they are way better than any other doll. If you stoped making them I would be very upset. They should be toy of the year for now and forever!!!

This set should really be for older kids and collectors. I purchased this for my 3 year olds birthday based on other reviews -Big Mistake. I also thought that becuase the accessories were realistic and colorful, it would capture my 3 year old interest better than the wooden sets.
The accessories for the rooms are really small (think of the smallest Barbie accessories-ie perfume bottles) that YOU have to put stickers on. I don't think any 3-4 year old has the dexterity to manipulate them. So I just put most of them away so we don't lose them. Some of them also have stickers on the back for permanent placement, which for a 3 year old is not a plus.
I also found it difficult to fit the furniture sets in the smaller rooms. I still haven't found a room that holds all of the bathroom furniture.
My daughter does like the critters themselves and the nursery/bedroom/living room sets. However she plays with this toy maybe once a month. Better to invest in one of the wooden doll houses ( she always plays with them in the stores).

This house is really great. One of the few doll houses I do own, and I much rather collect miniature figures. Its massive, for one. Trying to find a place to put it was a little awkward (for kids, its easy. It goes on the floor in the middle of the room ^_^) Also, as both the editor & manufactuer mentioned, its highly detailed.

On other notes. This series IS Sylvanian Families. They are put out by EPOCH (the company that still sells sylvanian Families under their real name, oversea's in Japan and UK) Due to legalities (their old distributor, Coleco, went bankrupt & lost its assets in the 80's )they have been re-introduced under the new name of Calico Critters of Cloverleaf Corners in USA and Canada. As a note, they are totally unrelated to maple town. WHile similar, Maple town is a knock-off produced by bandai to snag some of Epoch's sales in the 80's. Bandai is notorious for that, unfortunatly.
This series is REALLY going strong in Japan. There are gameboy games, advance games, real restaraunts, and shops deticated entirely to sylvanian families. You know what that means, eventual popularity spill-over into the USA. I really do think this series is going to have a popularity explosion, once word gets around. ^_^

This is an amazing value.. not only do you get the house, you get a kitty cat family, dining room, nursery and a bathroom set.

Pretty cool.. I wish they would've told me though, so I wouldn't have bought the accessories!!

I've loved Barbies since they first came out, and I still believe dolls are to be PLAYED with, which is why I don't completely love this doll. She has awful hair, and what would it have cost them to throw a few snaps or some velcro on the back of her dress?

On the other hand, the dress IS gorgeous, and the shoes are fabulous. And I love her grave and dignified expression.

...And cheap!And I don't mean $$$ cheap. Unlike the other 'European' looking Dolls of the World that I own, this one is a little chinsy and it gets messed up. For example, the plastic rod in the bodice kept popping out and I didnt touch it, her hair uncurled and her hem between the blue and the goldish petticoat unraveled. I was suprised that all happened and I had to purchase a new one because my others D.O.T.W arent like that.But it is really pretty and fun to play with!!

She reminds me of Cinderella from the Disney movie! This doll is very, VERY pretty, which is why she remains in her box on my display shelf. She comes at a good price, compared to other Barbie Collectibles which can go up to $300. The back of the box includes a history of Denmark, as well as a little story about this fairy-tale-like doll. Little kids can also enjoy Princess of Denmark (she's a Barbie, after all!).

Cloe, one of the first Bratz, has two blond braids and blue eyes. Her friends, Jade, Sasha, and Yasmin call her Angel, and that's also her Bratz sign. In the Spring Break Collection, each doll has a swimsuit and beach accessories. Cloe wears a red swimsuit and matching red shoes. She also has a normal outfit and a swimsuit cover. She sits on a black and white beach chair with a matching umbrella. Her towel has her name on it. Some of her other accessories include a radio, sunglasses, makeup, pop, and another pair of shoes. There may be more, but I don't know because I don't have her. You can collect all four dolls - Cloe in a red swimsuit, Sasha in brown, Yasmin in purple, and Jade in purple. The other doll in the set, Meygan in a brown swimsuit I think, comes with the Spring Break Beach Bike.

i was going to get this, but then i saw it in the store and it was the smallest thing i've ever seen!!! how can you play with a doll like this??? i know that they are supposed 2 be small, but you have to use a microscope to even see the darn thing!!! i was expecting at least a good 3 inch doll, but what i saw was a tiny peice of junk.

it is not worth the $, even though it's pretty cheap. i did not get this doll, because you can hardly play with it without it being swallowed, blown over when you breathe, lost forever under your foot, or sticking to your fingers!!! my friend has this doll, and the hair does not even move!!! let alone the hideous clothes, that are made of cheap yarn-like fabric.

if u are planning to get this for a kid under 8, DONT!!! the DOLL may be a choking hazard itself! the makers of this doll need to think bigger and better.

I like the Diva Starz and I have all of them except two of the Glitter to Glam dolls, but they aren't like real people at all! They're like Barbie: the one with the blond hair is girly and wears pink all the time. The brown haired one likes sports and always wears purple and orange. The red haired one likes animals and plants and wears green and yellow. And the one with brown skin likes music and wears blue and purple. Miranda is more normal. And how did Nikki's eyes change from purple to green?! I have all four in the first set of Fashion Diva Starz but I think the only one here is Nikki so I'll tell you about all four here:
Alexa has blond hair and blue eyes. She comes wearing a pink shirt with a heart on it, glittery pants and pink shoes. Her other outfit is a denim jacket, pink skirt and blue boots.
Nikki, the one shown here, has brown hair and green eyes. She comes wearing a pink and green shirt, a red skirt and purple boots. Her other outfit is a red vest and denim sparkly pants with purple and orange shoes.
Miranda has white hair with pink streaks and green eyes. She's my favorite. She comes wearing a pink shirt, red jacket, red pants and red shoes. (But they're the same ones you get with her fashion pack.) Her other outfit is a pink dress and white boots.
Tia has brown skin, black hair, and brown eyes. She comes wearing a blue shirt and dark blue skirt with purple boots. Her other outfit is a pink shirt and white and green pants with blue and purple shoes.
There is no Summer in this set. They replaced her with Miranda. But Miranda's better. She's like a real girl. She has blond hair but she isn't girly.
If I could I would give these zero stars for educational. They aren't realistic at all.
They make fashion packs for these dolls.
Alexa's is a pink dress, pink shirt, pink boots and pink necklace. Nikki's is a green shirt and white pants with green boots. Miranda's is a pink and white tie dye shirt, denim pants, red necklace and red shoes. Tia's is a purple shirt, blue skirt and blue shoes. They each have a matching purse.

Nikki has long brown hair with red streaks. Her eyes are green, but they are supposed to be purple! All the Diva Starz except the Fashion Diva Starz Nikkis all have purple eyes! I have all the Diva Starz, except Glitter to Glam Alexa and Tia. Nikki comes wearing a pink/green shirt, a red skirt, and purple boots. Her other outfit is a red vest, denim pants, and purple/orange shoes. Her other accessories are: a purple purse, a phone, red clear shoe stackers, purple shoe stackers, secret messages, a keychain, a magazine, 2 bottles of nailpolish, perfume, and hairclips. At first, when they started making Fashion Diva Starz, I thought they were ugly, but now I'm used to them.

The commercials for this doll show dolls going to clubs,the things these dolls are made to say is inappropriate for our age group. One quote from this doll on the official website is "Time to flirt in my glowing skirt!" what kind of message is the toy company trying to send us? What Kind of Toy store endorses these kinds of toys that give us the message that we should go to clubs and try to pick up boys we're suppose to be ding these kind of things? Then theirs also the issue of what is solicitored in clubs drugs, alcohol. I think that the commercialisation of what women are suppose to be like is influenicing what kinds of toys companies make and what kind of messages they give us!!!

This toy is marvelous! It hsa so many things I would never expect from a dollhouse. It took me almost an hour to get in the walls they are so hard. I will not be changing the wallpaper for a while. The rest of the toy is magnificent and I hope I will receive the rest of the set for Christmas. Buy this toy, it will be great for Christmas!

My daughter and I, (both adults) absolutely love the Laura Ashley doll house rooms. We purchased the 4-room doll house and the powder room, 2-level foyer, and the dining room, a few weeks ago. They were at our local ToysRUs store. We have been just thrilled with these rooms. The only problem is, finding separate rooms. Since the Laura Ashley line doesn't offer the bedrooms, (teen-age girl & master) outside of the 4-room house, we went searching at other toy stores. The company that makes these houses, (Toy Island) also makes the Room By Room doll house rooms!!! They are almost identical to the Laura Ashley line and are completely compatible. They can be found mostly on-line through Sears Wish Book (they have all of the rooms (12 in all) and through KB Toys online as well as other toy suppliers on the web. With Laura Ashley and Room By Room doll house rooms combined, we have a virtual doll mansion. Recently, I ordered the gymnasium, entertainment room, kitchen, and bathroom from the Sears Wish Book Catalog.Our dollhouse has grown from the seven Laura Ashley rooms to a larger mansion with multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. So, if you are looking for additions to your Laura Ashley line and can't find them or if you need more than what Laura Ashley offers, start adding the Room By Room line because they are compatible and you won't be disappointed. The details Laura Ashley provides are second to none. The sound effects are just as wonderful and the colors and changeable decor pieces are more than you could ever dream of. Have fun, get both the Laura Ashley and the Room By Room pieces and you will have the doll house of a lifetime. We enjoy ours even though we are "old girls". My 9 year old cousin loves her new Laura Ashley doll house. But we are disappointed that we cannot find any extra rooms that are in stock. Everywhere we have checked they are no longer available. What good is it to have this if you can't buy more accessories for it?

I just recently found this product. Wow! It is just like a big kid booster with cup holders that fold in too. It is completly sturdy so go don't have to worry about it flopping down.
The manufacturer does make a smaller version of this doll in a travel seat, and even though I agree this size doll should be in an infant style seat it could be considered a toddler next to the smaller doll.
This booser can be used as a carseat or a chair booster at a kids table.
The shoudler strap is velcro and not too tight so the youngest of children should not have a problem using this prodcut.
I love that it encourages the use of child safety belts and caring about others safety.

This is the best toy ever!. I don't own it but i will soon.
It looks vary fun and fun for doll lovers like me. I could preanted it is a tot born small.

My daughter has alot of the Graco Items. She has the Travel System Stroller and Car Seat, 3 Way Pack N Play, High Chair, and Electronic Swing. I went to Toys R Us and notice that the now have a Graco 16" or 18" Doll. The Store did not have Ethnic dolls,(this is very command in Nebraska). I decided to go on line and there were no ethnic dolls there either. I am very disappointed that a company this large would not make sure that all dolls that are sold in there stores have more than just white dolls. I'm sure this is a problem that needs to be taken up with Tolly Tots. This product deserves no stars.

this doll needs her own style

expect to get lothes that you possibly already own. yea they stole clothes from the strut it collection and made lots of bratz fans very dissapointed. if u are a 1st time buyer and own no other bratz or bratz clothes then yea!!!! get this for sure, but look at the clothes closely, i already have the pants... and i dont have this doll because of it and also i dont have this doll because i dont want this doll because i dont think shes pretty at all. she has a huge forehead and most bratz dont... so i dont want it, and im not getting it.

Hey I love bratz I have over 30 Bratz and today April 11th/04 I just got sun-kissed-summer Dana WOW!! Anywayz a few weeks ago I bought Nevera she is so0o0o pretty and cool. But what I found very weird MGA is that I have all the style-it's collection and Nevera comes with the style-it's clothes.. so now i have double of the clothes.. it has yasmins( style-it's) top.. Chloe(style-it's) skirt and top and dana's pants :( and it comes with the same black boots that chloe has.. I still like it though:-). plus she is a great toy and you will love her.. ENJOY

Baby Darling is loved my daughter. The doll is so soft and cuddly. My little daughter even likes to sleep with it. Even my teenage dauhter who is too old for dolls likes to hold it as well as adults.. Baby Darling is love.

My little girl did not like he doll. The pacifier would not stay in the mouth and the clohes were too hard to put on and off. She played with it for one day and went to her Barbie. The next thing I knew our dog had a hold of Baby Darling

My 1 1/2 year old received the doll for Christmas. Since then, we have had lots of fun. She drags her around the house, puts her to sleep, makes her use the potty, feeds her, gives her a teething ring, and takes care of her when she is sick. We even have to take her outside to swing and ride in the toy car. It was a perfect gift for Christmas!

This is one of the few Barbie lines left that involves wholesome family values. This doll has pretty black hair styled with a headband, a good thing for show, but not for repeated styling. She has jointed arms with a hole in one finger, used for tiny accessories such as a pencil. This hole is very helpful because it holds the accessories in place for an easier playtime. Her uniform, while not reflecting that of a real doctor's, is cute and colorful. While a milk white uniform might bore a child, colors will keep your kid more entertained. Her stethescope is removable, and she comes with a pair of stylish white sneakers with heels (her feet must ache by the end of the day). She comes with various documents, baby bottles, baby pouder, medicines, etc. A dresser with clear rockable cradles on top holds two adorable babies, delicately wrapped in pink and blue blankets and intricately painted with the most adorable faces. The dresser has a shelf where Barbie's tools can be stored. All in all, this is a toy any little girl, or even a boy, could enjoy. It not only gives your children a lesson in child care, but also shows them love can be found in the smallest places, rather it would be in the world of Barbie, or in the hearts of 2 beautiful little babies.

The durability of this toy is low, because like most barbie products the tiny peices will get lost in a week under adverage play. Of course, you have to allow for the fact the stuff has to look like Barbie can use it, so for as long as it last as a whole - it's a good set. I knew Barbie had to include herself in this set somehow and it's cute they put her on the back burner as a Doctor. And she comes with two extra babies if you want to add some other families with random dolls to hang out with Midge and Alan's kids. You can also bring Midge and Alan's baby for a check up. It's really a fun addition if you have the rest of the Happy Family and even if you don't you could have 'other Barbie' bring Krissy in for a checkup. I think it's cute they gave her the floral smock some kid doctors have instead of the standard white.

So with the Happy Family it promotes the education value of taking care of yourself while your preganant and takening care of baby. And without the Happy Family, with Families of your own invention, it can do the same. And if you don't think pregnant Midge is a good example, I'm sure a career Barbie is.

For the African-American version in particular, I'm glad you've embraced our different complextions. Barbie and babies all have beuatiful, unique skin tones. I remember when all Black dolls were the same chocolate color and all looked a like. Thank you for finally embracing our diversity.

I love the idea of this product but I don't understand why she is wearing a floral coat. This is something that you normally see on medical personnel other than a doctor! All of the doctors that I've seen wear a white doctor's coat or everyday clothing with their stethoscope.
