My very gentle 6 year old loves polly pockets so I thought this would be a perfect addition for her collection. In three days it has torn twice. And these are days she's been in school so we are talking maybe 6 hours of playing time. Very disappointing.

What a GREAT addition to the world of Polly! This is a MUST HAVE to go with your polly collection. I saves you the constant hunt on the floor for dropped pieces, and keeps them secure without having to try to balance objects. If you're into Polly, you HAVE to get this as well!

THIS IS THE GREATES ITEM MATTEL HAS CAME OUT WITH YET FOR THE POLLY POCKETS. THEY ARE HARD TO LOOSE TOO BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS MAGNETIC. OF ALL THE CHRISTMAS GIFTS AMBER GOT THIS IS THE ONE SHE PLAYS WITH THE MOST. WONDERFUL MUST HAVE ITEM!!

This is a very cute furniture set. My husband built a dollhouse for my daughters for Christmas, and The Smart Family Creative Dollhouse Furniture fits perfectly. The vibrant colors look great in the kid's playroom.

Very colorful and lifelike. Very easy to assemble and great size for dollhouses. The laminate gives it life and makes it more "real" for the kids. Great product!

I was so impressed with the whole idea of having a dollhouse that a child could help create. The colors are wonderful and the quality is outstanding! I will have one very happy five years old when she sees this on Christmas morning!

My sister is two and has this. She loves dressing up her dollys. We had the same problem as earlier stated about finding boy dolls for my brother who loved dolls but wanted a boy. Finally at a yard sale and at used baby clothes stores, we found some preemie boy clothes for cheap. They work GREAT with his baby born and baby annabell, and now his baby born doesn't have to be a girl.

I would like to see an increase in the availability of baby dolls geared for little boys...they need to practice being good daddies as much as our girls need to practice being good mommies. I have had a difficult time finding infant baby boy doll clothes for a 13" doll I found for my child.

My duaghter loves the clothes though they are not of the best quality. However for the price you can't beat it and she doesn't seem to care. They are easy for her to put on and take off which is the main purpose.

Yummi is a wonderful product and i hope they come out with a boy Japanese doll for my son. My daughter loves playing with Yummi and learning her Japanese. The heart on the knee is so cute and i heard all the dolls say i love you.

The Language Little dolls are a wonderful way to learn some beginning phrases of a new language! I laugh every time they speak, these dolls are so cute!

I have 5 of these dolls - Japanese, Russian, German, Chinese, and Spanish. All of them say over 20 phrases, and each one says "I love you" when you press the knee.

The dolls also come with a booklet that shows the pronounciation of the words they are saying, which is very helpful!

My only "complaint" is that I wish the booklets also had the phrases written out in the non-English language as well. For instance, it would be neat to see the hirigana/katakana for the phrases that Yumi speaks.

Also included with the booklet is a passcode to the Language Little website, where you can learn even more. Very cool.

My favorite doll is Yumi, the Japanese-English speaking doll. This is in part because Japanese is a language I would really like to learn, and in part because she says things like "I like to play musical instruments" (I also like playing musical instruments ;)).

It is neat how the dolls all seem to have a particular theme, like music, or ballet, or soccer.

As for durability, I have had Yumi (the first doll I bought) for almost 3 years now - she still works and looks as good as when I first got her! (Keep in mind that I am over 20 years old, so I am probably treating my dolls with a bit more care than children might).

I hope you will decide to get one of these dolls, for your children, or for yourself! They are great!

Yumi is a happy and soft little friend for my 3.5 and 4.5 yr. old children. She speaks clear English and Japanese to my children who repeat the 7 phrases and 13 words back to her. Yumi has 3 fun places to press for speaking. The wiring from her 3 speaking locations means she is not submersible. She can't be given a bath or thrown into the washer for easy cleaning. I hope Language Littles makes removable speaking units that can be purchased to match my children's increasing vocabulary. --A worthwhile purchase--

I bought these dolls (all 4) for my girls and they really enjoy them. They are well made, the hair doesn't tangle like some of the less expensive Barbie dolls. The clothes are stylish/detailed/current. The heart shaped case that the dolls come in can be used to carry dolls around/store pieces. My daughter (age 5) loves the charm bracelet that comes with the dolls. Each outfit also comes with 2 charms that fit on the bracelet. This was money well spent. Quality dolls. I hope there are more to come.

I just recently purchased these dolls for my 7 year old daughter and she loves them. She thinks that these dolls are very beautiful and she takes them everywhere she goes. I have an 8 year old niece who saw these dolls and now she wants me to buy her one. I definitely plan on buying another one for my niece. Don't hesitate on buying these dolls, they're very pretty and fun to play with. Any little girl will love these wonderful dolls.

Toys are very cute but on the picture the "bee" toy is awake and in life it's sleeping, so I was a little disappointed to get 2 sleeping toy's, but my 2 year ald doter loves them anyway.

Right when I opened the dolls. I couldn't believe my eyes on how precious they were. They almost looked like real babies. My 1 yr old son really loves babies and when he seen them his eyes lit up and he pointed to the dolls and said baby. First my husband told me why did you buy those dolls and when he seen them, he thought they were the cutest dolls he has ever seen. I would recommend this item to any collecter out there. Trust me you will fall in love with them.

I was very happy to see that there are some different outfits for the family to wear. We love the fact that they are colorful and easy to get on the dolls. However my daughter wondered why Nikki did not have any underclothes to put on. We thought maybe we threw them away by accident. Shes needs to either have some little shorts or underpants on. Despite this tiny little flaw, we like the clothing sets. We also have the red, white and blue clothing set.

I ordered both the blue & orange and blue & red outfit sets for my Happy Family. I have Neighborhhod Alan and Baby Surprise Midge (we got a baby girl), we donated a set, and have the kitchen and grandparents. I was VERY tired of seeing poor pregnant Midge in that same lilac flowered potatoe sac! Come on, girls! It's time for some designer duds and right in time for summer! Now I do have an entire set with Neighborhood grandparents/1st Birthday Midge & Nikki in African-American that I display with my vintage barbies because they are so awesome and I NEVER change them.

But, I need an extra set to play with. Who doesn't? Rather than little blond Nikki, we used the red head with braids from the Baby Friends gift pack. These clothes are teriffic. They are constructed well and reasonable. One pack can suffice to perk up Alan and Midge's stale wardrobe. The red, white, and blue clothes are patriotic and allow for a coordinated party look or a casual afternoon. The blue and orange look beach or pool bound - a must have if you've got the pool! What do I love? Some of Midge's clothes are post-partum, even a bikini top with shorts! And each pack has maternity dresses in eye-popping colors to match little Ryan and Nikki. So, you can have her pregnant or not, it's up to the individual. I have arthritis and the clothes, even tiny Nikki's outfits, fit well with ample fabric and are easy to fasten. Mattel did a good job with these. I hope to see a winter holiday collection in the fall. And some nightwear would be nice for the children and a robe, nightgown and such. I'm lucky to have red-headed Pool Party Liana and can coordinate her clothes as well. Alan needs some business attire and a tux. I saw some gardening gear for Grandma and Grandpop, but they aren't included in this set. I don't think they need to be changed as often, as they are grandparents and sometimes, with creativity, some of the Fashion Avenue shirts work with Grandma. Grandpop can now borrow Alan's fashions. If you love Happy Families, you'll adore their summer escape fashions.

The doll was wonderful for the hour it actually worked. I replaced the batteries with some high performance rechargeables like the kind I put in my digital camera. It made a noise but did not work. It seemed like there was a short in a circuit. I tried everything to get it to work ! It has been very frustrating for me and my daughter has been in tears. We are taking it back!

Motor Scooter Samantha became my great granddaughters favorite Christmas toy immediately after she opened it. She played with it almost contantly, other than to stop for dinner. The family was envious that out of all the gifts she received, and there were many, the Motor Scooter Samantha won out. I can easily give it a 5+ star rating.

As an owner of a real Vespa motor scooter (ET-4), Motor Scooter Samantha allows my friends and their children to try their hand at motor scootering in the total safety of their own home. All three elements: the Samantha doll, the electric scooter and the scooter-shaped control unit are all loads of fun and are very easy to operate. The cool sound effects are very realistic! Steering is fairly precise. Time after time, pushing the "wheelies" button produces a great thrill. Batteries are long-lasting. Importantly, you don't need a motor cycle operator's license to have a truly great time with the Motor Scooter Samantha! For real: my Motor Scooter Samantha is on "permanent loan" to my local Vespa dealer ["Vespa Boutique"] who has it on a high profile display in the main Vespa show room. Good Scootering!

My parents got this for me and I love it. The idea of a tiki lounge is really cool. The furniture is very tropical and cool. I love the acessories and the furniture. I love this set and it is so much to play with.

This fun toy can help you to realize where mom went last year on there honeymoon. maby kids can relate to this new part of barbie never seen before.check out the fun of this island store.

Weird concept. Weird concept for kids, but for tiki collectors, yay!!!We have a tiki room at our house, and this is a fantastic addition. Blenders, little pineapple cups, lights( I wish the lights lit up).

I am 23 and I am a big fan of rainbow bright. I use to own this doll when I was little and I am glad that they brought her back out. Now my 4 year old daughter gets to enjoy her as much as I did. I think that the dvd that comes with it is educational because it shows kids the importance of having a good friend and helping one another.

This doll is a fantastic "likeness" of the original Rainbow Brite Dolls sold in the 80's. She is very cute and loveable but sadly not as cuddly as the stuffed 80s dolls. Her body is plastic that doesnt have joints like a barbie so she can only swing her arms and legs at the shoulder and hip. She comes with a lite up sprite and a DVD of an old episode from the 80's series. This is a wonderful toy and is a great childs gift.

I got this doll for my graduation project on 80's cultutre and she is definitly NOT what I grew up with. Although cute, she is just not like I remembered. Her body is plastic***not stuffed like the old dolls*** and her hair is a lighter yellow color***In the 80's, her hair was an orange-ish color*** She isn't as adorable as the beloved girl I grew up with.

Still, my little cousin loves her to death, just like Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears. The latest 80's retro toy trend has come to Rainbowland.It isn't like the past, but it's darn close enough

***GOODY NOTE*** The dolls comes with a 20 minute DVD of an episode of the old Rainbow Brite. it just goes to show some good things never change
