Fun Family Game
Great hit in school-based use!As a speech-langauge pathologist in an elementary school, I am constantly looking for fun, durable, and educational games to use in therapy. Dog Dice has met all my requirements - at least to some degree. This game is one of the more popular games with my students. It is played by at least 3 kids four or five times a day. The kids love this game and don't realize that they are learning to attend to details as well as improving visual discrim skills. My one complaint is this - the bones are somewhat fragile and I've had to staple the middle of several to prolong their lives. Is there any way I can get some more to supplement the original supply? The dice have held up well and still have all the colors intact - unlike other people's dice.

This game is so much fun!
- Super fast-paced racing game featuring Crash and his pals
- Cool 3-D graphics and action
- Lots of cool power-ups
- Eight characters to choose
- For 1 or 2 players

Nitro Kart like a blast of Nitrous - Big Smile!People will compare it to Mario Kart, but it's really comparable to any number of racing games from Simpson's Road Rage to Cartoon Network's Speedway. What makes this game tick are the surprises you get as you advance up the game levels. Hidden drivers crop up, new cheats, etc! By the end of it all you can even unlock characters like SPYRO who aren't even in CRASH games usually. This is a lot of fun, and works really well on the GBA. Cute enough for kids, but also challenging enough for adults. I found it actually very challenging to ramp up my driving skills. This was not easy to just pick up and instantly be a pro!
LUV IT
A battle on wheelsMore then that you can play with Spyro. This is also the best Crash Bandicoot game ever. You can unlock cheats by winning gem cups.If you beat the red gem cup you will unlock the artillery cheat, win the blue gem cup to unlock the turbo cheat, win the green gem cup to unlock the R/C KART, and the last i didn't unlock it.Link up your friends and play vs, battle and arcade modes.Oh yeah i forgot the best part about this game.Link your Nintendo Gamecube to unlock certain features on the Crash Nitro Kart.I like this game that mush that i buy it for PS2 and Nintendo Gamecube.I hope you like it.

GBA to Game Cube "link cable" features and gameplay"Sonic Adventure 2: Battle":
If you've played Dreamcast's "Sonic Adventure" or "Sonic Adventure 2", then you're already enamoured with the beloved little critters called "Chaos" (pronounced "ch" as in "chocolate"). With Game Cube's version, "Sonic Adventure 2: Battle", just remove your Game Cube controller from it's port, plug one end of this "Cube Link Advanced" cable into it, and connect your GBA to the other end. You can then transfer Chaos from your Game Cube's "Sonic Adventure 2: Battle" game to your GBA.
Now, I know what you're thinking: "Oh, I could do the same thing with the Dreamcast VMU. I transferred my Chao from my 'Sonic' game to my VMU, then took it for a 'walk' and played games with it." But, no! A Chao on a Dreamcast VMU doesn't come anywhere close to a Chao displayed in 32bit color on your GBA. And you'll be able to play REAL games with your Chao, like "Chao Karate" and "Chao Racing", just to name a few!
"Animal Forest" (Japanese-only at this time):
Even though I own a Japanese-import Game Cube, I have yet to get my hands on this game. Therefore, I can't tell you first-hand about what transfers to the GBA and it's gameplay thereafter. However, it looks like it'll be very similar to what I described above with the Chaos.
Another function of this "GBA-to-Game Cube" cable is that it will allow the use of a GBA as a Game Cube controller (with compatible games only). For instance, you'll be able to plan "secret" football plays on your GBA, then execute them in the Game Cube game so that your opponent won't be able to see them coming!
Totally AmazingA few days later, I purchased one with F-Zero Maximum Velocity. I couldn't sleep knowing I had it. Every second I would be playing it. It was the best handheld I ever had (I have had GameBoy, GameBoy Color, Gamegear, and NeoGeo). I had tons of hours of fun with it.
2 months later I went to Circuit City and in the video game section they had three competing consoles- PS2, Gamecube, and Xbox. It was the first time i heard of Gamecube and Xbox and since most of my friends had PS2, I had decided to get one of the others. I took home a convenient mini-disc the same size as a Gamecube game disc and put it in my computer. It had previews of many games the Gamecube would be launching.
This started my research of which one i should buy. I heard different opinions about both and most liked Gamecube. Plus it was 100 bucks cheaper which really helped my decision. I myself have always been promoting Nintendo. I have Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, and what would be a great add to the collection would be the GameCube!!!
A few days after my decision, my friend told me that Gameboy Advance could hook up to Gamecube, which really surprised me. I thought that would be awesome. The second after Christmas I became a Gamecube fanatic, and an anti-Xbox. Everything about Xbox makes me shudder. I don't even want to start about all the crappy features and all this Megahertz stuff. WHO CARES IF IT HAS A HARD DRIVE!!! All anyone cares about is the games!!! And the Gamecube games are excellent. I have done some research about what games that I would look foward to. Then i saw Kirby's Tilt and Tumble 2!! I downloaded a video about it and that great Shigeru guy was displaying how it worked. GBA was hooked up to the Gamecube and used as a controller to tilt Kriby around. This would be just like the Gameboy's classic but in a mixture of 128-bit and 32-bit graphics. Then I learned about the many games that would take advantage of this cable. Sonic was one of them. The first one I heard about was Animal Forest+, which is a sequel to the Japanese's N64 version. This looks like a great game.
When I saw a picture of this cable here, I was stunned. I thought: Now it's official. There is certainly gonna be all the great features Nintendo has promised before. The Wavebird controller. And the Internet connections. When I saw this I new i had to make a review. This cable is incredibly spectacular and a must-have if you have Gamecube and GBA. If I took the time to write this whole thing just for a 10 dollar cable that can do great things, you know it's good.

This limited-edition Game Boy Color console in the color of kiwi comes with a free copy of the game Pokémon Crystal. Quantities are limited, so catch yours while you can!
The Game Boy is that small, colorful handheld video game system that's clutched by folks playing it everywhere. Popular within a wide age group, including a good number of airport-lounging power executives, the Game Boy has a true hard-core fan base that comprises millions of kids around the globe.
Nintendo's Game Boy debuted in the late 1980s, and has since sold more than 60 million units worldwide--far outpacing other handheld game systems. With a catalog of more than 1,000 games and dozens of add-on peripherals, the Game Boy is a monster of a handheld game system, and a remarkably affordable one at that. Early March 1998 brought the release of the Game Boy Color system--an upgraded version of the original. It's equipped with an 8-bit CPU, which doubles the original Game Boy's computing power. The small LCD screen can display up to 56 colors simultaneously--out of a 32,000-color palette--delivered via boosted video-processing memory that provides remarkably sharp and vibrant graphics.
The hundreds of available games vary from tremendously compelling to instantly forgettable. Quality or not, the entire library of games designed for the original system is playable on Game Boy Color, but buyers should note that not all Game Boy Color games will work on the original Game Boy system.
The Game Boy Color system is available in an exotic array of colors and special editions. Accessories and add-on peripherals abound, enhancing the playing experience with everything from vibrating feedback to in-game bumps and crashes, extra battery power, and even a clever camera package that allows players to capture, tweak, and print images.

Best ever --- that is, until Ruby/Sapphire comesPros:
- The ability to choose to play as a boy or a girl
- Defending Pokemon perform animations when sent into battle
- New Suicune side-plot
- New Unown side-plot
- Game intro is different from Gold & Silver, and IMO more entertaining
Cons:
- GBC/A only
- Like G/C, only has a certain amount of Pokemon
- Not as good as the upcoming Ruby/Sapphire versions
Overall Crystal is near perfect but still has the same flaws as Gold & Silver versions. I suggest saving money for the Ruby/Sapphire versions coming early 2003.
good overall with one exeption
Good as Gold

The best DBZ game and fighter on the GBAThe character selection is impressive as well, including Cell, Gotenks, Goku, Trunks, 18, and more. There are a few I would've liked to see make their appearance in the game, but I do not want to give out any spoilers. On the topic of gameplay, I found it great because of one thing it had that the others were missing....Speed. If you have seen the show you know that what made the fighting great was the KI fights and intense speed, this game has both. Flying at will, moving at quick speeds, fast paced grappling, and great effects all make for a fun fighting experience. With all I have pointed out it sounds like it does take a while to master, but actually within an hour I was able to get the hang of the gist of it. All in all, DBZ SSW isn't the most complicated fighting game out there, but it certainly is one of funnest, and bonus points to it being portable!
It's the DBZ fighting game for the gameboy advanced!!!!!!!!!
a cool game

Jarrett & Labonte Stock Car RacingPhysics/control: The car gets loose, it understeers, it spins, etc. The car also responds directly to the controllers movement -> this part I did not like. There should be a response lag (no matter how well a car handles) but it feels like I am controlling a remote control toy car. It seems Codemasters had to cut some corners on physics to put 12 cars on the track at the same time. I did notice different handling characteristics on the cars. 7/10.
Graphics/sound: Yuck is all I can say. It was very painful to look at, track-wise or car-wise. It is very difficult to see which way the track is going if you are on it for the 1st time. The cars look like they are made up of 10 polygons (yes I am exaggerating a little). I cannot tell which car is which (say, a BMW from Opel) unless I go by their colour schemes. The sound is OK: the engines sound different and effects are acceptable. 5/10.
Realism: This is where JLSR excels. The tracks are R/L tracks from around the world and they are quite realistic from track layout point of view. Also, you know the cars are from actual racing series which is also nice. The racing is more difficult than GT series and these guys drive dirty. I have only completed 3 national series and have won them with less than my average success (3~4 wins per series out of 6 total). The cockpit view gives the best impression of 'actual' driving but I found the front bumper view most accessible. This game has medium depth. I figure I can get to world championship level in less than 25 hours of play where as GT2 easily ate up 100 hours and them some more. I see no repeat play of JLSR once I win the world championship. 8/10.
Fun/Addictivity: Well, I played it two nights in a row and want to play some more. 6/10.
Overall rating = (7+5+8+6)/4 = a solid 65% from me!!! Only reason I got this game was to hype myself to the upcoming 'Pro Race Driver' from Codemasters June/02. If it has the 2nd gen. PS2 graphics, improved physics, I believe it will be a big hit in my books.
Fantastic!!!!!!
