I always wanted a fun flying game and I got everything I was hoping for and more in this!! This has got to be one of the best flying games out there for playstation. The graphics are great! The ease of flying is wonderful! and the sound is awesome! Being able to beat the competition gives you such a high! Recommended for anyone!

This game rocks. I am a casual gamer at best and I was blown away by NGen Racing. The game play is smooth and the controls are extremely responsive. The ease of game play is nicely balanced with the challenge of mastering the controls. Trying to stay low and in-bounds while manuvering for after burnner boosts and health bonuses while trying to track the plane ahead of you with you heat seaking missles AND finish in first place is mind blowing. With club tracks drenched with samples and heavy bass I play this game with my stero cranked. Bottom line, BUY THIS GAME.

ya i am intersetd in buying this with a game but im kinda confused dose it work with all light gun games or just non guncon or guncon2 games plz help

does this gun have a blow back or does the top move back and forth?

This light gun is awsome it is just plain fun to use 1 of these with the tv instead pumping quarters in those shooters you commenly find in a arcade, instead you can play them on your tv! Also this gun is very acurate instead of those that you put the gun on the screen and it misses the target. Also i have played just about all of the other light guns and I rank this one number 1! I have also played almost all of the games for the playstation and this light gun just makes them a little more fun.

Great fun! We all had a lot of laughs playing this game. If you like Taboo, you'll appreciate the similarities between the two games. Can't wait to play it again... A keeper.

We bought this game as a gift for relatives and got to play it with them. It was so much fun and fast. The group play was the best and even if we couldn't answer all the questions, we felt great. There were some super funny pairs and we loved the way the teams keep switching. That was a great idea! This is a terrific game.

Terrific idea, loved the pairs - especially brought back some fun memories from the 60s and 70s also made us think and laugh. And a whole evening of playing you still have so many extra cards for the next time so there's no duplication. Great!

fortune for metal gear solid 2 is a great figure.if you are in to metal gear it would be a good part of your collection.i would like to get the complete series but amazon doesn't carry the others at this time.but overall fortune is a cool figure and it's part of the metal gear series.great toy for collectors or toy lovers alike.

Ther fortune figure is mostly for display not play. This is because it isn't well poseable. You should buy it though because it comes with a valuable piece to metal gear ray. Without fortune you wont get the bonus 7th figure. In conclusion..........BUY FORTUNE!

Fortune is a good figure. She has a very attractive outift equipped with very attractive...er...sunglasses. The figure is fairly easy to pose, but she cant go into complex poses like the Olga figure can. She comes with a pistol and a very cool gun.
I had a little difficulty fitting the guns and such into her hands, but they fit fairly well. The figure is very good at standing up.
Overall, a solid buy

The good:

The bad:
figure cannot go into very many poses

the ugly:
The sunglasses dont fit on very well, and get get very easily lost.

I've had this game for about 2 weeks now and I really enjoy the graphics along with the cars and the different modes of play that you can choose from (Challenge Mode, Stunt Mode etc.)
However I've been having a difficult time getting used to the steering method that is recommended to use - (the upper-half *only* of the right thumbstick.) This can become hard to control because you have to find the perfect place on the thumbstick that makes you turn as sharp as pressing the directional pad. But, I'm thinking about purchasing the Lotus Racing Wheel by GAMESTER USA it sounds like it would help a lot!
All in all a great game!!

This is a great game suitable for grown-up players. Arcade style driving habits can get you in trouble here. This game rewards players who follow the correct line through turns and finely balance acceleration/braking to turn rate. The game punishes pedal-to-the-metal driving. Other cars can get a bit rude, too, and passing a car on an oval track at 180mph will take some planning. Car damage, while not amazing as in some Rally games, does occur and does affect your car's performance.

Speed and handling of the different cars is great. The physics of the game are terrific. When you get going really fast, it feels like it! Control is more challenging at 160mph than at 60mph.

The optional steering system allows the player to make very fine adjustments to the car's steering wheel, allowing for the fine control lost in most car games. This may explain how the rest of the physics can be so accurate - the developers did not need to compensate for players having only straight and locked steering positions.

If you want to simulate driving a variety of race cars from the late 1950s to the early 21st century, on a variety of tracks, with occassionally cheek fellow drivers, this is the game for you!

I just bought this game, and I'm already addicted. The graphics on it are so much better than the other racing games I've been playing lately.. the different styles of lotus cars rocks. the soundtrack fits the game. I give this game a A+++

MX Unleashed is an awesome game evan if you don't like dirt bikes. It's cool beacause it has a big round of real dirt bikes and gear. It has awesome graphics and good sound effects. All of it looks pritty real besides when you fall.

MX Unleashed for the XBOX system is one of the best motorcross games out there. The game is a bit more arcadey than a simulation, there is very little realism, but there is a whole lot of fun. Your motorcycle's physics are floaty and they were purposely made this way, so that your jumps are very high and last longer in mid-air. This is important in gameplay mechanics because you are allowed to make stunts while in mid-air (kinda like Tony Hawk on a motorcycle.) You can pick an assortment of characters, lots of different dirt bikes and race tracks. Using the same format of, "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater", you unlock more maps when you accomplish certain tasks in a level. There is an easy-to-use Level Editor, included so you can create your own stunt arenas. They even included a mode called "Human Dart", which is a nice mini game. There is also Free-ride where you can do whatever you want/no rules (free-form gameplay).

Why are you reading this....Go get and play the game. It is awesome. Very fun. You can free ride, race, and even freestyle. It has it all. Even has a feature to help you pick the best line for the fastest lap times. The one thing this game needed was a replay ability. I have done some amazing tricks I wanted to see again and replay would have been cool. This game is a must if you are into MX at all.

In the early-mid nineties, Acclaim released an unusual but still excellent basketball game entitled NBA Jam. The game quickly received good feedback from a number of sources, and not long after its release, they released a special Tournament edition of the game. How does it measure up? PROS:
-The game uses real NBA players and teams.
-It's a multiplayer game. If you have a multiplayer adaptor, you can have as many as four players!
-For the most part, characters resemble their real life counterparts.
-There are a ton of secret characters in the game. These include team mascots, and even Bill Clinton!
-The game has something the original didn't - an all-rookie team. This was a nice touch.
-Other additions to the Tournament Edition include the configuration options of power-ups and hot spots. These make for some VERY interesting gameplay.
-You don't have to be a sports fan to enjoy this game.

CONS:
-If you're looking for a realistic basketball simulation, look elsewhere.
-There aren't a whole lot of improvements over the original game.
-Only three players are on each team, and only two can play at once.
-Some really popular players are missing, including Shaq and Michael Jordan.
-The rookie team has an unfairly large number of players on it.

OVERALL:
This game is a Sega Genesis classic. If you have a Sega Genesis that's just gathering dust, and you want to have a very entertaining gameplay experience, consider checking out this game.

Not a real basketball game. but you can dunk from all the way across the court. so its a pretty good game. i would recommend it to anyone who wants fun, but not to true b-ball fans!

OK, first off this is not a "realistic" basketball game: it's two on two and you can punch and hit and commit all sorts of fouls and you'll see crazy effects like the basketball catching on fire if you are scoring a lot of points. That's just what I like about this game, though. I'm not a basketball or a sports video game fan by any means, but this game is really fun. The action is non-stop and the graphics are very good. I only own a couple of Genesis sports games and this is one of them. Great bang for the buck. Heartily recommended.

This is the first of the GameDay series that I have bought and I was very impressed. The gameplay of it is fun and addicting. The intangibles of the game are also very good. It is not perfect though which is why I only gave it four stars. The graphics of the game are alright but the players are somewhat square and blocked out. There is also no announcer. Some phases of the game are very easy and others are very hard. An example of this is the HB sweep. Against most defenses it worked very well and the defense could not defend it. On the other hand, the passing was harder. The only bad thing about the player selection is that it is now outdated. Overall, this is a very good game that is a great buy for a great price.

This is really excellent football. The graphics are a huge improvement, and the gameplay is fast and exciting. I really like the running control, as that is precise and effective. Gameday 98 is a great buy if you are into NFL football or just want a visual showpiece for the Playstation.

Really fun because of competativeness and realism. I like the large selection of play patterns that you can run on offence and defence. It keeps you thinking.

I like N64s alot but this one is an exception I like the console but the controller is kind of gives you the you're-touching-Mario's-guts felling. I like all the other N64s (exept the Pikachu one)I think the funtatstic series is the best.

Although it doesn;t have as many games as Genesis,SNES,PS2,or Nes,it sill has 294 titles which should keep you busy.
Multiplayer Games
When it comes down to this,N64 rocks! With Battle Tanx,Battle Tanx 2:Global Assault,Mario Party,Mario Party 2,Mario Party 3,Donkey Kong 64,Super Smash Bros.,Mario Kart 64,and many other multiplayer games,despite no online games,Nintendo 64 is one of the best systems for 2-4 player games around.
1-Player Games
Okay,so maybe cood one player games were in short supply,but Nintendo goes for Quality,not Quantity.With revolutionary best sellers like Super Mario 64,The Legend Of Zelda:Ocarina Of Time,Donkey Kong 64,Pokemon Stadium,Pokemon,Stadium 2,and Pokemon Snap(okay,maybe Pokemon Snap wasn't that great,but who cares. Besides,it was fairly revolutionairy),Nintendo has great 1-player games.
Graphics(note:this is both a pro and con,but I put it in the pros)
Although Surpassed by Sega Dreamcast,Playstation 2,Xbox,and Nintendo Gamecube,N64 still has graphics that blow away Playstation One,NES,SNES,GB,GBC,and Sega Genesis. With highly detailed backgrounds,character detail,sharp animations,and real-time lighting effects,N64's grphics still stand up to the test of time by showing what they can do with The Legend Of
Zelda:Ocarina Of Time and Donkey Kong 64.
Pricing:Although you get a bit more for your money with DC,if you can stand not CD player and no online play(which I can and I hope most people can) plus non top of the line Power,the N64 is the system of choice among price conscious parents.
Cons:
Cartridge's cvost more than CD's and ward off devlopers:self-explanatory.
Power Surppassed by Xbox,Ps2,Gamecube,and Dreamcast. Although N64 has excellent graphics,they are still surppassed by newer systems like PS2,Gamecube,DC, and Xbox.
Practically no new games
There is one more game on its way for N64,Tony Hawk's pro Skater 3,but other than that no new games are on the way for it.
Lack of Racing Games and RPG's:There was only one RPG for it,Quest 64,which was overall not as good as other RPG's,buit don't wseat about what I said about racing games,there's plenty of good ones such as Rush 1-2049,Road Rash 64,Off Road
Challenge,California Speed,and Cruisin USA.
Well,enjoy this system,or if you don't get it,spend the money you just saved wisely!

With two lawyers and two teenagers at demanding high schools in the family, you'd think this would be a snap, but not at all. You'll become acquainted with geography you never heard of and people you never knew existed. Strategy is important, but there's enough variability on the roll of the dice to give everyone a chance at success.

"Oxford Dilemma" is a fun board game that challenges your knowledge of spelling, vocabulary, and trivia. In a typical turn, you will be asked to spell a word, based on a difficulty of 1 to 3, in one of four categories: geography, general (usually general vocabulary), famous (people, things), and science. If you spell it correctly, you have the opportunity to define it. Because the categories include geography, science, and famous, the requirement definition can really challenge your knowledge of trivia. Of course, there are sudden windfalls and pitfalls that occur as well, which can determine the outcome of the game.

We found the game fun and challenging. All of us are college-educated adults who consider ourselves of above-average intelligence, and most of us were pretty consistently challenged by some of the words/concepts. And we learned a lot!

We found some minor mistakes in the game - a spelling error, a typo in the pronunciation of a word - and at times we disputed the difficulty rating assigned a word or concept. Words we thought incredibly easy would be given a difficulty rating of "3," while people none of us had heard of (and our group encompassed all different types of interests) were in the "easy"
category. Also, I can see how this would be a frustrating game for those who aren't particularly strong in history, literature, or science.

Still, we enjoyed the game and look forward to playing it again soon!

Oxford Dilemma is a ton of fun. It requires strategy, and word skills are certainly a help, but if lady luck isn't on your side
chances are you might not be the winner. There are many pitfalls, as well as lucky breaks that can change the outcome of each game.
There are Credits, Demerits, Eight Ball, Free-Wins and a Detention Hall just to mention a few. Everyone has a chance to win. Academics non academics it doesn't matter, the playing field is level.
Oxford Dilemma is certainly an addictive game, my family and our friends have spent many enjoyable hours playing it. I highly recommend this game to those individuals who enjoy sitting down with family and or friends for some moments of great entertainment.
