Raiden is without a doubt one of the greatest quarter-munchers of all time. To this day I still see it (or some version of it)in movie theaters and video arcades. Here we have not one, but TWO Raiden games. It's worth buying Raiden Project just for Raiden 2.

The first Raiden game is pretty darn old, and it shows. I know people who love this game, and relish being able to play it in all it's old-school glory. But for me, Raiden 2 is the game to beat...

From the second you pop this disc into your station you will hear great music. So great, in fact, that I sometimes will leave the game at the start menu just to listen to the awesome music repeat over and over. But it only gets better from there, as Raiden 2 has one of the greatest soundtracks of any shooter ever. Call me crazy, but I think a huge part of what makes Raiden 2 such a classic is the fantastic music. Well, that and the graphics...and the weapons.

The graphics are old-school (looking like something released on SNES), but don't let that fool you. The graphics may be all sprites, but they are some of the finest sprite-based graphics you will ever see. The explosions, the ships, and even the cows grazing in the fields feature wonderful amount of detail (okay, maybe the cows don't). And don't get me started on the AWESOME polygonal asteroids in the space levels.

The gameplay of Raiden 2 is classic in every sense of the word. You have a lone ship against an ARMADA of aline vessels, and you will fight boss after boss across the world and into outer space. Fortunately, though you will have a terrible time dodging the bullets, you have thermo-nukes that do massive damage, absorb enemy firepower, and make a really, really cool sound when you fire them. There are three types of upgrades for your ship (two in the first game) and you can only have one type of weapon at a time. The red one is a spread-gun, the blue one is a concentrated blue energy weapon, and the purple one...

The purple laser of Raiden 2 has to be one of the greatest weapons of any shooter ever. If you hold down the fire button, the individual shots merge into a constant stream, and when that stream touches an enemy, it will cling to it like some sort of huge electro-shock spark. The effect is cool, but when you get the maximmum power upgrade...and you have two players with the purple laser... the entire screen is filled with purple electricity and massive enemies are vaporized instantly. It truly has to be seen to be believed.

This is a good deal of slow-down in this game, but I won't complain since it is probably the only thing keeping my alive a lot of the time. This game also allows you to change the music to a re-mix if you desire, but I prefer the original music. It also lets you select something like five difficulty levels (if you think you're really hard-core), and change the type of bombs and amount of continues you start with.

Overall, I cannot recommend this game highly enough to shooter fans. It's worth buying for the music alone, but it's much more than that. It's one of the greatest top-down shooters I've ever played. And whole heck of a lot of fun. And if you need yet another excuse to buy this one, it's two games for the price of one!

Miss popping quarters into your favorite bottom scrolling shooter to impress your friends as you devour boss after boss? If you love classic shooters this game is a must have, there are plenty of continues and plenty of interesting alien ships to blast. Truly the benchmark of shooters, not as pretty as einhander, but certainly as fun if not more so.

It is a great flying game with an enemy boss tanker at the end of every stage. a must buy if you don't have it you're missing out.

Soo many different options, awesome graphics, can't use fishing reel controller but still great game. Can play 2 player side by side with several permiters. Highly recommend.

It is a game for all ages. Fun and not to easy. You will fall in love with this game. Sevarul lures to choose from. The more commpetitions you win the more new lures you get. THis is all I have to say about this game. Have fun and good fishin.

I don't own the Spyro games yet,(I ordered them off of amazon.com for Christmas)but I have played them at my cousin's house. They are sooo much fun! Get this: Even my grandmother was interested in them, she loves to watch us play Spyro on our PS1. This is an awsome buy because when the games are sold individually, they can cost up to [amount]. But in this package, you can get 3 games for the price of 2. I saw this in a store, and it cost [amount]. So you are saving between [amount[ to [amount] for some great games! I give this 5 stars and recomend it to everyone.

On my original Playstation I bought all of these games sepreatly when they first came out, and absoulutley loved them! And now all 3 games in the series are together in a ... collecters pack, so this reveiw is for all 3 of the games, so here it goes!

Just let me start out by saying these are the most fun and challenging platforming games I own, and that includes all the Crash Bandicoots. The graphics are great and there is just so much to do in them all it will blow your head off!

These games are all about Spyro, a young curious dragon who always keeps away evil out of the Dragon Worlds. There are so many types of worlds, inclucing arabian, ice, dessert, robot, farms, dinosaur worlds, space, mountains, underwater and many more, all with great colors and suprises around you all the time. The games also have great instramental musical scores like those of Rayman, and are full of magic and numerous enemies all that fun and challenging to beat.

The characters, ( which are all whimsical and creative,) of these worlds ask you for your help, and in return give you many prizes and clues to aid.

Combined in the series, you collect many items to help you with your quests, including tailismans, orbs, and my favorite, gems, which are your currency and are scattered all around in the relams' towers, cliffs, sea-sides and just plain everywhere!

Spyro also makes many friends, and has many abilites including gliding, flying, head-bashing, swimming, breathing fire and ice, charging, super-charging and fluttering. The Spyro games are also quite simple, but may take a few extra hours to unlock everything and beat all of the speedway records, so you truly never get tired of them!

After the first in the series, Spyro, the others to follow just got more beautiful and imaginitive in all aspects and way to enjoy them.

For any fantasy and adventure liking video game player, the Spyro series have everything your looking for.

There's no way to go wrong with a dragon!

I own over 70 Playstation 1 and 2 games combined. In all of the games I have played the Spyro games are still the greatest and my most favorite. Spyro combines adventure, puzzles, mystery, awesome graphics, spectacular characters, and suprise. They are games that you can sit down and totally enjoy. I can't wait until Spyro The Year of the Dragonfly comes out on Playstation2!! I just wish there were more games out there like Spyro and so far nothing has come very close. This game is great for children as well as adults. I am 32 and absolutely loved it. I hope to find more games like Spyro but in the mean time will keep revisiting Spyro and Sparx every so often when I miss them!! :) :) :)

This game is cool. I expesialy like playing multiplayer over LAN. If you are thinking of geting any stragety game you should first dounload the demo of this game. That is how I learned about the game and now I have it. It has three side that unlike in some games and very different.

this game is really fun. you get to race with 8 cars and crash them and go the wrong way. to win the race u should practice turning on the curbs so you don't crash into the side. but its a fun game. a great car game. get it if u like car racing. CRASH!

Controls are easy to use and precise, graphics are very good. Instant access to all cars and tracks, no need to "unlock" every g.d. feature by winning every race with the worst vehicle first like so many other racing games. Simple, straight-forward menu interface. Turn it on, hit the "A" button three or four times, and you're driving! Tournament and multi-player modes mean you won't be putting it on the shelf after a couple of weeks. If you want to race on GBC, buy this game!

This is one of my favorite games. The graphics are great with many differrent cars to race. With hours of great gameplay I suggest this game to anyone!

One word really describes this toy, "WOW"!!! I think I have a future pro bowler on my hands. I had a general idea that my four year old would like it but he loves it!

The great thing about this set is that it's not just a bowling set, the bowling pins can also be turned into "musical toys", counting devices, or you could set them up as "cones" and have your child weave in and out of them with their bike or skip around them to improve their motor skills.

I wish I would have bought this sooner but being a stay at home mom we have to pick and choose our toys. This was a great value and many thanks to Amazon for having speedy shipping! It came a day earlier than expected which was a delightful surprise. We will order more things from this site. They keep you updated on your order and so far I've had the best online shopping experience with them verses other online shopping sites.

If you are trying to decide between this toy and another, I'd pick this one hands down. I hope this has helped any future buyers.

My son received this bowling set for Christmas (just turned 1). He enjoys it.

It's a bowling set and the Little Tikes brand - so you would expect it to be durable - and it is!

What I have found with other less-expensive bowling sets I've seen is that the plastic is too lightweight that they barely stand up on their own before you have a chance to actually knock them down with the bowling ball.

The skittles in this set doesn't have that problem. They are sturdy enough to stand properly until they are knocked over by the ball or a children's hand. The added fun is the noise they make when they fall down - each skittle has 3 small balls inside producing a great clanking sound.

The added fun of this is that my son picks two skittles up and bangs them together or just shakes them and makes music.

The bowling ball is lightweight for children but heavy enough that it's going to go where you roll it and not be pushed around by any breeze (if you are outside). There are small finger indents so you can teach your child how to "bowl" when they are ready to do so.

A great inexpensive set for your little one.

My son is only 1 year old and he already loves these. I set them up and he knocks them down. He doesn't always use the ball to knock them down, but he does knock them down! We received them for a gift and I put them up because I didn't think he was ready for them yet. My husband opened them when I wasn't home and now they are the first things that my son pulls out of his toy box every morning. I highly recommend them.

I have this game for both the Playstation One and Game Boy Color. This game is a true classic. It is one of my favorites. It is hard, but fun. I strongly recomend Q-Bert. You will have a lot of fun with this game. It is a great game for kids too.

Very true to the 80's arcade original. Great graphics and lots o' levels for plenty o' fun.

Seeing my little Q-bert friend back on the screen brought a tear to my eye and a smile to my face. I grew up playing Q-Bert and this was just as fun as hanging out in the arcade when I was ten years old. The game play is great; lot's of fun.

When I first obtained the English version of the game about 8 months ago, I was thrilled at the realism of the rallies, graphics, skills involved, settings; just about everthing. However, I soon realized that the outcome of the games are fixed, assuming you have reached a reasonable skill level. There comes a point where yo know who's going to win, and knowing this in advance takes much pleasure out of the game. Ther are many signs which tell you what the outcome is going to be. Your opponent begins to make impossible shots, you are succesful, when you shouldn't be: for ex: when you serve, or when you hit a groundstroke, the opponent can either hit it back to you, or make a return you cannot possibly reach. Certain patterns emerge, and tell you in advance what the outcome is going to be. Still, it is the best tennis game for PC I have seen so far, and I still enjoy playing it for relaxation, but knowing the outcome of a match is fixed takes much of the pleasure out of it. Summing up; if you are a tennis player or fan, I would recommend this game. Play it until you have reached the point I have, and then sell it on Amazon.com

this game is hot. it has exellent graphics. the gameplay is amazing, and u feel like ur in the game. dont rent this game, buy it.

This game is challenging and fun. It makes it seem so real. Only down side to the game is that the players are made up it would have been cool to have like Andy Roddick, Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, etc.

From the Great Wall of China to the canals of Venice, Tomb Raider II is the rare case in which a sequel is better than an original. In fact, I find this game to be my favorite of the series. In it the legendary Lara Croft sets out to find the Dagger of Xion. In her quest she navigates the globe, and even takes a couple of trips to strange and magical new worlds.

Tomb Raider II offers significant improvements over the original, and its game play exceeds the other games that follow in the series. The game has drastically overhauled weapons and artificial intelligence. Though the puzzles are not as hard as later versions, they still are quite difficult. Lara has new moves, many new weapons, and more dangerous foes. What more could a Tomb Raider fan - or even the casual gamer - ask for?

I highly recommend this game, whether you are an avid Tomb Raider fan or somebody new to the series. I don't believe you will be disappointed - in fact, you will probably find many hours of action filled entertainment. And if you do enjoy it, I strongly recommend other games in this series.

People will argue about the quality of TR 3-5 for all eternity. However, there is no denying that Tomb Raider was one of the most influential games of all time. TR 2 is twice as good. While similiar in control and gameplay, the graphics are upgraded and the story is a lot better. The addition of vehicles is pretty sweet, and the music is once again incredible. The voice acting is also commendable, although it always takes me awhile to get used to Lara's voice since Eidos always gets a different actress for every game.

This game has it all. It is fun, and one of the best games ever made for the original Playstation.

These Tomb Raider games are getting better and better. Again filled with non-stop action and mind-boggling puzzles you will easily find this game extrememly addictive. With a few improvements on the first game like being able to ride a snow ski, a motor boat through venice, new enemies in a story line that takes you all over the world plus, my favourite, you can save where ever you like to. No more waiting desperately for a save gem when you're nearly out of life and about to perform a death defying feat that will more than likely get you killed. Yay!! One of the best Playstation games around - RECOMMENDED!!

the first game was alright. so what did they do they took what was good from the first game and made it better this is not gt2 but but its a very good raceing game. if you want to spend your hard earned money i dont think you can go wrong with this game. its nice to see some one get it right and i look forward to their next game.

This game is the best. First of all, it has good graphics,
but if you are comparing them to GT or GT2 then these
graphics are OK. I also like the view of inside the car.
On some games you only get the back or the front. Another
great thing about this game is the weather you can change
from foggy,rainy, sunny, or storm. I like the damage when
you crash, but I don't think everybody likes it. The only
bad thing is that there are no codes for this game on
xcheater.com so that you could get all of the cars and
Bonus Tracks, but that is the only thing that I don't like
about this game. If you call the number for cheat codes
inside of the game case they charge for the call. If you
like racing games I would get this game, but you would have
to buy it used because none of the stores sell them new
more. JUST GET IT!

Despite the problems that have plagued the BTCC this 2000 season it is still on top (although now i've switched to watch STCC for the fact that I am a Volvo fan and they still race there) This game is the most realistic racing game I have EVER played in my life. The cars actually respond just like they do in real life, and look very real, I especially like the fact that it will take your name and place it on the car just like in real life. Even the pit stop velcro appears in the feature race and then is gone after you pit. Forget gran tourismo and all those other phoney balogne racing games, this is as real as it gets!

(Unless you do not watch touring car racing and have never seen a real touring car race then you will flip out and wonder why the cars dont handle like they do on other computer games, all loose and fake)

If your a real touring car championship racing fanatic this is the game for you!
