VERY nice.
Fantastic!!Enter the Logitech Cordless Action Controller!! This is without a doubt one of the best controllers I've ever used! The controllers is very well made. The feel of it is very natural in your hands, though slightly different than the original PS2 Dual Shock. There's a nice satin like finish that prevents alot of dirt from your hands from making the controller too slippery. There is literally no notciable lag or delay in the controller's operation. The controllers 2.4 ghz signal ensures that you won't miss any of the action. Every function of the original is reproduced faithfully. Installation is extremely simple. Plug the reciever into your PS2's controller port and simpley press the action button to get a signal. There is also a button on the reciever to make the connection if needed. The battery life (the controller takes two AA batterys) is approximatley 300 hours without the vibration mode and 50 hours with the vibration mode on. A small sacrifice to make for a great product such as this.
I really can't say enough good things about this product. It's great if you have small children in the house especially. No more worrying if they are going to trip and drag the console across the room. In fact this is such a great controller I'm considering buying a second!
Best wireless controller EVER. Heck, best PS2 controller.I guess I should elaborate since I do have 1000 words to work with, but the basic point is this controller is awesome. If you're like many people and wanted a wireless controller for your PS2 but were scared of the brick and a half sized previous Logitech controller, fear not. This is the smaller, cheaper, and better little brother of the monster wireless.
It's VERY comfortable. I'd almost say I enjoy it more than the original. While it's basically identical in size, I prefer the curves a bit more to the PS2's original harder angles. If you have some kind of silly infatuation with the Dual Shock though, it's not like you will be let down, it's a very small deviation from the standard.
And for the first time that I've experienced with a third party controller, this thing doesn't feel like plastic you'd find in most dollar-store products. It's sturdy, has weight, and the sticks and buttons feel awesome. Sticks are SLIGHTLY less rigid than the DS2, but they're more firm than the DS1 if that helps.
After 2 weeks my batteries with rumble are still working just fine, so it's not like after 10 hours this thing's asking for more juice.
Just buy this thing already, you shouldn't even be reading this far. It's the best wireless controller EVER. Yes, even better than the Wavebird since they didn't skimp on the two-way transmission - meaning this controller has rumble (don't buy Nintendo's BS about battery life, they just made it transmit one-way). Rumble is good, it passed the rez test.
D-pad is kinda disc shaped but strangely it works VERY well. If the original DS2 D-pad was 100, I'd give this in the 90s easily, which is about 50 points higher than any other 3rd party D-pad.
Like most of logitech's products, it's even licensed by Sony. But that's sony, they're followers, not leaders, though we never should've been without good wireless for this long.

The Lord of the Rings version is a great idea. There are three variations of play. First, normal play as in classic Stratego where pieces move traditionally and object is to capture opponent's flag, using more recent rules where 10 is highest ranked piece though. Second, special powers game where some of the characters like Legolas, Gimli, Sauron, etc. have special movement abilities or powers bestowed on them. Third, special mission which plays like special powers but with the added element that Frodo has to reach Mount Doom and destroy the ring with dire consequences for the white team if he is captured or for the dark team if he succeeds. If you have multiple players you can also form two teams to play.
As for durability, I rated it at four stars. The board and plastic castle pieces seem very sturdy and should last forever. The storage platform for the playing pieces was flimsy cardboard though and the sides were slit so it falls over scattering the pieces. We taped the sides and that solved the problem but you don't really need to use the storage platform for the game pieces at all. You could just keep the pieces loose in the game box or put them in plastic bags. Also, be aware that there are forty pieces per player and they come blank with a sheet of stickers to apply to each, so you will need to stick 80 stickers total on the pieces for the initial set up.
One final tip! If your opponent is like mine and does victory laps around the living room with his arms in the air screaming the lyrics of Queen's We Are the Champions anytime he wins ANYTHING, you know he has to be taken down. I recommend Ed's Stratego site on the web as a good place to pick up strategy tips from some serious and experienced Stratego players for this. Please note though that they are following the older versions where 1 is the highest ranked piece, so adjust accordingly. Have fun!!

Great game!!!! A must-have for any MegaMan Fan!!!
It's a masterpiece. Need I go on?Graphics: 4/5
For the Gameboy at the time, these were great. The picture is sharp and clear, just like the NES games. The only problem is you have less room on the screen to move around, but other than that, the graphics are fine.
Challenge: 4.25/5
This game is longer than any other Game Boy Mega Man, and for the most part tougher. However, difficulty does NOTHING to derail your gaming experience here.
Play Control: 4/5
A little different. Basic control is the same, but you fire off your fist with a fully charged blast this time around. You can even get enhancements for the first, which just plain rocks.
Theme/Fun: 4.5/5
It's a portable Mega Man game, and was by far the best one to its time. This is one included an item replicator, something very common in the classic series games now. Likewise, the game's got cool characters, weapons, and everything else. It's the only Mega Man classic series game in which Wily isn't the final boss! There is even a space shooter stage in this game!
Storyline: 4.25/5
Mega Man is attacked by a mysterious robot. Soon enough he gets word that they have inhabited various planets. He takes off to stop them, but not before getting his weapons worked on by Dr. Light. The cut scenes make the story work well.
Music/sound: 4/5
This game is unlike the NES ones for the most part, and the music is no exception. Once again, sound is excellent.
Overall: 4.75/5
If you only get one Mega Man Game Boy game, make it 4 or 5. They are tough to find, but well worth the effort if you can hunt them down. This is about as close as a Mega Man game gets to perfect.
The Best, and Rarest, for the Game BoyThe plot revolves around the arrival of strange humanoid robots from outer space, called the Stardroids. Megaman attempts to take them down, but finds his weapons to be useless against their armor. Fortunately, Dr. Light creates a Mega Arm adaptor for Megaman that can penetrate the Stardroid armor. Megaman then goes off to defeat the eight Stardroids and their leader, Terra.
Part of what makes this game so fun is how it deviates from the original NES titles. They came up with eight entirely new bosses and levels for this one. Each Stardroid is named after a planet and is equipped with a weapon that Megaman receives after defeating them.
The graphics in this title are amazing for the Game Boy, their sharpness rivaling the best NES games. There is some slowdown when there are a lot of sprites at once, however.
The music is good and all of the tunes are new. The sound effects are the same as in previous Megaman Game Boy titles.
Gameplay is in the same side-scrolling action that's in the majority of Megaman games. You must guide Megaman through eight Stardroid levels that stretch in all directions and are loaded with robotic perils before going after their leader in a series of additional levels. The main difference between Megaman V and previous Game Boy Megaman titles is the fact that Megaman shoots his fist off at enemies (the Mega Arm). This is unlike the Mega Buster in the earlier games, which basically just produced a really large projectile. Although the fist automatically returns back, it makes for a brief delay wherein you cannot fire. You get used to it easily, though.
Overall, this game is worth finding for serious Megaman game collectors. Fans of side-scroller games will love it. And if you're expecting Dr. Wily to be the final boss, you might be surprised...
