Refreshing Gameplay
Alright...I've just rented Psi-Ops and have gotten to the last chapter of it....but i know enough to write a review. You are Nick Scryer...a Mindgate Psi-Soldier with 6 psychic powers.... *in order of when you get them in the game* telekinesis (lifting/throwing of objects/persons), remote vision (a kind of spy camera mode that lets u explore the areas ahead of you undetected), mind control (lets you control non-psi soldiers and make them do your bidding), pyrokinesis (throws a wall of fire in the direction you're facing) and Aura Vision (lets you see diferences in objects, writing on walls, and alter-dimension creatures invisible to the naked eye). The story starts out with you being captured and brainwashed so you forget how to use your psi powers. Slowly but surely you gain them back as you prevent the General from using mysterious artifacts to ressurect ancient powers. This game is refreshing and I would reccommend it to anyone who likes shooters. Happy Hunting!

A dream come true
Okay I just played this game on a demo in playstation magazine recently an it was awesome. Using pyrokinesis throwing walls of fire, telekinesis levitating objects and people Note: you can stand on top of an object and levitate yourself. Remote viewing where you can see whats ahead of you and think about what to do. Mind drain where you can drain your enemies dry and get more psi {psychic energy to perform your mind powers}. Hint :Aura view is a secret for now but it is rumored that its sort of like Spider- mans spidey sense. Maybe you can detect enemies and get info not able to be viewed with the naked eye. This is rated M for Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Strong Language. This game is awesome I'll reccomend it to anyone it is what you can expect from Midway

Great Game
This is an excellently fun and scathingly challenging shooter that I, personally, cannot wait to see ported to the GBA. It would make a very solid addition to the Game Boy library of any experienncd gamer or fan of shooters. To put it lightly, you must be like me and enjoy excercises in frustration. You will die many, many times before you memorize the enemy patterns and develop the neccesary reflexes to move on to the next stage.

I must disagree with the assertion, however, that this is the best R-type game out there. While this and the original R-Type, certainly makes the top 3, I believe that R-Type Final, with over 10 stages and 100 ships, is a much more well rounded portrait of the series as a whole. It has much more replay value as well. If you can't stand polygonal slowdown, though, R-Type III is certainly a viable choice. A very fun game indeed, if you are a fan of classic shooters or you are just looking for a very challenging GBA game, look no further than R-Type III.

A forgotten classic
Irem's R-Type series is, without question, the finest space shooter series out there. The game took a basic concept, and completely rewrote the way it was done - and all for the better, too. They say the third time is the charm, but are they right? Read on for my review of R-Type III.

PROS:
-Unlike previous R-Type games, in which the Force Ball that attached to your ship was always the same, this game gives you a choice of three different force units! No two are exactly alike.
-The game will give you a good challenge. If you're looking for a challenge, you've come to the right place.
-There is considerably more variety here than in previous R-Type games.
-The game is much easier to find than its long out of print Super Nintendo counterpart.

CONS:
-The only thing really wrong with this game is the extreme difficulty. The Game Boy's small screen is a contributor to this. Though I actually LIKE being challenged, many gamers don't like hard games, and this may turn them off from even wanting to try the game.

OVERALL:
-If you only buy one R-Type game, the third installment in the classic series is your best bet. Do not pass this game by if you're a fan of side-scrolling space shooters - you'll only be hurting yourself if you do.

Rayman Forever
Made by UBI Soft
Age Group: 5 years and up
    Amazon base price: $9.99
    Used price: $27.99
Buy one from zShops for: $14.95
In Rayman's world, nature and people live together in peace. One day, the evil Mr. Dark defeats Betilla the Fairy and steals the Great Protoon, the provider of harmony and balance. The Electoons, who used to gravitate toward it, lose their natural stability and scatter all over the world. Strange phenomena begin to occur: freaks and hostile characters appear, capturing every Electoon they can find! The disappearance of the Great Protoon also neutralizes all of Betilla the Fairy's powers, and she needs time to regenerate before she can help in any way. They definitely need a hero to save them, don't you think? It's Rayman to the rescue!

    Rayman Forever
When I first got Rayman Forever, my kids loved it.It is a challenging game, but over time you beat the levels and earn new worlds.Even though I got the game for my kids I am typing about what happened.I got this game because we had friends that had it and their kids loved it so we bought it.This is an awsome game because you earn powers and you can fly with one of the powers you earn.My kids loved it so that is why you should get it and I'm pretty sure you will love it also.

Amazing game and it still retains its classic platform style
Rayman Forever is the game that would make you want to quit school, turn off the tv and fire up the pc. With it's amazing levels (some designed by other gamers) and superb playability it is the game that parents love to hate. However, no matter how much they complain when they see their kids playing it for hours on end you can still bet that as soon as the kiddies are safely in bed they'll be trying to work their way past level four always wondering why their kids are better than them at this? The reason: Rayman Forever is a kids game. But when I say that I don't mean it has little purple dinosaurs dancing around it, I mean it has the logic that only experienced gamers (ie kids) can wrap their minds around. The game is not just about logic though, it has some extremely well designed levels that you can only sit back in your chair and think "wow". But it doesn't stop there cause you can also build your own levels. You can make them as easy and as hard as your mind can contemplate. What more do you need? Well there is one more thing I must mention: I have to congratulate the programmers because in the age of Action/Strategy gaming they have not bowed to the pressure and they have produced a classic platformer of hidden, exciting, depths. If I have to find fault, and it would only be under extreme pressure, I would have to say that the level design can be tough but that can be mastered quite readily. I have one recommendation and one only, BUY IT!

        Good For Adults and Kids!
I have enjoyed playing ROHSZAMBO from the first time I play tested it over a year ago. The game is very easy to learn (good for kids) but challenging to master (good for adults). It includes two different games boards and lots of interesting play variations. The graphics are really fun!

SCENE IT IS THE BEST GAME EVER
As a sixteen year old teenager, I have to say that Scene It is one of the greatest games on the market. My friends and I get together and have Scene It parties where we divide up into teams and play each other! I think that if every family had a Scene It in their household, drug useage and crime rate would drop drastically and we could help get kids off the streets. If you enjoy Scene It, I also reccomend buying Trivial Pursuit DVD Pop Culture. I promise that you will not be dissapointed by Scene It!!

            A VERY FUN learning toy.
My 6 year old received this for his birthday. A wonderful way to learn math in a fun, exciting activity! He loves it, and his 4 year old brother has been learning his math too. Because you can do addition, subtration, division or multiplication, this game should last for years! The kids have fun with it over and over again. Money VERY well spent! I will be getting it for other kids!

              Scooby-Doo meets Clue...
In spite of the fact that this game is really just "Clue" repackaged with a Scooby-Doo theme and there are no new theme-based rule "twists," it's still a great deal of fun. It has, in fact, been repackaged very well!

The mansion boasts most of the same rooms... with new artwork since it appears that the gang has arrived at a "haunted" house... The Mystery Machine is parked in the Courtyard (nice touch). The rest of the traditional rooms are included (in a slightly ruined and abandoned state) and, of course, there is the Graveyard - bottom right corner of the board in this version. (Replaces the Study.)

Scooby is Col. Mustard; Shaggy is Prof. Plum. Velma is Mrs. Peacock. Daphne is Ms. Scarlet (who elses?) and Fred is Mr. Green. Mrs. White is the maid in this very unkempt house.

Each character is represented quite nicely in pewter... as are the weapons: Redbeard's Sword, the Ghost Clown's Bomb, the Witch Doctor's Staff; Frankenstein's Chain; Carlotta's Spell Book; and the Funland Robot's Ray Gun.

All of the artwork on the cards is "Classic Scooby."

All in all: recommended for all Clue enthusiasts and Scooby-Doo fans. Great fun. Was Scooby abducted by Frankestein in the Graveyard? Or was Daphne abducted by Redbeard in the Lounge? You decide!

              Fun with the family
This is one awesome game! I absolutely loved it! it is so much fun to see scooby-doo and the gang as all the clue chracters. The rooms are so cool! they are all the rooms and places the gang had gone to in all show! I would defenately recommend it to others!

                Fun for the Family
Our kids (age 8 and 10)love this game, as do my husband and I and my mother. The kids enjoy winning and are learning about the US map and location of the states as they go, but the learning is fun and not painful. For adults, its a nice variation from normal cards. Because of the type of questions, kids and adults can generally play together without having to "pull your play" and everyone can have fun. Our kids like to show how much they know, especially about the states they have visited. I strongly recommend this game.

                Fun and educational
Based on the hilarious book by Laurie Keller, this game works as a card game, a geography lesson, and an attribute game. One of the great things about this game is the way children of different ages can play it together, each at his/her own level. A four year old can look for a red state, or one by an ocean, while and older child can be taking in the capitals or other facts about the states. Deceptively simple, and a whole lot of fun.

                Sequence Dice Game
                Made by Jax Ltd Inc
                  Amazon base price: $9.99
Combining equal parts strategy and chance, Sequence Dice puts grownups and kids on an even playing field. Set up the small game board and choose a color, then start rolling the dice. You get to place a colored chip on any open square matching your roll, though some rolls let you make special moves--or even remove an opponent's piece! The goal is to place five of your pieces in a row, which is fairly challenging on the 6-by-6-inch board. Still, the game is fun and quite addictive--you might find yourself up past bedtime! --Rob Lightner

                  A fun version of Sequence
Sequence Dice is a version of the Sequence Card game. Instead of using cards to control where a player puts his/her chips, you use a pair of dice. If you are looking for a quick version of the original game, then this game is for you.

                  Fun, Fun, Fun
This game has brought our family hours of enjoyment. My husband and I and our 8 and 9 year old boys can play this game for hours. We have also had groups of friends over for evening fun.
