    Barbie Rupunzel gets averge review
This was a very durable toy, it was very interesting, and the gown was very lovely, what I didn't really like was that the add on hair that makes it long comes with the rapunzel tower, luckly I got both at the same time. But the hair was very lovely, it was a wonderful toy.

    Daughter loves her Rapunzel!
My dd is almost 4 and she got this doll as a Valentines gift and loves it! A must for any little girl who loves Barbie and Rapunzel :)

    bad, bad, bad
i took a chance buying this doll with no image to preview. i will never do that again. i am very disappointed. most disappointing was the doll's body. she was very poorly put together. not durable at all. her hair has a tendancy to stick to the velcro that holds her dress together at her back. also, her hair does not reach the floor, but falls somewhere above her ankles. now, i'm no literature professor, but i am sure the story's rapunzel didn't have ankle length hair. not a good doll at all. mattel could have done a lot better.

    Justice League 4 3/4" Action Figure:Batman Figure
    Made by Mattel
      Amazon base price: $6.99
      List price: $8.99 (that's 22% off!)
Batman has always been a bit unusual in the mythology of the comic book superhero. Rather than possessing mystical powers afforded by spider bites, scientific accidents, or alien ancestry, Batman's abilities are brought about by nothing more than sheer resourcefulness and obscene amounts of money. In this figure, part of a line based on the television series Justice League, the caped crusader wears a gray outfit that has a yellow utility belt, surprisingly tall ears on a black mask, and naturally, a cape. Batman is awfully top heavy which makes him look strong, but also means that he has a hard time standing on his skinny little legs. Instead, he's meant to stand with the assistance of an included blue plastic rack, which when combined with those of others in the line spells out "Justice League." A three-image trading card is also included. --Charlie Williams

      durability
I placed one of these figures on display and in just a few weeks the legs began to curl forward. The figure now can't be used for display. Since this is what it was designed for, that's a shame.

      Not bad.
I really liked the cape and the trading card. I did have issues with the stand. On one hand, it is great that there is a stand. On the other hand, it just does not look right without other Justice League figurines to put together the word. And it is way too large.

Poor design leads to a waste of money
Do not buy this action figure! It is of a poor quality - Batman's feet were not properly designed, and so the figure's legs will warp and bend, making him unable to stand correctly.
The Mattel Batman figures from the Batman line are much better, and properly constructed. So collect the rest of the Justice Leaguers, and get one of the two-packs for your Mattel Batman.

        Too much money!!!
I love the Wild Thornberrys, but this game didn't do it justice. I bought it for my six-year old daughter and she didn't like it. Once you get into a stage, it doesn't let you out of it. Neither the start or select button can take you out of there. Maybe we should play around with it some more, but we got so frustrated we just switched over to the Tarzan game. Now that game is awesome! The Wild Thornberry game is too, too expensive. Save your money and with half the money you can get Tarzan---Now that's a game! It seems that Activision (made Tarzan and Spiderman) makes really great games. Sorry Mattel.

need to be a good player
it is a good game. the sound and pictures are good but it is very hard so if you are not a good player save your money.

        Calling all Wild Thornberry Fans!
This game is great for the person (young & old) who love the Wild Thornberry cartoons! There are multi-levels, fantastic graphics, the character voices, it just makes the whole game fun and exciting! There are some levels that are harder than others and it may frustrate the younger gamers more than the older gamer. But all in all it is a great game and one that your child (or you) will enjoy!

        Arthur! Ready To Race

In this game, Arthur and his friends want to build the best racer they can. The gameplay is quite simple and easy to learn for young children. Throughout the game, you play as Arthur and get to drive in your racer, solve problems, collect coins, and accumulate Bionic Bunny cards that you can trade for great new accessories for your racer.

Along with enhancing your racer, you'll make your way through town and talk to your friends, help storeowners with tasks, and listen to music. The game has very clear instructions that make it easy and fun. The levels are filled with such elements as spooky bats and ghosts, candy and pets, and stores to shop in that will help you with your racer.

          Great game for small children
I've read the other reviews and if you are considering purchasing this game for a small child, I would not hesitate. I bought this game for my 5 year old son on his birthday and it is the only game he plays on a regular basis. It was easy for him to learn, and he has a blast playing it. My 7 year old daughter also enjoys playing it. This is a wonderful game for small children. It is a great game to promote critical thinking and teaches children to plan ahead. Yes, it does have to "load" after every activity, but this has never bothered my son. The benefits of this game far outweigh any negatives that were mentioned in the other reviews. :)

Good game but some major flaws
Even though I am in my mid teens, I do have to say that I enjoy the cartoon show Arthur. When I saw this game for sale, and at a reasonable price I decided to purchase the game. The game in itself is quite easy to understand and easy to complete, though it is quite short.

I enjoy the concept of building 3 levels of a soapbox racer, until the final race and how the Learning Company shows different situations with Arthur and his friends. But it became a hassle that whenever you enter a building or start a minigame or even save that it takes an immense amount of time to load. Because of this loading time it might turn people away from the game.

I would recommend this game for little kids and major Arthur fans. If you are looking at this game just for a quick pickup then I suggest that you stay away.

A GREAT GAME FOR ARTHUR FANS
This game was terrific. My son loved it! He was 5 when we bought it it was quite easy for him to control the characters. The characters stayed true to form and carried over their personalities from the television and book series. this game is kid-friendly as well as parent-friendly!

It doesn't do a whole lot
Once you've put this set together -- and it's deceptively difficult for as small as it is -- and fire it up, you and your kid will probably say, "Cool!" 5-10 minutes later, you'll be looking for something else to do. If you buy another Hot Wheels car to put on the track (Matchbox cars don't work, and the box warns that "not all Hot Wheels cars are compatible" either), maybe there is some excitement in hoping the cars will crash at the intersection, causing the little "explosion" the designers have built in at the only possible crash site. However, straight out of the box, what you get is one car, a battery-powered impeller and a tiny track with two possible loop patterns, each of which literally takes less than two full seconds to complete. So you turn it on, drop the car on the track and watch it rocket around this loop and over a tiny (9 cm to be exact) jump again and again and again. If you want to interact, you can push down a lever and make the car take a different loop that is even smaller and has no jump. Is it cool? Initially... but it quickly becomes as interesting as watching the clothes spin around in the dryer.

            Mattel are you listening?
This toy is about as much fun as all of the other over-hyped pieces of crap Mattel is foisting on our children nowadays. The greedy misers go out of their way to make sure none of the sets work together or can interconnect (and yes, I've bought a half-dozen or so). What you get is basically a self-contained unit that can only be put together one way. And they won't sell you individual tracks and connectors in stores any longer (though I saw one review that claimed you could get them direct from Mattel). Well, growing up my brother and I had only gravity, but we could put tracks together in a myriad of imaginative ways and create our own race courses, instead of being stuck with some adult's idea of what is supposed to be fun. Now wouldn't that be a great educational and creative "breakthrough" today?

I was able to buy a few spare pieces of track left on a shelf by accident in one toystore, no connectors and the salepeople didn't know what I was talking about. I made my own connectors from plastic milk jugs and my five year old likes the homemade tracks better than all the monstrous junk you can buy.

            WAY COOL!
My daughter received this for her birthday and she LOVES it. It only took me about 15 minutes to put together (I thought the directions were fairly easy to follow) and so far it works wonderfully, we have had no problems with the track pieces coming apart. WAY COOL!

Justice League 4 3/4" Action Figure: Superman Figure
            Made by Mattel
            Age Group: 8 - 12 years
              Amazon base price: $6.99
              List price: $8.99 (that's 22% off!)
In this figure, part of a series based on the Justice League television program, Superman looks just as strong and brave as ever. Although the design of the piece stays true to the look of that show, longtime Superman fans may find the Man of Steel's proportions to be a bit alarming. His torso is so muscular that he looks as if he may have swallowed a small economy car, a Ford Fiesta perhaps. From the waist down, however, he's actually quite slender with tiny feet that make standing nearly impossible. Fortunately Superman is rescued (there's a switch) by a small plastic stand with a peg that is inserted into his foot. When all Justice League heroes are placed on their stands, the stands spell out "Justice League." A three-image trading card is also included and can be inserted behind the figure. --Charlie Williams

              Superman not a supertoy
My 4yr old wasnt that thrilled after a couple of hours playing with this (and the Green Lantern figure I bought). Why? Because this Superman...
              1. Is so stiff, it doesnt bend at the elbows and knees
              2. Feels like the glued hard-rubber cape might fall off
              3. Gets "bald" as the paint on its head and boots gets easily scratched away when it hits other toys
              4. Is top-heavy and has a hard time standing on its own
Sadly, I think that its only redeeming factor is its very good likeness to the cartoon. Little kids tend to play rough, specially when superheroes battle it out with supervillains. Perhaps this toy was meant to be displayed only, and not actively played by little hands?

              good stuff
this is a very good toy but i would not recommend to many people because it seems like it has a very low educational rating. if you are not looking for a toy with education in the mix then this is soooo cool... i love the justice league and i believe others will too.

              WHAT?
I am glad JLA:TAS finally got a line. I was dissapointed at the fact that there were no villans. Also what in the heck is the deal with these stands. I don't care what the letters spell. Why are the figures in a 4.5" scale? Not even the first toy biz Marvel SuperHeroes were that small. To quote The Hurricane: "Wassup wit dat?" The figures themselves look like they came right from an old N64 game. These figures do not give their cartoon counterparts justice at all. It' true, it's true.Plus the don't have much posability to them. They should have a long shelf life as well as a long clearance life.

                Complicated Characters
When I frist played this it was with a 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 year old. Everyone had trouble with most of the characters. And I was only able to recognize about half of the cards, there's the really popular characters, but then there's this obscure ones that no one would be able to figure out unless they've seen everything Disney's ever done and remembered everything. We ended up going throug the deck and taking out about half of the cards, so we only played with recognizable ones. Takes a lot of fun out of the game. We've also changed the rules a little, so we could have more fun.

                I love this Game
I like this game becauese I love disney characters and I like guessing them becaues I know mostly all of them and would want everyone to play it. To me it is really fun! I think anyone would injoy it.

                Not Worth It
For anyone interested in purchasing this game, it's just not worth it for little kids who might be the ones more interested in it. We bought it for our daughter, who turned five this year. The object of the game is to take twelve cards out of the deck. There are three rounds of play. The first round you can say anything to get your teammates to guess the character on the card. In the second round you can say only one word (which is okay as long as you don't have a teammate that says something like bird for Pinnochio LOL). The third round you have to act out the card without using words. Some of the characters are obscure and the kids won't be able to guess them or act them out for that matter. Whoever is at the farthest point of the board by the end of the twelve cards wins. The kids of course will want to go to the end of the board but that would use up most of the cards and makes it a one shot play. I can't see us playing this one over and over again. The timer might drive you crazy as well.

                  Russie loves it
I like BARBIE alot and this doll is VERY educational but don't like her that muche because when I got it she had a cardboard doghouse and my mommy says"My dater russie is alergic to cardboard...I think...she ate it once and threw up...I am disgusted at the cardboard!" So I think this doll should get an acual dog house for ... NOT A CARDBOARD ONE!!!!!!

                  I Love It
It took awhile before I finally found this doll. We had the accesories long before the this doll came out. My daughter and I both love to play with not only this doll, but Ryan and Allan also. I just wish we could have been able to find Nikki (1st Birthday) by herself. Oh well. We enjoy everything in this collection. Hopefully they will come out with a complete dollhouse.

i feel so sorry for madision.
First of of all whats with the creepy smiles. Mattel should learn to think. Madision and sutton do not gotogether. Apart from the creepy smiles. Sutton is wearing the dorkiest clothes ever. I have a more barbie dolls so they come with nice clothes. I gave it one for fun. this english kid is trying to to hook up with a beautiful Madison doll. For education. what do you learn from this? All you do is decide if you like those worst then barbie smiles. 4 stars for duribialty cuz for a crappy dolll it held on long. the only bad thing about Madison is her hair. All i have to do is striaghtian it.

Yo, this toy has an age limit!
I'm twelve, and Feelin' Flirty Date Dolls have an age limit. Manufacturer's age: 6 years and up
Our recommended age: 6 - 11 years mit.

It says: 6 years and up! So it can be for like 20 year olds or something. And how would you feel if you were like in your 20's and you play with MyScene dolls and it says like MyScene - Feelin' Kidish or something like that. It's for all ages and I think it wouldn't be fun if I was older and I was playing with something that said something babyish. Think about older people, too!?

                    very pretty but .......
Ok. i am twelve and i love the my scene and brtaz dolls. I have already reviewed some other sets from this collection and took it upon myself to review this one too. I think these two dolls are very pretty. the my scenes now have a lovely new outlook which suits them. They now have better fashions which are more now-a-days style. They also have aquired the beautiful openmouthed smile which i truly love. they look great. I think they looked like goths in the earlier series with all the dark make up piled on. However, the name feelin' flirty date. I must say! this is not what you want kids to be thinking of at such a young age. i don't know why matel is now encouraging kids to date and flirt, i am even twelve and dont think of boys at all. these dolls are so pretty, why turn them into a tool by giving the message to kids that they have to date or else they are not 'popular'? These dolls are very fun to play with and they are durable as well.

I bought this toy for my daughter, she loves Polly! However it is very difficult to put together and doesn't stay together. I took it back and got a new one and have the same problem. If it would stay together she would probably love it...

                      Whoosh.....BANG!!!!!
This toy is cool because my Pollys can go on it and it's a log ride. I also like the car they ride in. But when they go down the car lands on the floor with a bang and tips over. Otherwise it's a pretty cool toy and a great addition to Polly World.
