    Fun, but not made well
This is actually a very cute toy...and a great teether, if nothing else. However, the little squirty thingee had at least one hole in it after maybe 5 baths! And it's not a hole from my 10-month-olds tooth...it's along the seam of the toy. However, the stacking feature is pretty cool, and the bright colors intrigue her in the tub.

    Fun Water Play!
My 11 month old daughter received this toy for Christmas. When I gave her a bath, she loved it!! There are various activities for the child. There is a water squirter...which she loved, and she tried stacking the shapes into the main piece. There is also a sponge-like toy that she enjoyed squeezing!
We didn't have many water toys...just rubber ducks....and this is a wonderful addition. I would highly recomend this toy!

      Great Learning Toy!
My kids have this toy. They love making their names or words out of the letters.

I find it totally unexceptable for someone to attack someone else. This is for REVIEWS, not to attack people. Who cares if shes not who she says she is? She wrote a good review. She didn't use "their" instead of "there" anyway, and two exclamations is a common mistake. She was probably in a hurry.

Grow up and get a life.

Amazon Has The Age Recommendation Wrong
I just wanted to let anyone who was thinking about buying this item that Amazon has the age recommendation listed incorrectly. Amazon states in the item description that their age recommendation as well as the manufacturers recommendation is 24+ months. I recently bought this for my son. When I received it I was very surprised and upset to see how small the pieces were. I didn't think it was appropriate for a 24 month old. I looked on the container and it says for ages 3 and up. I emailed amazon and after explaining what happend I was able to return the item and get refunded for my shipping costs as well since I was mislead by Amazon's description. However, I would have assumed that once Amazon knew they incorrectly listed the appropriate age for this item that they would have changed it.

I plan on buying this toy
I have been looking for new bath toys for my daughter and can't wait to buy these letters (and the animals). I found all of these reviews very helpful, especially the one from the teacher! I also believe that it is important for children to learn both upper and lower-case letters.
What I find "inexcusable", however, is the attack made on the teacher that took the time to write an informative review. I would think that someone with a "modicum of intelligence" would understand that these reviews are here for a parents' benefit, and are meant to help all of us buy the best products available for our children. Isn't THAT what is most important"!!!!!!"

Doesn't Live Up To It's Name
The paints didn't work at all. The fish was poorly made and was torn in pieces within seconds. We didn't get everything shown in the picture. And the colors leave a disgusting mess in the bathtub. I'll stick to regular colors, pencils, and pens for drawing. This would be educational if the items actually did what they are supposed to do.

Good toys, but crayons need replacing
I got a similar kit a year ago for my 2 year old. She loved being able to draw on the walls, and these crayons left crisp clear, bright lines, unlike some soap crayons. They washed off of skin and tile easily with water, but stained some rubber ducks. Now 3, the crayons are all used up. I know that crayons are packaged individually for sale, but apparently Amazon only caries the large kits. This seems to me like it will lead to a stack of duplicate sponges and toys as I replace the crayons each time.

        Artist in the Tub!!!
My 14 month old was so excited to use the crayons he squealed and kicked his legs with excitement. Just watching his face as he marked the tub wtih crayons and watched every stroke with curiousity. Better deal than the set in the bucket plus free shipping! Plus a child who has just been shown the tub is a fun and creative place to be. Bring out the artist in your child. Get it you won't regret it.

Deluxe Fun in the Tub Bath Playset
        Made by Alex
        Age Group: 36 months - 6 years
          Amazon base price: $19.99
This set comes packed with multiple creative activities to keep preschoolers busy while cleaning up in the tub. Kids can start by "painting" the bath water in either red, yellow, or blue with one of the 150 fizzy tint tablets. Next they can work on the tile walls--or themselves--with any of the six colors of soapy bathtub finger paints. A handprint-shaped palette floats on the water and holds paints within reach for busy artists. If kids prefer to draw on the walls, six colored bath crayons are also included. No need to hold kids back--a soft duck eraser cleans up the walls when bath time is finished. For more inspiration, the kit also includes six foam tub stickers, a Lego-shaped soap to encourage them to actually do some washing during bath time, and an inflatable crab toy. Kids will never want to get out of the bath with this fun bathtub playset. --Cristina Vaamonde

          Crayons are defective
The crayons in this set do not stay extended. The little rachets that are used to push the crayons out do not stay in place. Very frustrating and cheap.

easy clean up and makes a happy bather
We received this from Santa for Christmas. It is alot of fun for my 3 1/2 year old daughter. She loves the colors and mixing them up. It does make a bath tub ring but is easy to clean up.

          Bath Toys
I bought this toy for my son for Christmas of this year. I thought it would be a lot of fun for him. The only bad thing is that the paints don't show up to well on the tile. I really didn't like how the soap turned everything red. The only thing that I liked about this product was the crayons worked really well on the wall. If I known that the crayons would be the only thing that worked I would have just bought those. But my son seems to enjoy it, so I am keeping it for his sake.

            not worth it
This toy was a waste of $$ for our little one, I do not recommend it to anyone. The squirting parts do not work well on ours, and it is big and bulky. Just not worth buying in my opinion.

Durable, with lots of ways to play
We've been using this toy for over a year, and it still looks and works like new. The various moving parts provide lots of fun activities. As the child gets older, he/she will find new things to do with it, such as running water from the faucet onto the wheel to make it spin. Be sure to submerge it once at the start of bathtime so it floats properly.

            Lots of Bathtime Fun
My husband got this for my son for his first birthday. It makes a great in the bath as well as out of the bath toy! He enjoyed playing with it mostly out of the bath for about 6 months and has rediscovered it as a new and exciting bathtoy. The squirting octopus is the best!

              What a headache
This toy is nothing but trouble for a two year and his parents. The crayons come in this plastic tube that is impossible for a small child to control. My son would use all the crayon and then scream to have more. When you "clicked" the crayon up, he would push to hard and the crayon would disappear again. After many tears I gave up and threw the whole thing out. We did keep the bucket for the sandbox however. It was a very expensive bucket!!!<(...)

rub a dub dub disappears in the tub
My 4 year old loved the crayons (perhaps a little too much; they were gone within a week) but he and I were both disappointed with the paint- it doesn't show up very well on him or the tile, and is heavily perfumed. The foam "stickers" were fun, but tore fairly easily. Great for starters, and the hand-shaped palette will stay in the bath toy basket, but I think next time, we'll just stick with the soap crayons.

              Awesome toy!
I bought this bath set for my son (1 1/2 yrs old) because he gets bored with bath toys so easily. He absolutley loves to draw, and has recently started coloring in his books, so he has lost his "pen" privileges. This toy has completely made up for it. He loves the crayons. They work great for him (we haven't had a problem with the holders like some reviews have mentioned). He can color all over the tub, and on the tiles. However, the paints are very hard to see. Maybe, when he is older, he will be more interested in them, but for the time being, we only use the crayons (which can be ordered seperately), the "stickers" and the duck "loofa".

This has been the best money we've spent on bath-time entertainment!

My only reservation about purchasing these as a gift, is they colors do not immediately wash out of grout. I'm not sure if they'll fade away with time, but we now have a few little blue stains on our grout inbetween tiles!

                Great Toy!
This toy is great. My 1 year old daughter got it as a gift and she already knows in waht order they go. Is very durable and the colors are very festive.

                Great Buy!!!
Great toy, my 7mo. son loves to play with these pails. The one with the water is a bit heavy so I have to limit the play to the carpeted area in my house for fear that my son may throw it & chip our tile floor. The only complaint that I have is that on the babies r us site they are listed under bath toys, and this is definately not for use in water. For outside the tub its a blast!!!!!! (Look for the Ocean Wonders fishbowl also, its got great sounds, and more flutter balls & it does go great with the pails!!!)

                I love these
These are fabulous. much beter than plain nesting pails

While we're pretty sure there were supposed to be more animals in Noah's Ark than merely a giraffe, an elephant, a monkey, and a lion, these friends will be enough to provide plenty of fun. The animals fit together like a puzzle inside the boat and the boat can be enjoyed in a tub, a pool, a sandbox, a carpet, or just about anywhere. Babies can play with, or teethe upon, the individual animals while toddlers can have fun assembling the puzzle pieces. --John Moe

                  Mildew trap
This toy could have been quite fun if it had not grew mildew almost immediately. The block structures themselves were very hard which made it impossible to empty all of the water out of them after bathing. It should stay on dry land!

                  Fun but germ friendly!
My daughter loves this toy, and has since she received it as a first birthday gift. My only problem is that you cannot get all the water out of the boat. Therefore mold grows inside the base of the boat, and if squeezed at just the right time, comes squirting out in bath, or worse, baby's mouth!
Fun to learn animal sounds and colors and my daughter loves turning the animals into squirt guns! I just wish the boat either didn't take on water, or could be cleaned.

                  Instructions say not for bath
We bought lots of different things to help our 8 month old daughter with teething - this is her favorite. She loves to chew on the animals - it is a great toy for teething - but if you read the insert that comes with the toy, it says NOT to submerge in water. It is a teething toy. She really loves the giraffe - it is her favorite!

                  Bathtub Finger Painting Kit
                  Made by Alex
                  Age Group: 36 months - 9 years
                    Amazon base price: $12.99
Most painters have to clean up after they're done, but with this set of five bright finger-paint soaps, you can paint and get clean at the same time. Squeeze a dab of each color into the enclosed hand-shaped artist's palette and you're all set to turn your tub into an impressionistic masterpiece. When it's towel time, wipe the pigment away using the included fish-shaped sponge. Don't forget to wear a beret in the tub for the right effect. Paints are orange, blue, yellow, green, and purple. They are not heavily scented, and the pigments are child friendly. --Richard Farr

Great idea, but you can't really see the paint
Well, my daughter LOVED the thought of painting in the tub. This product looked like just the ticket. Cute colors, sponge to clean up, what more could you ask? Well, the only problem is that you can't really see the colors! I'm sure if she used half of the small bottles of paint, it might show up as a darker color, however with the small amount of paint used to fill the holder, you can barely make a mark. Cute idea, but disappointing in reality.

Weak colors make it frustrating for toddlers
My daughter likes to play with this, but she often gets frustrated that the colors don't show up well. As other reviewers have said, the colors are runny and very soapy, so they don't stick well to the wall unless it is totally dry, and they don't show up as bright colors. The palatte idea is nice because the child has a place to store the colors while she's painting, but the space to put the colors is so small, that there's a need to refill often. My daughter usually ends up painting on herself more than on the wall, which I guess is ok, but she's not really drawing, just smearing colors all over herself. This means there's a lot of rinsing off time needed. If the colors were brighter and stuck on better, she could actually draw a picture and get into the pretend play more. This was a gift that came with extra paints, and I'm just happy to use it up so I can try something else. The bath crayons, for example, are much more satisfying for a child to use.

Paint is lightly colored shampoo- Don't Buy!
Good idea, but it doesn't work. The "paint" was lightly tinted shampoo, it didn't show up at all. Don't these people test this stuff before they sell it. Another big waste of $$.

Very challenging to open and get the ducks back inside
My 16 month old daughter loves ducks. This toy was fun at first, but the back of the mother duck is very hard to open, even for me. Once it's open, she leaves it open which causes it to fill with water. The little ducks are easily lost in a bubble filled tub. So the mother duck gets most of the action. Overall it's not that great a toy. It's stiff and hard for wet hands to manuever.

                      Finally, an easy-to-clean bath toy!
Why do so many bath toys have holes in the bottom, allowing bath water to enter and moulder and render the toy disgustingly no fun?

Hurray for BRIO and their sweet duck family -- no holes!!

My 14-month-old got this toy for her birthday and she loves it! With a little help to hold momma duck's lid open, she has no problem putting the baby ducks away, then taking them back out, then putting them away again.

                      Hands-down, our favorite bath toy!!
