A milking barn, pig sty, grain silo, sheep pen, clear plastic green house, chicken coop, two-story farm house…wow! This massive--yes, it is deluxe!--farm playset has enough great stuff to keep kids occupied for hours on end. It's a classic toy that never gets old: little plastic animals and all the farming accoutrements. Go simple or elaborate. Either way, the farm set will stimulate the type of imaginative play that can go anywhere. Fencing materials, open-up buildings, changeable pens, and "workable" implements such as the hay lift with pulley and a milking machine enable children to design and play with any kind of farm their hearts desire. With all the zillions of small parts, sure it's a nightmare to clean up. But for most kids it's a dream come true--and would you deny your child this kind of good, clean fun? --Emilie Coulter
