    Disappointed
I returned this item. It is sturdy and useful as indoor entertainment, but I wanted my grandchild to be able to identify the constellations outside and the dots just didn't seem to translate to the actual sky.

    Looks good
I suggest if you're looking for a home plantarium get this one..it's the best you can get.
Like above mentioned this displays a white light until other trashy projectors i.e Star Theatre II = a total waste of time and $35US and they display in shadowy dull and doesn't even fill the entire room...a total waste.
Get this one,you won't regret it!

    Disappointed Dad
I really had high hopes for this product. When I took it out of the box and put the batteries in, I was really disappointed. It just looked like white dots on the ceiling. The constellations were very hard to make out. We will be returning this item.

The player is Xaha, a young talented Arikhan fighter pilot. He has his own fighter sooner than intended, but enormous losses in the first encounters with the enemy have already made it necessary to replace more experienced pilots. The losses are so great that Xaha often has to face the enemy alone. Combat information says the first mission of the enemy is to destroy the Dagon-bases, since they are considered the brains in the Alliance. The Alliance of the Three Races has always had its conflicts with the Sektar, the evil race that was excluded from the Alliance so many years ago. Many of the Alliance have lost members of their families for generations because of the Sketar's treacherous attacks on unprotected outposts of the Alliance. Until now, the Alliance has managed to avoid a large-scale conflict, but now the Sektar has recruited the infamous Morgoths, intending to wipe out the Alliance forever so it can have free access to the Kha. Whether the Alliance wants to or not, it must face this horrendous threat. Once again, the Alliance calls on the skills and courage of the Allied Arikhans to protect its people. All Arikhan military forces have been called to weapons, and a state of war has been declared.

      it is okay
Just got a new computer with a sweet graphics card and was excited to get some games. Bang! Gunship Elite said it requires 3D hardware acceleration so I thought I'd give it a shot and bought it after some debate. I was very disappointed. The graphics are fairly good, but I couldn't even beat the first mission as my weapons simply bounced off the hull of the enemy ship. The manual lends little help. You can skip this one.

The Best Fighter Game Ever?? Uh-No!
Freespace 2, XWing Alliance and Independence War 1 + 2 are GREAT Space Combat Simulations, "Bang!" (an apt name for this game) is nowhere near great. Basically, you fly around (2 speeds: fast or slow) and point and shoot, that's it. No picking your weapons loadouts or ship, no systems management, no complex manoevers, no coordinated attacks with wingmen (what wingmen?). After completing each level, you get a bigger gun strapped to your fighter and tougher enemies to fight. It was kind of like playing a more advanced version of "Galaga".
The missions ranged in difficulty from "Easy" to "Pointlessly Hard", you usually wound up facing entire battle fleets alone with a moderate amount of firepower. I cheated and played the whole thing through to the end in one sitting (a very short game). The last mission is ridiculously short, maybe 3 minutes.
However, I must point out the fact that the graphics are nice and it was fun to play Bang!, for a while. Some of the guns that you get to use are interesting. If you can find this game for [a low price] then go ahead and buy it, just don't expect much.

      Best Fighter Game Ever
From all of the fighter pilot games I've played, this one is by far the best. There's an awesome selection of weapons to choose from, and the game goes on forever. There is also a multiplayer option where you can play against real people, which is really fun. I recommend that everyone should buy it, it's worth it.

        Fun Pretend Set
This is a nice garden set that my 3 year old carries around with ease. The pieces are easy to handle for his little hands when he is helping daddy around the yard. The set is more for pretend than for actual digging. The pieces fit nicely in the tote that is similar to my garden set.

        this is a HORRIBLE DEAL
I cannot believe I paid [money] for an item that is falsely advertised. This pouch looks to be pretty large, even the picture of the little girl you use makes it look bigger...all in all this item was the size of my two fists put together, what a waste of time AND money! Now I have to go out and buy something for Easter regardless as I am returning this waste of time to you. Even the tool that are included are so small I am not sure WHO would enjoy this product. All in ALL I am VERY dissapointed in this product...I will not recommmend this to ANYONE EVER.

This is a great little present for the spring time....but it says 3 and up - it should be under 3! It's quite babyish!

          Disappointed
I bought this game in memory of the 6-foot arcade game, but was dissapointed. The basic gameplay is: play 3 rounds of smashing a city, then play a bonus round which is a minigame.

A few of the minigames are fun, but most of them are uninspired 2-bit games and many eras have the same bonus game.

There are always three monsters (I think the requirement is due to the way the level progression works) and the computer controls the ones the player does not. This is frustrating if you just want to tear up the town yourself or play with one other person and not have this annoying third monster smacking the two of you.

Although the ideas for the eras are imaginative, the same thing hides behind different bitmaps -- always one ground foe, always one airborne foe.

The scroll of the city is also a drawback. The whole city is larger than the size of the screen, so if you want to climb a building or go left, everyone else has to come along too.

The first cut scene was long and tedious (you sit and watch a news guy pick his nose) as well.

To sum up: The original Rampage arcade game was quick, fun game. This game is not an improvement upon the original.

          Worth the money
This game, while similar to the other rampage titles, breaks up the repetition by changing the scenery every three levels and adding challenge games that are simple but addictive. The only thing I found a little detracting was that you cannot play without either friends or AI monsters. I like destroying a city by my lonesome.

Warp ahead on Game Boy... but careful with the difficulty!
This was indeed a warp backward. As the Enterprise engaged for Game Boy, sad things came upon us. Extreme difficulty is the main problem. If you happen to have to fight the tough Romulans, there will be three ships. That in itself makes it hard. The Borg are impossible to stop, you never get to beam down to planets and you always get nagged by the officers in battle. But if you do not like how you were doing, you may be able to travel through time by by being shot while going into warp! Because you have a bridge view and your pad is square and even, the gameplay is a tad clunky as well as trying to make repairs. This game is good only if you can run by and pick it up. There is a small fullfillment level to this game...

Great game but not without its flaws
Let me start out by saying that this game is an exact port of the NES Star Trek The Next Generation game (a hard to find game by the way.) So if you've already played the nintendo game then you won't be impressed. Otherwise if you haven't, then your are in for a different kind of gaming experience. The gameplay is very different from the classic Trek game for NES. You don't even go to any planet surface. Instead you perform beam up the people, items, and what not on a little grid. You have to lock on to the person and then can beam them. This is where I got frustrated at first. The little stick figure flits around the screen so much that lock on at first is nearly impossible but you eventually learn to move your lock on cursor ahead of them that it becomes second nature. The space combat sequences are okay but once you get more than one ship on screen you can be in big trouble if you are not careful to look at your repairs needed. Another thing, the repair screen is just plain weird. Different, but flat out weird. These spark like things move on these circuits and you have to guide them to what you want repaired. Why they did this is beyond me but whatever. The music is just about non-existent. A little rendition of the Next Generation theme song helps but other than that no music at all. Still, I would recommend this game any big time Star Trek fan, like myself. Get yourself a copy (if you can find one).

              too hard and very boring
pros: - the stupidity of the news reports is funny. - you can blow up almost everything you see.

cons: - bad graphics even for its time. -horrible story line. -after the second world it is nearly imposible to win races. -framerate is very slugish. -lots of popup. -wepons have very little effect. over all this game ... don't buy it.

              Very Challenging...
It took a while to figure out the controls. My dad couldn't figure it out on the first try. Its about racing. If you lose you get blown-up to pieces! The whole point of the game is to beat everybody else. one-player game, there is only one character to be. There are other aliens and humans that you race. Sometimes you race 3 or 4 at a time! I think this is a really really fun game.

3.5 stars - the rebirth of two arcade classics!
Asteroids and Missile Command are indeed worthy of the title of "arcade classics." Through the course of the seventies and the early eighties, very few games were up to the incredibly high standards set by these games. Sure, the games are dated, but that doesn't mean they aren't fun! In the mid nineties, a number of Arcade Classics titles were released for the Game Boy, each one featuring two games each. The first title in this series was a cartridge featuring both Asteroids and Missile Command. Read on for my review of this package.

                PROS:
-The gameplay stays true to the originals.
-Although the Game Boy (the classic one that these games were originally designed for) is black and white, these games look just fine with or without color. The "rendered" asteroids in Asteroids look very nice. Likewise, in Missile Command, the background features for major cities (like the Opera House in the Sydney stage) are a nice touch.
-The game is enhanced for the Super Game Boy adaptor. For those of you who own a Super Game Boy, this will be a nice touch.
-Unlike modern video games, these ones can be learned without having to read the instruction booklet several times over!

                CONS:
-Obviously, the Game Boy control scheme is a little different from the arcade originals. It may take a little getting used to.
-As good as these games are, there is no denying that they are dated - SEVERELY dated.
-Missile Command's graphics pale in comparison to those of the original arcade version. Many of the background touches were removed.

                OVERALL:
If you liked these games in the arcades, you're going to love playing portable versions of them on your Game Boy. Just be warned - these are virtually identical to the arcade originals, with VERY LITTLE improvements, so don't buy them expecting anything revolutionary. These are the games you played in the arcades, AS you played them in the arcades.

Not so dark a game as the title suggests
I recently found this game with one of my friends and he was among the first in my circle to have a gameboy. Since I recently got my first gameboy handheld i.e. a gameboy advance from my brother in New York well i decided to try a monochrome game and have some fun for I just had finished the game that he sent along with the handheld(Dragonball Z-Legacy of Goku).Well the game is developed and published by Ocean which was a major game publisher of games based on movies like Robocop,Robocop 2......you get the idea.Darkman has gameplay in a manner similar to the double dragon games and the streets of rage game. The plot based on the movie of the same name is quite good in gameplay but the game is too short. I managed to finish it under 2 hours. There are about four or five levels with very unimagintive bosses but that may be due to the movie franchise limitations. The sounds are well let's say a little lame and the enemies are very few and after a while you get tired of beating the same guys over and over again. The graphics are quite good considering it is a monochrome game made in the early nineties. But if you are a fan of double dragon type games and love to beat waves of baddies over and over and over again like me, then this is definately worth a buy as long as it lasts. I suggest you buy it if you get it a cheap deal otherwise try and rent it..

Based on Douglas Adams's legendary Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Starship Titanic series puts you on board the greatest spacecraft ever built. Unfortunately, it has disappeared mysteriously in hyperspace. Once on board, you must discover what caused the disappearance, reveal the conspiracy that lies behind the catastrophe, and then repair the ship's intelligence and guide it back home.

I expected a very complex and fun game
That was what I expected. I feel that the game was a let down overall because I kept expecting something really cool to happen, but it pretty much never did. It was kind of interesting at best. I gave two stars because three would indicate that I found it worth while. Most of the puzzles where either easy, or lacking in the ability to be solved without hints. I don't think I could have done it without the strategy guide that came with it. Also, I found that one of the puzzles didn't work in the way the manufacturer probably intended. To be fair, the humor was funny and very PYTHON which I liked. Additionally, I thought the whole concept was very good and I kept expecting some cool things to happen, but ultimately it did not pan out. Good Try.

Well, he knows how to write good books
The game was quite a bit of a letdown, as I am a big fan of Douglas Adams. Unfortunately, the game is not all that fun as a game. I felt even let down in the humor (or should I say humour) department as well. It did not seem as though Mr. Adams had full control over the project, as bits and pieces seemed to be his sense of humor, and other bits seemed to be a watered down Monty Python attempt. The bits that are funny are definitely funny, especially the talking message delivery system things. The look of the environs were astoundingly beautiful, but I feel that it lacked a soul behind it. The game puzzles were at times very easy, and other times astoundingly non-intuitive and difficult. For instance, there is one puzzle that simply does not give you a clue that you are doing the right thing, and you have to do it repeatedly for the game to finally give in and let you have the victory. I won't say what it is, but it involves someone's butt. Overall, the humor was what kept this from getting a one star review, but even that was a disappointment.

And now, for something completely titanic...
Starship Titanic is not based on Hitchhiker's Guide, but is very similiar in style. The game is very good, but can be difficult at times. However, unlike most games where dialogue is just something to proceed the plot, in this game it is actually a funny and entertaining diversion thanks to the great dialogue engine and voice acting. Between the funny, but annoying parrot and the Elevator attendant who constantly talks about his wartime exploits (what war, we don't know). Buy this game if you want a funny and interesting ride. Also, buy the book to learn about the story.

Tiffany Style Stained Glass Craft Set
Made by Natural Science Ind Ltd
                    Age Group: 8 - 12 years
                      Amazon base price: $
Everything you need to create colorful stained glass designs comes in this easy-to-use craft kit, including three glass bottles of various shapes and a square clear plastic box. Children can work on their artistic skills as well as hand-eye coordination while creating lovely stained glass pieces. Begin by taping one of the included design templates to the back of a bottle. Next, squeeze out the three-dimensional outline paint, made to look like the lead in real stained glass, into the template. Once the paint is dry, young artists can use their talents to fill in the outlines with translucent paint. The result looks remarkably similar to stained glass. The instructions are simple, but some adult help may be required. --Lee Strucker

                      No Way
I would never reccomend this kit to ANYONE. I tried this and it took 2 hours just for the black outline paint to dry. The stain glass paint was all runny and sticky. It was all gloppy and really didn't show up on the bottles and I just bought the kit 2 days before. The black outline paint had almost no paint in it. This kit stinks and I will never buy this again. This happend the other 5 times I have bought this kit. It is a waste of money and has no educational value.

My sister recived this toy for a birthday present. A couple days later we started doing the craft and it is JUNK. I can't tell you how much you should not buy this toy it is a waste of money and the paint starts pealing off an hour after you paint it, and you can't even see the paint. Never Get This Toy. We just wanted to warn you!!!

                      Great idea but flawed
This is a great product and toy for children- even I enjoyed it as a parent, However, the coloring paint is thin and doesn't paint on smoothe. I had to but a different set of paints from the store so you could see the color and/or eliminate stripes.
