    Read before buying!
First off, I didn't actually purchase this game, I rented it...and let's just say that was a waste of $5.00. The game graphics are good, but the actual game play is boring, tedious and drawn-out. You start out awaking from a cryo-sleep and proceed to turn on the heat...do I need to go on? You soon find a robot sidekick that is just as annoying as the main character as you puzzle your way through couridors and hallways. It's alot of wandering around without much action...rent it first (and give yourself plenty of time to wander through the game) before you commit any more of your hard-earned cash...trust me on this one.

Well it has is goods points. Very few unfortionately.
The game has a great concept and you can't go wrong with a Resident Evil style game, only they did. The only reson it got more than one star is because I love survival horror type games and I felt a little sorry. This game had potential to be a masterpiece.

    X-Men: Wolverine's Rage

As Wolverine, you're on the run for your life. Your nemesis, Lady Deathstrike, is building a weapon that can turn your entire adamantine skeleton into liquid metal, claws and all. You must battle it out with three of your archenemies--Cyber, Sabretooth, and Lady Deathstrike--in order to destroy the weapon before it destroys you. Use Wolverine's bestial rage when you need a powerful attack, but be careful not to deplete all your health. Your mutant powers must be harnessed and used wisely to be effective. Go beyond simple running and punching: utilize claw attacks, lightning-fast uppercuts, and squat attacks to knock opponents out. As Wolverine, your mutant powers and metal skeleton are regenerative, making you difficult to kill, but you're still under the clock. There's no limitless life in this world.

      the worst
I don't know what these people are thinking. If they want to make a good game so a lot of people will buy it, they have to be using different systems! This game dos'nt look good when you're playing it.these graphics are a joke. And all the old X-men costumes!I being a huge X-men fan was throughly dissapointed.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Average run of the mill side scroller
The only thins that sets X-Men: Wolverine's Rage apart from other side scrollers is the X-Men license itself. Strip away the fact your playing as Wolverine, and you've just got yourself an average run of the mill side scroller with nothing special attached to it. The game's 13 levels are relatively short and not at all too challenging, and the gameplay gets very repetitive after a while as well. The graphics are nicely animated, but the characters move around a bit jerky, plus it would have been nice to have some added super villians other than Cyber, Sabretooth, and Lady Deathstrike. All in all, if your an X-Men fan and own a GBC, give this game a try, but all others should leave this on the shelf.

      Star Theater II

        Save your money
I bought the Star Theater as a gift for my son, as he has displayed an interest in the stars and planets.

The directions indicated that the Star Theater would work best in a small room with light colored walls. The truth of the matter is that the room would need to be spherical to get a decent display of the stars. In a square or rectangular room, the projected image is so distorted that it is virtually worthless! To top it off, the light bulb burned out after only a couple of minutes of use. This was the worst gift that I bought all year.

If you have an interest in the stars and planets, I would recommend that you spend your money on a trip to a real planetarium. I have also found a number of web sites with star maps and a lot of interesting information that were free.

This toy was definitely a total waste of money!

        Uncle Milton should be ashamed
As if it weren't bad enough that my daughter was in bed with the flu for Christmas but to then open up a complete piece of garbage just made matters worse. She had been learning about the solar system in school and took on a huge interest. Saw the star theater and thought it would be a perfect gift. WRONG! You can't see anything! I held the ball about 4ft away from the ceiling and we could just about make out the words.
Uncle Milton you should be ashamed!
Don't bother in investing in the National Geographic Telescope NG7036 either. Another hunk of junk. Can't see anything.

        great for older beginners
OK, I bought this because I remembered having a planetarium visit as a child and I wanted to relive that a little. Yes, it does only project "black stars" onto the ceiling but for the price it is really all you could expect. the "stars" are correct and if you have low ceilings it is not so blurry. I was happy with it because I was only curious as to how a planetarium would work. If you want a more professional one you will have to pay maybe $100 more. It provides a good start for getting interested in astronomy. and is handy for taking outside to find stars in your area. I have not listened to the CD yet. (also I did not get mine from AMAZON I bought it localally)

          Horrible and disappointing
I got this for my son. He is so in to science so i thought he would like this. When we opened, we could feel it was plastic. He couldn't get it 2 work, so i tried. The light is poor, the mirror is useless, the directions are bad, the "educational" cd is just a list of the products they have. The lens quality is poor. The slides all look the same in it. It is a piece of junk. Do not buy it. I am returning it immediatly.

Do not buy, it does not work!!!
I purchased this microscope, hoping for it to be fun!
I unpacked and was already disappointed, it was all plastic!
I couldn't see anything with it! I returned it for a refund! First of all, you cannot see anything! The light is very poor. The picture doesn't change when you change the slide!
          ...

The microscope was a nightmare. Don't buy. It's a piece of junk. Very hard to focus and can't get a clear image of anything...not even on low power. I am returning it and getting a better one today. Buyer Beware!!

            Complete waste of money
I was very dissatisfied with this product. The manufacturer's description and pictures on the box are totally misleading. It is simply trace paper and markers. Once the trace paper is wet, it leaves nothing resembling a tattoo--just a blob of marker on the skin. I would have been better off to buy a stack of peel-off tattoos from the vending machine at Wal-Mart!

            Toy does not work
I purchased this toy at Christmas for my 10 year old daughter and my 10 year old niece. They were very excited to receive it. But they were very disappointed while using it. Each tatoo only looked like a big blob of color. Even when receiving help from adults, the tatoo images still looked like big blobs. I am not sure how much has to do with skin pigmentation as we are African American. However, if that is a condition for how well the toy works, then that should be stated on the packaging. Use of this toy was very disappointing for my daughter, niece and other little cousins waiting in line for Christmas day tatoos! Furthermore, I see this company has a Crystal Art tatoo kit but I am reluctant to purchase that one for fear of similar results.

            Cheap...Cheap...Cheap!
*Don't waste money on this toy* The whole set consists of tissue paper and four markers. My kids were really disappointed and found it impossible to get the "tattoo's" to stick to their skin. After all...tissue paper does fall apart when it gets wet!! My 18 year old, who helped out, got so frustrated she told the kids it was okay to just draw the tattoos on their skin with the markers!

this thing sucked. it couldnt detect worth crap. oh except for the gum wrappers and the metal under concrete. I give it zero out of five stars but it made me put one. I lost a coin testing it. DO NOT BUY! unless you want to waste time and money.

              Don't waste your money
This one is junk. It does detect metal 1/8" deep. We buried 2 coins a 1/4" deep in our sand box. Now I have to stop my 5 year old from screaming that we lost 2 quarters. Guess it is time to get the BIG shovel and sifter and find those quarters!

                I must agree
Even though I haven't bought this, the skeleton seems horribly deformed. And the worst way to educate a child is to tell them the wong answer. I must agree with the other reiew.

                Check your product
I do not have this product, but rest assured I would be very hesitant to purchase a skeleton model from a company that can't even assemble a skeleton in any resemblance of the actual way it is in real life. The entire torso on this skeleton in the picture is on backwards!

                  Don't buy from Insect Lore
The Customer Service at this Company was terrible. The larvae were sent to the wrong person and then they refused to replace them. I was hung up on and just treated as though I owed them something. Buy something else if you don't want your child to be disappointed.

                    Waste of Money
Dont waste your time with this "kit". My daugther was excited to see this kit in the store so we got it for her for Christmas. What it turns out to be is a book of hundreds of simple experiments, most of which do not use any of the items in this kit, are boring, and take about 2 minutes each to perform. Yes, the experiments are educational, but since they are simply boring, my daughter has lost all the enthusiasm she had for science experiments that made her want the kit in the first place. Furthermore, some of the parts that come with the kit either dont work (solar cell), or dont fit together (motor in its holder - motor is WAY too big to fit in hole), etc.

                      Worthless
The walkie talkies, and the flashlight, do not work. New batteries don't help. Get what you pay for.
