Outrigger Sled

Not as good as it looks.
Looks cool. However, the steering doesn't really work well. If you try to turn, it either doesn't work, or you end up sliding sideways down the hill. I bought it for my 7 year old son. I've watched him and other neighborhood kids try it, and have tried it myself. Other sleds that are simpler (and cheaper) are more popular with the kids.

      Pool Hustler
I was very excited when I noticed this game in the stores. I'm somewhat of a shark myself. The idea of the game is a great one, but the ease of playability is very difficult. I can normally pick up a game very quickly, but playing this one was almost impossible. I couldn't even get past the first level after playing all night. It was very discouraging. Therefore if you have a lot of time on your hands and don't mind losing for awhile then I would recommend it. If you're looking for something to just jump right into and have some fun then I'd say don't even bother.

        Boring, not a good game
As a surf-fan I tried this game and I must say, I was dissapointed. Only some very boring areas to surf in and bad controls. The graphics are so bad, you can't even suppurate your surfer from the waves well. If you are a little into surfing, you will agree with mee that this game gets 2 stars. If you never surfed before, don't make eye-contact. The sound is very dissapointed, just some beeps and stuff.

        Don't buy this game!

          Not even of Bargain quality
The graphics aren't spectacular or anything, and unforetunately neither is the realism. It gets annoying when the AI players hit the 0-2 slider in the dirt 450 feet to dead center after whiffing two straight 96 mph fastablls down the pipe. With the batting perspectives, batting is simply a random guess of where the ball could end up: simple curves are often more than enough for the AI pitcher to strike out the side. Keeping this game from even breaking into the bargain bin category is the 2-player feature. If it had been exactly like the one-player, the game would be worth the $... I spent. However, it slows down dramatically, making it unplayable and taking away the last possible redeeming quality this game could have.

Messed Up Game Of Golf With A Couple Of Bright Spots
This game has tons of stuff to do on it. But that's about the only good part in this game. The graphics are the worst I've ever seen on a Playstation game and it's plain dull. The other good part or shall I say great part is the camera angles and the camera itself. The camera is just the contrast of the graphics. Overall I would consider this only for people who don't care about graphics but are still seriuos golfers. It really wasn't worth what I got.

              WTA DISAPPOINTMENT
I am so disappointed in the game. I am an absolute tennis nut & have probably every tennis game ever made. This game, in my opinion, is very unrealistic!! The graphics are horrible. You can't even tell who you're playing with if it weren't for the name being posted. You certainly don't have any idea who you're playing against by looking at the player across the net!

To me, the game play is very suspect also! You think you've hit a "winning" shot (if you want to call it that), but it's out. I honestly think that your shot is going to go where the software puts it!

The announcers are very annoying. Also, is there any reason why they have to show a replay after every shot??

I just find the whole game annoying.

These games are so expensive..............come on, Nintendo, don't put out this junk!

A shame and travesty for Playstation 2
I rented this game even after reading all of the reviews thinking maybe it would be better than what everyone was saying. So i decided to play my first game as my favorite team, the Boston College Eagles. Thats when i found its first obvious flaw. No, i didnt find this flaw it just stumbled upon me like all of the other ones. None of the numbers were accurate. WHere is the Troy Bell like point guard? I couldnt find it. My first game was against Brown. I became even more irate when Browns point guard could not miss. Every team you play there is always one player who hardly ever misses which is nuts. Also, the foul level is very high which has already been mentioned in other reviews. The stadiums and atmosphere .... And the players faces are just plain scary. It looks like im playing super nintendo not playstatoin 2. ....I wouldn't even rent this ....

                Where is the action???
Thankfully, I only rented this game! I am not going to write a huge review, but i just would like to point out why you should avoid this game at all costs. The graphics only look modestly better then a regular ps1 title. There is no sense of being in the game. When I selected Michigan State to play Duke at Cameran Indoor Stadium...there was no sense of the wild and crazy atmosphere you would expect from 2 great schools with basketball tradition. Where were the Duke Crazies? So i shut the game off and never played it again. Please Please PLease!! Save your money! 989 better get their stuff together if they want to stay in business. They are facing stiff competition especially considering Sega Sports is now providing titles for the ps2.

                NCAA Final Four 2001
This is an excellent game and it has all you need for a college basketball game. If anyone tells you that this game sucks and you shouldn't buy it, don't listen to them. You are able to work your way up through the top 25 and compete for the title. The gameplay is quick, and the controls are easy to master. I've played both nba live 2001 and this game, and final four is MUCH better. When I bought it I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, but after 3 weeks of playing this game, I still like to play whenever I can. This game definately met my expectations and it should make yours.

                  this sucks
i normally like bikeing games but the first time i played this game i got so frustrated because it was more difficult than most other bikeing games i havent played it since the first time i played it.

                  The worst game.
The worse game with the most problems. You can grind forever. The graphics aren't good compared to an N64 game made in 96. Once I fell and got like stuck and the screen jittered. When they fall they make the stupidest pain sound like they had the producer do it. THE WORST LEVEL DESIGN FOR ANY EXTREME SPORTS GAME and we play games for the level design.

                  Worst BMX game ever made.
This has been declared worst game of the year by many web sites and game reviewers. Avoid this one, and get Dave Mirra 2 instead.

Don't waste your time or $
I bought it and 45 minutes later I beat everybody. 8 fighters (that look terrible), poor controls, and the "Rumble Pack" doesn't add anything to the game. How did this game ever make it into stores? I'm even easily entertained....this game is a joke!

                  Art
This game stinks. I beat it in about half and hour, without even trying. The only thing that you are paying for is the rumble feature. The fighters are so tiny and there is no strategy at all. Just punch and block, that's it. I gave it to my 8 year old son and he gave it back to me after about 10 minutes. Do not get this game.

KO for Ready to Rumble Boxing
This game stinks. No question about it. I would rather be a pokemaniac then play it. 8 LOUSY PLAYERS. 3 SECRETS. I SAW THIS UNDER THE EDITOR'S PICK. I HOPED GREATNESS BUT NOW I THINK THE EDITOR IS LOCO EN LA CABEZA. Last thing it BARELY rumbles

Get past the broadly sketched X and O graphics of past football simulation games with the finely detailed NFL Quarterback Club 2001. Precision artificial intelligence (AI) brings out the chess aspects of the game without taking away any of the sport's brute power. The team-management functions let you draft rookies and sign, trade, and release players, all while managing your salary cap. There are 31 team-specific playbooks to work from, or you can create your own playbook--heck, you can even create your own players and team! You can also settle those "what if" questions by replaying key moments from historical Super Bowl games using authentic game stats. This installment of the series brings incredibly detailed player models--including injury tape, eye black, and breathe strips--motion-captured animation, and the all-new shoulder charge for breaking through defenders. And for you third-string players, there are E-Z Pass and E-Z Catch functions.

                    AWFUL FOOTBALL GAME EVER MADE.
Bad is a to nice of word for this game.

                    This game sucks
This game should be banned, because its like you are just wasting your money. the game play is horrible, i hate the controls. madden 2001 is the best! just about everything about nfl quarterback club sucks, if you like this game than i suggest you check with your doctor

                    Worst Game EVER
This is beyond any shadow of a doubt the worst game that has ever been made. I would rather play Pong than this game. The controls are totally inaccurate, and the game is beyond slow. If you want to play a good football game, look elsewhere because this disk is best used as a frisbee.
