Great golf game!

The only real drawback is that the game tends to get expensive, as it is extremely addictive. A few packs are plenty to play the game, but I have yet to see someone stop at just a few packs.

#1inlinesk8 game in the world

I came across the DVD alone in a toy store, and purchased it. Wow! Here finally was a clear introduction to the game and a logical explanation of the most important rules. There are even sample hands played out and explained, which can be viewed from either players' perspective using the "Angle" button on your DVD player. Better yet, this was presented by the characters from the animated show using the original actors' voices. The disk also includes some hints on strategies and combining cards.
This is a really accesible way to enter the world of Yu-Gi-Oh. Great for all you parents out there who are completely lost, and for younger players who are just getting into it. The game itself can be played on many levels, and requires foresight and planning, as well as memory and math skills. Highly recommended for introductory level players.

After selecting from one of the four initially available racers, you must race against a full field of opponents down long, twisting, and sometimes gravity- and physics-defying courses. What makes SSX a standout from similar games is Electronic Arts' amazing attention to detail. The tracks show much variety in their outrageous twists, bumps, jumps, and ramps. However, to utilize them best, you must perform potentially backbreaking, neck-snapping tricks. Okay, you actually won't suffer any physical damage, but the cartoony falls do look rather painful.
The tricks are done by successfully performing complex button-mashing and joystick-twisting combs. The more and better the tricks you perform, the higher a speed boost you'll get to help you finish a track quickly. In order to progress through all of the rounds in World Circuit mode (the meat of the game), you must place at least third in each race. Successful completion of races also can unlock new characters and snowboards--each with dramatic performance differences. It might look somewhat similar to Tony Hawk's Pro Skater or other snow games, but SSX is a totally different take.
SSX's illusion of speed is simply fantastic. Should you manage to take your eyes off your well-animated racer to check out the scenery, you'll see bright lighting effects, cheering crowds, lots of snow spray, and a wide variety of background visuals that hint at the PS2's graphics prowess. It's also that same sense of speed that delivers a great feeling of accomplishment when your board lands safely on the snow pack after you complete a complex trick that was performed absurdly high in the air.
Almost all of SSX's animations are as smooth as glass. There's minor slowdown when you turn through some of the larger hills, but this is barely noticeable and rarely interferes with gameplay. The bumping soundtrack changes on the fly, and is based on your performance. The better your tricks and speed, the wilder and more up-tempo the music gets. All of the enormous courses--some of which can take close to 10 minutes to finish--have many shortcuts and alternate routes to cut into your finishing time.
One gripe with the game is that your character, after painfully crashing into cold hard snow, sometimes start moving will in the exact opposite direction that you were racing originally. This eats up time and is irritating, but definitely not a huge problem. --Mark Brooks
Pros:
- Excellent graphics provide an ultrarealistic illusion of speed
- Immediately playable, yet challenging for snowboard vets
- Long courses with many paths to the finish line
- Occasional slowdown

Pure Fun!The learning curve on it is fantastic, you can play from the get go, but after a while you start to learn more complex moves and how to read the slopes for the most action, air, and intense tricks. When you pull of your first Double Misty Flying Squirrel to a late Experimental you will pat yourself on the back.
The courses are a dream come true. They are well detailed and laid out for maximum speed and tricks, so you get the best of both worlds. Snowdream and Mercury City Meltdown being my personal faves. Snowdream because it is just pure snowboarding, it's not too elaborate, it's just clean and pure. Mercury City Meltdown is just too kewl, you can't get any better than snowboarding thru a groovy city at night. It's such a well laid out course built for maxium fun and awesome tricks. Although my all time fave is Untracked, the bonus track you have to earn. It is the ultimate snowboarders dream. No bright flashy lights, no big frills, just tons a powder and natural hills and an killer cave (if you can find it).
The music is also a tasty part of the mix, feature the brilliant Mix Master Mike of Beatie Boys fame and Rahzel and Aphrodite. You couldn't get more perfect music for this game. Now what is a snowboarding game without over the top characters, well SSX has them. They are all pretty great, with the exception of Jurgen and Hiro, it's not that they [are bad], it's just those two aren't very fun to play, and their tricks are hard to perform. While the rest of the characters are great, none can match my boy Mac, he's fun, funny as hell, and great for pulling off some killer tricks.
All in all, this is just a purely fantastic game. I can't find a thing wrong with it. Even two slightly lame characters doesn't detract it one bit for me. I haven't had this much fun playing a game. It's fast and fun, overwhelms every one of your senses. It's the next best thing to actually being on a hillside doing it yourself. Buy this today, heck buy it yesterday, just get it and you will see what I mean.
The best snowboarding game out there!

Each mascot has a ride that handles and accelerates differently, yet the controls for each racer feel very tight and precise. The highly detailed, cartoony locales of Mario Kart Super Circuit show visuals that are both very sharp and fluidly animated. Though not nearly as fast, Mario Kart Super Circuit looks better and can be more intense than the vaunted F-Zero launch title.
If you perform well enough and collect enough coins in a tournament, you can unlock a plethora of bonus tracks--some of which are from older console Mario Kart titles. The fun multiplayer options include head-to-head racing and a balloon battle mode, in which you blast other racers with power-ups in a huge arena until there's only one driver left. --Mark Brooks
Pros:
- Bright graphics that are both fast and fluid
- Multiplayer battle mode is loads of fun
- Many, many tracks!
- May be too cute for some

Hands down, the best current game for the Game Boy AdvanceI'd also like to mention that this game blows away Konami's Krazy Racers. I own both games, and wish that I had saved my money and bought only Mario Kart. Mario Kart has so much more depth that it puts Krazy Racers to shame. Mario Kart is the best game I have played for the GB Advance so far (Castlevania COTM is a close second).
If you're looking for a great, challenging go-cart racing game, don't waste your time with the Konami clone: wait for a month and buy Mario Kart Super Circuit- you'll be glad you did!
Super Circuit: Best for GBA!!!You also get new tracks like Cheep Cheep Island, Ribbon Road, Yoshi Desert, and Bowser's Castle 1-3. You can link up with other players and race together in a sudden death match! You get the rainbow boxes with all the weapons. Like lightning, shells, and banana peels. Don't forget the ULTRA POWERFUL STARS!!!! You go at top speed and when you hit a racer they crash or slide on the track leaving them like dust.
You have to get in 1, 2, 3, or 4 place to go to the next track. Get high points so at the end you become one of the top three!! If you do you get the bronze trophy if in third, silver if in second, and the BEST, GOLD if in first!!!! Think you got what it takes to be a chart toping racer? Then racers, start your ENGINES!!!!!!!

In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, players were introduced to the manual--a move that greatly revolutionized the series' gameplay. This installment introduces the revert, and while it isn't as significant an addition as the manual, it does add another layer to the already deep trick system. The game features solid graphics, but a level of detail was sacrificed in order to make the game's levels so large. There are a few frame skips and polygon clips, but these occasions are rare and do not overshadow the stellar gameplay.
Career mode is as deep as ever, with eight objective-filled levels. In this single-player mode, players traverse their way through some brilliantly designed courses to achieve high scores, find the letters to the word "skate," find hidden videotapes, and interact with level-specific objects. Two players can participate in the five multiplayer minigames, which include king of the hill, horse, and trick attack. Up to four players can join Internet or LAN games through the use of the PS2 Network Adapter or numerous USB devices. Supported USB Ethernet adapters include LinkSys EtherFast USB100TX, D-Link DSB-650TX, SMC EZNET-USB 2102, and SOHOware NUB100. Supported USB modems include Zoom FaxModem 2985L, Pocket NetSurfer NMT00700, MultiTech MT5634ZBA, and Actiontec USB56012-01CW. USB keyboards are also supported, enabling players to type trash online.
We tested Internet play using the LinkSys and a DSL modem; the action was very smooth with no noticeable lag. On its own, this is a top-shelf title, but considering its Internet capabilities, there's no reason for fans of sports, action, and platform games not to own Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. This game will satisfy them all. --Raymond M. Padilla
Pros:
- First Internet-capable PS2 game
- Tight, addictive, outstanding gameplay
- Gargantuan levels and plenty of objects to interact with
- Some minor graphics glitches

So you are not short of wrestlers to choose from. There is also a highly detailed ring and arena to the area, all of the stadiums are so highly detailed that you might get confused between that and the real thing!
There is also loads of new and old match types to choose from.
There are Elimination Chamber, Table, TLC, Bra and Pantie, Hardcore, Ladder, Elimination Tag, Royal Rumble, First Blood, Lumber Jack, Special Referee, Slobber Knocker, Cage, Hell in a cell, Survivor, Six man Tag,Tornado Tag, Tag and a lot more I just cannot remember the rest lol. Keep in mind that you can have a triple threat ladder match and a tornado tag table match so this game will provide you with loads of things to do!
There is also a amazing season mode which is MUCH better than Wrestlemania XIX's Revenge mode because there are highly detailed story lines, 200 of them in fact and they are all written by the WWE writers, BEAT THAT WRESTLEMANIA XIX. Another part of the game i am sure you will enjoy is the Create a Wrestler feature, they have extended it greatly since SHUT YOUR MOUTH! and now you can make a wrestler almost exactly how you want it to look!
The graphics will blow you away they are so much better than WRESTLMANIA XIX'S and the same as WWWE RAW 2'S this is a good thing because i found SHUT YOUR MOUTH! slightly blocky and hard ot figure out whose who.
Another thing that is AMAZING is the entrances they will blow you away, but the only problem is, is that when you are creating a wrestler you cannot create a too good entrance.
The sound is pretty good but THQ promised us voice overs and we did not get that :( there is also no commentry! I know commentry does get annoying but it would be nice to have JR and King behind the commentry desk! But the music is O.k.
Gameplay is pretty good its simular to SHUT YOUR MOUTH! but it is easy to pick up.
I have noticed that some people have been complaining that the game is too hard, WHY DON'T YOU JUST PUT THE GAME MODE ONTO EASY!
but there we go! its good to have a challenge anyway.
All in all Smackdown is AMAZING it is not the best game around but it is by FAR the best wrestling game around. BY THIS GAME NOW!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
Oh yer u r probably wunderin y i am against wrestlemania XIX well its kinda coz i used 2 av it and i reeli h8ed it lol.
great game!!!!!!!!

Taking you beyond the broadcast, Madden NFL 2002 delivers exhibition, season, playoff, two-minute drill, and tournament modes. You can also play in franchise mode and take complete control in a quest for NFL glory. The 2002 release of this popular NFL series also takes you inside the huddle with new camera replay angles, and it delivers widescreen TV support.

Good Game, But Not Too Many ImprovementsThis year's version of the game gives you some nice enhancments over Madden 2001, but not as much as I would have expected. The Ask the Coach feature for offensive play selection has changed so that Madden gives you advice. But, the advice phrases are the same as last year's in most cases, the difference being Madden is giving the advice.
Another disappointment in this year's version was the lack of focus on the addition of new commentary by John Madden and Pat Summerall. If you played last year's version long enough, you'll quickly start to hear some of the same commentary again.
Another thing they took away from the game, which I thought was great, is the comments made by players when scoring a touchdown or making a key play. ("All I do is score touchdowns!")
The gameplay has improved. Kicking field goals and punts is now more difficult because of a new accuracy and power meter, and the computer's artificial intelligence is definitely increased from last year.
In addition, the new franchise mode and updated roster alone make the game worth buying. You'll also enjoy a number of other features such as the ability to challenge a play and a new training mode where John Madden teaches you the X's and O's of football.
A Very Good Game-Madden Cards: These rock. I admit I felt the best NFL game was the NFL 2k series, until I played and used Madden Cards. The opportunity to use historic teams and players is a great idea! It adds a different element to the game which I enjoy.
-NFL re-alignment: I really liked the fact that they included the new alignment for the 2002 season and beyond. the addition of the Houston Texans was cool, but I truly like being able to see what the league will look like next year.
-Depth: This game has depth and then some. You not only draft players, you juggle the salary cap, sign free agents, re-sign current players, etc... I don't see how much deeper you can go than this!
-Graphics: Of course they are great! The movements are fluid, the bodies are realistic... everything a modern gamer could want in a football game. I do wish they showed more of the stadiums and I wish that, when you win the SuperBowl there was more of a celebration to it (more graphics and done in cinema mode would be cool) rather than simply being carted off the field, but these are minor things.
The BAD...
-Passing and Running: I've found passing is quite difficult and running seems to be quite easy. Maybe it's just me, but I have a very hard time completing passes while I seem to run for over 200 yards/game on a regular basis.
-Defensive line: The defensive line rush is almost non-existant. I usually play one of the guys on the line and have found it's quite difficult to get to the passer. However, the computer doesn't seem to have much of a problem rushing my QB!
-Madden and Pat: I have to admit, the announcing is horrible. They really need to get more lines and some get rid of some of the old ones. Pat still uses the "The fore-arm shiver" line and Madden is still annoying. The announcing for NFL 2K2 was, in my opinion better.
All in all you can't go wrong with this game. I didn't find it to be quite as fun as NCAA2002, but that's not to say it's a bad game. On the contrary, this is a good game and well worth the price.
I love this Game!I just want to say that this games truly rocks! I love the graphics, the animations, sound bytes, season and franchise mode and the hype of going thru a season/play-offs and going all the way against the computer in all-madden mode. As a matter of fact I just lead my San Fransico 49'ers to a "Super Bowl win in year 1 in franchise mode against the Indianapolis Colts on Chirstmas eve 2003. (final score 24-21)I am getting ready to shape my roster to start year 2. In fact I love the on the field graphics even better than "NFL MADDEN 2004", although the 2004 version has more features both on and off the field I still think the overall on the field animation and clear cut look around the field and view of the players is better and more realistic than '04. Heck, I didn't care to buy the 2003 or 2004 version. I'am quite satisfied with "NFL MADDEN 2002". I hope that the 2005 game is similar in on the field style and graphics as 2002, then I would like to upgrade perhaps. I won't deny I wish the play-by-play comentary was a bid sharper with each play and situation, sometimes I hear good old John Madden say a comment that has nothing to do with what's really going on in the game. For instance, I am playing a game right, and its barely still early in the first or second quarter and say I am loosing by 7-10 points and I decide to run the ball and John says, its no longer time to run the ball any more. Could it be that I play 6 minute quarters? Oh well, things like that. I also would love to see more hype and celebration after each win! Special after a play-off win, and oh yeah, please make more on the field celebration and commenatary after getting and winnig the SUPER BOWL! How about showing the legendary Lombardy Thorphy please!
Your game guides come in very handy thank you! I do own the game guide for "MADDEN 2002" it has made me a much better player.
I hope this games keep getting better in every way!
Sincerly,
Julio
