    Almost Perfect
This game has unbelievable graphics combined with great lasting appeal. one minor detail you can't pass easily, heres a tip forget passing pick a passing shotgun play and run with the quaterback up the right sideline and use stiff arm to get atleast a first down almost garunteed, in one game only I got over 300 yards with steve young. other than this interesting abilaty the game is perfect

    Rockin Game
this is a great game and it is very fun. It has great graphics and the music is pretty good too. Although this team does not have the Titans it is very good. You can watch two teams play or you can play with four people or by yourself. Even though this game is old it still has Brett Favre from the Pacers as their quarterback and if you like the jets this game has vinny testiverdi and curtis martin. If you like the Giants this game has Amandi Toomer. This game is also good because you can create teams in which i enjoy doing and you can create players. You can play with the eguinas which is a good made up team. By the way in this game it is pretty hard to make a field goal and sometimes your opponent comes back to win in the end of the game (this really ticks me off). Anyway it is a good game.

    Perfection
I personally think that this game is a pure calssic. It has big hits and realistic hard football action. I have this game and it is definiteley a must have!!

    Wow...
Well, as I was reading the reviews here, I thought I didn't need to say a single word as a result of most of you reviewing the game quite fairly...fairly being giving the game absolutely no less than a 4. But then I came across one review...yikes. Skipping ahead, it all started off as a normal day, me on the computer, sittin' back, looking for Rallisport 1 codes. I came across a little link at IGN.com on the Xbox channel that said "Rallisport Challenge 2" Instantly, I clicked on the link and then...BOOM! Like magic I was transferred to the page. All I could say was "Oh man, I am getting Rallisport Challenge 2." (Hands shaky and palms sweaty, of course!) But then comes today. I haven't gotten the game yet, but I have the Exhibition demo version. Got it at Wal-Mart. (Sorry Toysrus, I just live closer to Wal-Mart, otherwise I would've shopped at your store, trust me..you have a much better selection of everything videogames!) I played the game, and instantly I was floored. I was mauled by the beautiful graphics...reflections of puddles in the mud from the rain, leaves flying up in the air as I drive through piles of them, pounds of dust kicking into the air as I slide through a turn on the track...which, of course, happens to be very well designed, and does not seem repetitive in any part whatsoever. Wow, the reflection of the cars' lights shimmering on the icy asphault, the sun realistically reflecting off of the ripples in the pond nearby...and the damage effects...completely awesome..there's no technical term to describe it...none but awesome. The track designs are, by far, perfect. Not too hard to tell where you are going, not so easy it seems fake, and nothing makes you feel like you've "seen that area before" during any of the races. But the damage thing actually leads me to the games physics engine. In the first game, the cars felt pretty weightless, and they just kind of slid around on the tracks, but in RSC 2, the cars have a perfect feeling of weight to them, and they hug the track just perfectly. Well, that is, if you are up to that. The fact being that it's a challenging game leads to the perk of a damage engine. The damages are very realistic, and I was very surprised when I found that my Subaru was suddenly not handling like the very expensive car it is (or was). The bumper was hanging off, sides that I actually rolled on were realistically caved in, lights that I smashed on wall sides were suddenly not shining anymore..oh yes, and as I looked down at the ever-so-bent front end of my car, I realized that my car was veering off to the right...and, as time (and more smashings to the frontal left side of mu Subaru) went by, I realized that it was getting progressively harder to turn left..wow. Very cool, if not innovative..."innovative?!", you ask? Well, yeah, this game gives new meaning to good graphics, good level design, good mechanics, good physics, good fun, good effected-performance-whilst-getting-your-car-smashed, good everything! If you're a fan of the series, the genre, or just videogames..ah, heck, if you're a fan of living then please, do yourself a favor and go get an Xbox, go get Rallisport Challenge 2, pick up a can of Pepsi, take a sip, and pop the game in..go ahead, you desrve it. Everyone does.

They tried too hard, and lost a fan.
So, Rallisport 1 was the best game on the X-box. Still is. While many other racing games touted realism, Ralli touted fun. And FUN it was....cars with clear difficulty differences, bright, airy tracks, great sounds and wonderful falls. This was a forgiving game for the novice and a challenging game for the expert. Words cannot express how much I was lookin forward to this new game.....

...and unfortunately I am quite disappointed.

Yeah the graphics are better...the sound is a little bit better, but the gameplay really kinda sucks. The original game was challenging and had your palms sweating when you were racing for the title, and of course I swore at the screen many times, but it was all in fun and I really loved to repeat a course to beat it. In the new game I am swearing for other reasons....

    1) Landscape - oftentimes it is impossible to tell where the track ends and where the outer bits begin. That is cute at first, but it just sucks after a while.

    2) Collisions - things that I hit, that should be glancing blows, just simply STOP the car. You cannot use tactics where you bounce off a wall, or a small tree or something. There are no times where you flip over a rock and go WOO! Nope. You just...stop. It is horribly annoying.

    3) This "ghost" thing. In the original game it was really fun to bang into other cars, especially when you re-appear after an accident. In 2, you have this "ghost" factor where for the first few moments after you appear, you are essentially not there, so people drive through you. It throws your timing off...it should be a tactic to bounce off other cars, etc. In this, you drive through a car, and hit a rock, and STOP.

    4) There was a cute English voice yelling at you in the first game...apparently some people did not like it, so now there is a generic video game voice giving you directions.

    5) Damage. Yeah it sounds whiny, but in the first game you could beat the snot out of yer car and still roll along happily. In this game, if the wheel comes off, you cripple the car. You know what? I don't care about realism...there are enough realistic games out there.

In short, the fun-ness of the game is severely sacrificed for the sake of "better" graphics and sound. Yeah there are cool parts where you can really customize your replies, etc...but after a race I never find myself caring enough to watch.

So, the way I see it, I have another bazillion hours of fun left on Ralli. I don't have to play Ralli 2 at all, so I'll just put it on the shelf. Boy howdy I hope Halo 2 does not follow the same dark path.

I give this game 2 stars because they should have known better. They HAD the formula. If they made longer tracks, more cars from which to choose, and a couple more races, I would have been psyched, just like Doom/Doom 2.

Why mess with a winning formula?????????? Sadly it happens all too often.

    Rallisport Challenge 2
Overall / Summary: Easily much better than the original. Better graphics, better sound effects, better hadling, better everything (except music). This one even has EXCELLENT 16 player XBox Live support! Compared to Project Gotham Racing; RalliSport Challenge, 2 has better graphics, better environments, better lighting, equal Live support, but even though the two games are totally different in terms of game play, PGR2 comes in first when it comes to \"ease of play.\" Both PGR2 and RSC2 are the best racers on XBox, and both shouldn\'t be missed!

Gameplay: The career mode is fun, but a little easy at the start (naturally). As you progress it\'ll get harder, and most of the tracks become hard enough to challenge any skilled racer. The physics are much better than the original RalliSport. The cars don\'t seem to be so light any more, they actually hug the ground this time around. And the y interact with the environment a lot better too. So if you flip your car and it\'s going to roll around...it really IS going to roll around, and doors, bumpers, hoods, tires and just about everything but the driver flys off as the car tubles down the hill. One complaint is that on the ice tracks or a track were there could be little traction, your car my uncontrollably spin out and it\'s very hard to counter. But whatever. XBox Live support is AWESOME. Playing with 16 players is really fun. You get to see them fly around the track, and mess up just as well :D It really is a great experiance. 40 cars to choose from, and something like 90 tracks (some variances of others).

Visual: Top notch! The trees look totally realistic, and everything is MUCH better than the original game. The environments are much more interesting, and there\'s a lot more to look at and enjoy. The cars look better too. The sky textures have been improved from the original, and so has the overall texture quality.

Sound: Now comes the good and the bad area. The bad: the music sucks pretty bad, but luckily there are custom sound tracks. The good: the cars sound good, and that\'s all that matters when you have Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround.

      10 minutes of fun
I have recently bought this game, and i was really thinking it was going to be fun. I like pool, when I personally play, but the game plays the game for you. It is not a challange, and after 10 minutes you will put it away and move on. My suggestion is to save your money and by something that you know you will enjoy!

Very lifelike, but not as much entertainment as expected.
I must say, a very well job done with the graphics of the balls, tables, and maybe even the cue sticks. You can set up the ball to go almost precisely where you want it to in 7 different games. You can easily unlock 5 more and get even more. Billiards is fun, the rocket launcher is fun, and the 24 cents game is fun and the graphics are all incredible, but the rest, we need a little more entertainment. But still, it's the only pool game found on Dreamcast and you probably couldn't make it much funner than this, anyway, so, a good bargain it is.

Maximum Pool is a great pool game for any system!
Maximum Pool is worth the time and money for all ages. It's very easy to learn. I like the comments of Jim, Amy, Linda, and Buddy, although Brad is a bit rude! This game has 7 games. When you beat each of the characters in the highest level, you unlock 5 more games. Then to unlock 5 new shaped tables for the 5 new games, beat them in the highest level again. My favorite game is the unlockable 24 cents. It's very addictive, and if your being crushed by your opponent, you caneasily comeback by sinking dimes and the quarter. The graphics and the realistic play are unbelievable. You can either use guidelines or not. What cracks me up is when the woman screams sometimes when the ball flies
off the table. I really don't know why I didn't give this 5 stars. Maybe it's just not perfect, but extremely fun indeed!

MX 2002 is the better game.
If this game would have been released as a LIVE enabled game, it would have been great. The only LIVE connectivity it does offer is the ability to download content. That is a plus but in the end, you aren't getting anything that MX2002 doesn't provide much better. I find the modeling of the rider on the bike to be stiff and much less realistic than MX2002.

I'm a Moto GP Live player and was really hoping this game would of had that same LIVE kind of play. That would have put this game on top.

But the good news is, this presents a wonderfull oportunity for this game to fall by the wayside while a better game that mixes the live element with realistic physics modeling comes out.

THQ did such an awesome job rushing MotoGP into the LIVE arena for beta testing that I was surprised their logo was on this offering.

great game but some of it is just really fake
MX superfly is really cool because you can get so much air in the game but, sometimes the tricks that you can do are so fake but, what I really like about MX superfly is that you can do a great tail whip unlike MX 2002.Another thing is that you cant make your own player in MX superfly. Also the landing in MX superfly is really really bad.Even the greatest player at MX superfly can't land from big air.So I think im going to stick with MX 2002.

        superfly
This game is sweet cause i bought it and it is kool and this is a fun game.If you are wanting to buy a good game game buy this one or splinter cell

Not bad, but not good either
This game is alright if you like terrible graphics and high scoring on every mode. I'll start with terrible graphics first. On any camera angle the game play stinks. On "Ice" mode it is worse than terrible and horrible combined. Anything else just doesn't click in with the NHL. Hi scoring: On Pro mode (supposed to be hard to score on)I exploded through the season with a 68-14 record (I turned off ties) with the Detroit Red Wings scoring 11 or more goals in 91% of the games.

Plus when I played as NYR today and Gretzky took the draw, the puck went to Samuelson and he passed right back up to the Great One and Gretz scored a breakaway goal 03 seconds into the game!! Well, that's high scoring. In season mode I was Detroit,(see 68-14 record season on top.) and I created Manny Legace, Yuri Butsayev and a few others. Yuri Butsayev scored 101 goals on the year and took the Rocket Richard trophy. Not 10, not 11, not 1 goal but yes 101 (one hundred and one)!! How can you even score 90 on season mode??? A couple other things I am mad about, but I don't want to get into a long season story again so that's all. (P.S I am actually rating this 2.5 not a full 3.)

Okay-But the frame rate kills it
NHL 99 brings a fun, although frustrating experience to hockey gaming...I have only briefly played 2000 and I find that to be a better game simply on framerate alone...when a gamer has such choppy framerate as this game develops it becomes extremely difficult to play...this has some pretty neat features such as refs calling back goals...and people being kicked out of games for instigating fights...overall fun but a disapointment!

The newer versions just don't compare to this.
When I first played this game, I was completely astonished. The gameplay is excellent, without any doubt. One round and I was having a grand time.

The graphics may not be the best, but they still do okay for the Playstation.

Everything is very real. All the penalties, checks, and very interesting fights all included. Even Game Misconduct penalties!

And sometimes older versions are better than the new ones. When I played NHL 2000, it just didn't compare. And NHL 99 for the Nintendo 64 was just as bad. They both have better graphics, but the gameplay just didn't match up. NHL 99 includes training drills to hone your skills with a wide selection of different drills available. And with a friend makes things even better. Partners or opponents.

I bought NHL 99 about a year ago and I'm still playing it like I just bought. It would make a great gift for any hockey fan at an an amazing price and also has a LOT of replay value. Would definitely be worth buying (Without ANY doubt at all)!

            Hours of entertainment
I'm not one for sports type games but this one was so much fun. The characters that you get to choose from is where the fun comes from. The real fun of the single player game is contained in the game's championship mode. Here, you'll select a boxer whose stats will be extremely low. You'll have to work the boxer through the ranks, through three classes. You can fight for cash prizes and then spend the cash on the training of your boxer. The training takes form in a series of little minigames. Do extremely well in the minigames, and you'll get an even higher bonus to your stats. As you move through the ranks, you'll unlock more boxers in the championship mode, and you'll eventually unlock the bosses for play in the arcade mode. The boxers' faces get banged up after a few rounds and their personalities shine through in the ring introductions. The sound of the crowd, including shouts of encouragement from the corner men, brings a lot to the game's atmosphere. Since it's a few years old.. it's a cheap game now but it's one to have in your collection.

            A FUN GAME
THis is a fun game and has lots of different things to do.Different boxers and bonus players. Its a great game to buy.

This is a great game for the Play Station
I like this game because I can beet the game very easily. I like how they come to the final boss boxer. For future players who don't know what this game features. This game features Pop Star Michael Jaxon, and MBA Star Shaquel ONeal. I'm sorry if I've spelled the first name wrong, but It'll have to do. Anyway! when you finaly beet these 2 seleberties! you come to this boxer from Chicago. After you beet all the rest of the boxers you have to Fight Michael Buffer/Rumble Man. Rumble Man is the final boss you have to fight at the end of the game. After you beet it! you are the champion. I know because I beet this game over and over on Play Station, but I couldn't beet the PS2 version...I mean I beet it once, but this version is the one I beet over and over. There is no way anyone can beet me. I can't be too sure of that. Anyway! I highly recommend this to future Play Station fans out there.

            DO NOT BUY THIS GAME
This is a horrible game, I mean it is just down right stupid. The fish are a real pain to catch and the line always snaps on the weakest fish when you are fishing. On top of that the game has the WORST music I have ever heard. The controls are odd and the graphics STINK. The worst part is trying to pick out the right bait to use. The are over 30 kind of bait and only one kind works for each fish. So the whole time you are trying to pick the right bait when the timer is going down. To get new levels you need to beat challenges which are impossible. You get WAY to little time catch a lot of really rare fish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUY A BETTER GAME. !GOOD TIMES!

            ok saltwater only game
Bad graphics, great sound, nice underwater graphics, good sound, mind-boggling variety. An OK SALTWATER FISHING game (no Largemouth here but 1000 + pound Marlins are around!).Bottom-line_ an ok choice to add to your fishing collection f ya like big/saltwater fish.

            Instant love
This is an exalent fishing game. I "caught" on really fast. A tip for the first timers, look for the yellow arrows and press them with the d-pad when reeling the fish in. If you are can't figure out how to set the hook, check the fish info (It also tells you where to find them, with temp and depth. That is also shown on your radar.). Anyways this is an suberb fishing games for game freaks (like me) or real fisherman (also like me).

            Best hockey since Sega Gensis
The thrill is back in hitz pro. Wow! This game moves quick and looks gorgous. You can play traditional hockey or arcade so it's like two games in one.

            The Past is Ruined
I cant say I'm to happy with Hitz Pro. I dont understand why people have to change the game so much, leave it the way it is and just patch up a couple of glitches. Making the game 5 on 5 completely ruined it. Who the hell makes this game anyway Gary Bettman lol. This game went from being an awesome unique three on three battle with thundering hitz and amazing graphics to an ordinary 5 on 5 hockey game which I can I play on any other hockey game. Go back to the old style.

            Thanks, Anonymous

            fun
this is the quickest hockey game and it's fun too.

THIS IS THE WORST GAME I HAVE EVER SEEN
This game is so bad that you can not geet to the next level you fall a lot it is hard to contral and there is no point of this game .

              The Game Rocks!!!
way better then THPS2. this is how i would rate it:(1-5)
              Graphics: 4
              Music: 5
              Players u choose: 5+
              Places u skate in: 5++
              Fun: 5+++
It's a great game, the tricks are great! there are a million new tricks.
there is also a new balance bar, so when you r grinding down a bar, you have to balance not to fall off! this makes the game alot more fun. the new places you skate in are so much better then THPS2, they have more jumps, bars and all that stuff.
I would recommend to get this game and play!

              Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3
I think has alot more than 1 and 2. It has Single Session unlike 1 and 2 they don't have Single Session. It has so much more levels, But it's a little different than 2. I own 2 and 3. I like hows there's more terrian and more grind poles and jumps. The graphics are not as good as two. I just can't wait for Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4

                Boys love it!
Just got this and my boys love it! For them it is the best of both worlds...they love racing games, and they love wrestling games. So this is a winner. Haven't played it myself, but anything that keeps them entertained and quiet for over 30 minutes at a time is well worth my money! If you have young boys (mine are 9,6,and 2 yr. old twins) give it a try!

                WORST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Save your money PLEASE!!! I am a HUGE WWE fan, and love racing type games, but this is a joke. You pick a wrestler and his "car" and fight in an arena using special weapons...the major problem here is that it dosent matter who you pick, or who you fight cause you cant even tell who you are...You get a behind the vehical shot, and I have no idea who I am supposed to be. The gameplay is kinda hard, sometimes I cant find anyone to fight, and I'm just getting hit from behind. I played a few times and was bored out of my mind each time. This has to be...WORST GAME EVER!!!!

                WWE Crush Hour
WWE Crush Hour is another game from the WWE, only this time the superstars are behind the wheel and they are ready for full on fighting action. With unlockable arenas, hilarious WWE commercials and commentary from Jim "JR" Ross. 8/10.
