A friend of mine had to call Little Tikes for a replacement for her truck because the rear wheel kept falling off. Then the whole metal axle would slide out - not a very safe thing with little ones around.
It seems that the newer Little Tikes stuff that is being outsourced to Chinese manufacturers is really junky compared to the stuff that was produced in US factories. Guess they're trying to reduce costs, but the product is suffering.
I would not recommend this product at all.
Simplicity and Safety at its Finest!of all of the toys that he got, this was his favorite.
It is simple, safe, durable and easy for a toddler to use.
The hard plastic is great (he also received a metal version
of this which we have tucked away for him - not safe).
If you buy one dump truck, make this one your purchase.
It's worth it.

Mega Man X6 just as bad as X5
Much better done than X5In Mega Man X5 we saw one of our favorite videogame series change into something else. These changes actually made the game easy and never made me think about playing it again.
However, Mega Man X6 is different. First of all, the game is actually a good challenge, actually this is the first Mega Man X game that has taken me more than a week or 3 days to get to the end of, and I still haven't beaten it (for me thats saying a WHOLE lot, I'm pretty sure people can beat Mega Man X in a day). The game is not as focused on plot as X5 was either.
However, the game may seem a little too difficult at times. Not to mention that they still didn't get back to anime videos. While I admit in X4 the voice acting wasn't good, Mega Man X6 has far too much dialogue. The game keeps something going for hours, that my friends is action, just what this game needs.
My only other gripe is that with the capsules they kept what they were doing in X5. In other words, until you collect all 4 pieces, you can't use the armor.
You can play as Zero but in the end it won't pay off. In X4 Zero was a character to remember, but now I gaurantee that you'll prefer X over Zero if you liked Zero in the past. X gets a Z-Saber but its useless to use. The music in the game could use a lot of work too. In the Past Mega Man X games the music has been really good.
Another gripe (but can be a good thing to raise Difficulty and replay), is that the level is never the same level twice. A random effect happens. You could play through a level once, then play through it again to find different enemy placements, you could find objects that weren't normally there, platforms in different places, but you can also find many mini bosses who use a different pattern.
My advice, Play Mega Man X4 or X2 before playing this game just to get the feel of what its like. X5 was also be a good decision this time around. Keep that in mind as those games are much better to get you started on the series. For the expeirienced, good luck with this one cuz its actually a challenge.

Originally released in Japan in 1998, Gundam Battle Assault definitely reeks a bit upon its stateside arrival two years later. While the graphics and sound are certainly colorful and mostly faithful to the animated shows, they are unremarkable at best, and, compared to more recent games in the fighting genre, this title is about as bare bones as they come in terms of features, options, and extras. Only two modes of play are available: the requisite two-player versus mode, and a one-player story mode that follows a poorly scripted plot sure to confound Gundam saga newbies and irritate veteran fans with its illogical absurdity. --Joe Hon
Pros:
- Features characters and mobile suits from the various Gundam cartoons
- Uninspired gameplay
- Unremarkable graphics and sound
- Minimal game features, options, and extras
- Story mode's poorly scripted plot will either confound or irritate fans

Well, how does it play?
It's an average fighter game. The number of moves are highly lacking, and not especially original. The screen's are a bit on the small side, for a mobile suit battle. The suits can fly around, but not for very long, which is, well, silly. The beam saber attack takes way too long to charge up, and it's weak. Again, that's silly. It would be nice to be able to set a match length, as the fights are one match bouts.
On the other hand, the animation is quite well done. The movements of the mobile suits are true to the show. You know how the beam saber is stored in the Qubeley? It's the same in the game.
Contrary to a previous review, this game has a lot of replay potential. There are some fun characters to unlock.
And another thing. The Mobile Armors are tiny. They are very tiny in this game. I mean, they're big, I suppose, but not at all to scale. They are tiny.
This game has fun to it, but it sure put me off Bandai's localization work for a while.
Not the best; not the worst.
A little bit for everyone

Armored Core Master of GarbageHowever, ACMOA fails terrible because it is just more of the same crap. You get about 5 more arenas for head-to-head fighting, some missions that are basically the same from the first two AC, a couple of weapons that do absolutely nothing, and enemies which are nearly impossible to destroy. Is it me, or do they never miss? I can be armed to the teeth with missles, rockets, laser cannons and machine guns, and I barely take 10% off their health, and yet the computer-controlled robots can destroy in about 8 seconds, only armed with a sword and a toothpick.
Even though the first AC came out 5 years ago, ACMOA seems to be even slower and the graphics look like they came straight off a Sega Genesis. Loading times are excruciatingly slow - it takes about 30 seconds to just start an arena game. To make if worse, you win or lose, the game takes another 20 seconds to automatically start showing the replay - you can't turn it off in the option screen. Then you have to wait another 30 seconds for the game to go back to the main menu. Talk about your loading times!
And here's the final straw - even though analog sticks have been available on the PSX since 1996, ACMOA still relies on the d-pad. You use L1 and R1 to strafe, and L2 and R2 to look up and down. This game just begs for the usage of the TWO ANALOG JOYSTICSK, but apparently the game makers are still living in 1995. Even this one little thing could have savalge the game.
But nope. With outdated graphics, terrible controls, and nothing really new to offer, Armored Core Master of Arena is best suited for die hard AC fans. Wait a second, I'm a die hard AC fan, and I thought the game sucked. Let me change that. ACMOA is best suited for those who like to waste money and play the same game over and over again. If you own the first AC, buy Project Phantasm, availabe for about $20 at most stores. If you don't own AC or AC Project Phantasm, DO NOT BUY this game.
Armored Core Masters of Arena
THIS IS MY ALL TME FAVORITE GAME OF ALL TIME

Pros:
Mobility, coupled with an array of growls, roars and twitches, will keep your attention for a short while. I do give the creators credit for a sincere effort at realism, however...
Cons:
The clawlike arms are not mechanized, and just hang there.
There is a loud clicking sound (gears?) as he moves his head.
Although the legs move, the tail is stiff and non-functional (tags along on non-powered wheels protruding from below).
The big guy has trouble negotiating anything other than smooth, flat surfaces.
Basically, I think the problem with toys such as this, is simply the lack of child interaction. After a short time, the novelty wears off, and junior goes scurrying back to the lego blocks. I also purchased a very well-conceived E.T. figure for my 5-yr. old son (4 at the time). The vocal effects were excellent, but like Mr. T-Rex, he was soon gathering dust in a box in the closet.
Bottom-line: Child interaction is priority #1. A good jigsaw puzzle will beat the heck out of fancy, mechanized toys. Fool me twice - shame on me.
