I will never purchase another Fast Lane item. We bought this set and another Fast Lane item for Christmas. Both are cheaply made, and the pieces began falling apart almost immediately. It is now the beginning of February, and I'm ready to put both in the trash. Big waste of money.

This toy started to break as it was coming out of the box. I've never experienced such a poorly made toy. The plastic is extremely flimsy and cheap. I was very disapointed with the quality. It was a gift for Christmas and it will be ready for the trash within the next week. Please don't waste your money on this one.

My Son and I were VERY disappointed in this toy. The plastic is so cheap, it breaks while trying to remove it from it's packaging. The large fire truck was the worse of the three vehicles. The pieces are so tiny and there is no where to store them, so they can be lost easily

I bought this game back in 1999, only to sadly add that I still cannot pass the first level. It is very frustrating to try and control the game. So, if someone can help me...............

singel play is weak yet I have not found A better two player Death match EVER!!! It just Rules! P.S.- only for Play Station you have to use the ps. Duel stick controlers to get the most out of it. never the N64 with thear three handid alein controlers.

Forsaken is the greatest death-match, head to head game ever made. It's one player is boring, but death-match is beautiful. flying small ships through 5 underground arena / mazes,1st person cockpit view, perfect controller config in analog, and a great assortment of missles, mines, and power-ups. I've never found a game that is as much fun as this one. it's complicated at first to control, but totally worth the effort.

My brother bought a whole set of Spiderman toys for my son including this piece. It is sitting in our garage and is completely undone. It looked big and promising but it just did not work. He was looking forward to this toy very much and was extremely excited but then each piece started falling apart and in the end, it just turned out to be another Spiderman junk. I am writing this review because we have an enormous amount of Spiderman toys which are really a waste of money and all of them, a total disappointment. My son is a serious spiderman enthusiast so he always forces us to get him these spiderman toys and then we have to handle the disappointment that spills off the next few minutes. At least, my son has still the movie to look for. All we know is we are not buying ANYMORE spiderman toys going forward.

My son got this for Christmas and has loved it!! He plays with it for hours and also takes it in the bath with him. He really seems to get enjoyment out of it. The only downfall I've encountered is that the plastic cockpit peice has fallen off a million times, so we just took it off permenantly. Other than that we've had great fun with this.

Overall, my son likes this toy. Yes, it is true that the blades fall off occasionally, but they pop right back on. The plastic cockpit can be put back on as well if it falls off. Not the most durable toy, but not the worst either.

I totally concur with David, this car is nice looking but not very useful as a pedal car. I purchased the car fo my daughter and she hardly ever plays with it. The pedals are hard to use and prone to jamming. In addition, the steering is a joke. The steering wheel is flimsy and fastened only by one nut. The mechanism would not allow you to turn the wheel more that a few degrees each way so turning is nearly impossible or too laborious for a child. I found the padding on the seat too thin and the metal edges in some areas too sharp for a toy. A kid could really get injured in one of these things.

I read many reviews before purchasing on-line and rarely find rosy reviews of any value. Case in point - everything I read about the American Retro pedal car at Amazon and else where suggested that this was a very good product. Considering the price and reviews, I assumed the toy was a quality purchase. After ordering the car for my 4-year-old I found that the car looks nice, the body is well constructed, the paint is good and the rims are nice. However, the "solid rubber tires" are a type of foam rubber (not what I would think of as solid rubber or durable), the pedal mechanism is cheap (this makes it difficult to keep the car in motion and it is subject to jamming), and the steering mechanism is cheap (which makes it difficult to steer and the tires rub the nice paint when the car turns). Additionally, the axles are weak, which causes the rear tires to splay out slightly when a 40-pound child is in the car and allows the front tires to wobble around as the car is driven. The assembly instructions are also a joke since they consist of a single page, which is a parts list and a picture. As a reference I bought an InStep brand pedal car for my 2 year old for one forth the cost of the American Retro. Overall the InStep car is as well constructed as the American retro, however, the InStep car has solid rubber tires, a better pedal mechanism, a better steering mechanism and a detailed 8 page set of assembly instructions. The InStep car is not as nice looking as the American retro, but taking price and quality into account I think the InStep pedal car was a better deal. Most importantly, after 30 minutes with the American Retro, my 4-year-old began to share the InStep car with my 2-year-old rather than continue to struggle with the American Retro. Lesson learned yet again- expensive does not necessarily equal quality.

I donÂ't have words to discribe my sonÂ's face when he saw this car on the net, he wants it bad and that desire make me wish I was his age to try it.

So far i'm not impressed at all by Take 2's $10 each collection. In ball breakers you play a robot and you basically kill other robots to complete levels. The levels all look the same, the robots are all about the same, the control is bad, music is bad, its just overall bad. I'd reccomend putting this $10 on a more expensive game.

At first this game seems pathetic. It seems simple and rather boring. I really don't know why I kept playing it in the first place but as time went on the difficulty of the game increased, the want of conquering the game was undeniable. Its a puzzle game to reach the highest score and the fastest time. If you want a challenge, this is the game for you. I guess its more for the old school nintendo player though. If you miss the nintendo challenge, which was a true challenge, then this is a game for you.

I grabbed this toy at Target when I saw that it cost just about as much as any other Barbie car, but this one was remote- controlled. We bought this for our 6 year old daughter for Christmas in lieu of yet another Barbie horse-drawn carriage. This is a whole lot more durable than any carriage! My daughter has no problem remembering to turn off the car with the switch on the bottom. It is bulky, and it takes up its own space on a shelf, rather than in a toy box. As far as the turn feature, it does not have a right or left control, but by backing up and going forward in small steps, you can get the car to turn. This is a challenge for my daughter, yet one she can handle. Because of its size, I think this is a better outdoor or garage toy, in which the child has plenty of space to run it around. In retrospect, my daughter would have equallly loved the Barbie VW beetle- non-remote-controlled version with the key that opens the trunk, but it actually would have cost us more than this one.

This car is so cute, It would have made a great Xmas gift. I'm just glad I checked it out first.... First of all it takes 4 "C" batteries and 1 "9" volt. It does not shut off automatically, so it will suck the batteries quickly. Secondly, it goes forwards/backwards only. There is no turning. Thirdly, it worked great on the kitchen tiles, but on the carpet, it had a ridiculously LOUD and grating squeek. It's cute but definitely not worth it, and will be returned tomorrow.

Yup, this is not Tonka if you read the other reviewer. The ambulance makes realistic sounds, and the two figures add lots of realism to your playscape. Its a great addition to the Thomas hospital building (Brio doesn't have one that I know of)
Brio toys ARE expensive, but they are built nicely and to last.
My son enjoys the fact that this ambulance makes a distinct and different sound than the fire engine, or the police car, or the remote control train which also come with sound effects

This ambulance is tiny! When it was advertised as battery operated, and came in a 10" box, I thought this was an ambulance my toddler can push around on the floor and have it make noises. Instead it's perfect for putting in his mouth and choking!

My son loves this airplane. At only two years of age, he has no problem squeezing the tail to make the propellors spin. Caillou and Gilbert have articulated arms and legs. My son loves putting Gilbert in the cat carrier and loading him into the cargo bin. As the other reviewer mentioned, the cockpit door does come off a little too easily (that's why I only gave it four stars). However, my son has master that without any problem and it doesn't cause us any frustration. I highly recommend this toy.

We could not wait to give this airplane to our daughter for her birthday. She is totally crazy about airplanes. I had looked all over for an airplane that actually opens up for the child to place people inside. This one has a working cargo door and the cockpit top is supposed to open and close. Instead, the cockpit top comes completely off everytime my daughter trys to lift the lid. Instead of playing with the plane she is running to us ever 30 seconds asking us to fix her plane.

We assumed that this would be a high quality toy like Little Tikes normally produces. We were so disappointed with the plane we returned the unopened one that we had purchased for our nephew.

This toy is not worth the money. It breaks easily, and it's knees don't even bend. I am a Halo fan, and when I looked for a good collectable action figure, they were all expensive. It's colors dont even match those of the game, and it has this weird billy goat beard. Please, don't get it,it's not worth your money

what can i say, this toy rules. Its got like, paint on it, and it has a gun. he looks cool. you can like pretend your right in HALO shooting away.

We had a very hard time keeping the car on the track! - very frustrating for children 6 years old - You had to go slow around the turns or the car would fly off the track; but then you wouldn't have enough speed to complete the loop and the car would derail. We only got the car completely around the track one time after about 15 tries. It's too bad because it looks really cool from the picture on the box. Hopefully they will improve the design.

I got this track for my 6 yr old cousin. It is probably a little much for him, but I like it. The cars do go flying off the track, and that is what makes it fun. You get the sensation of actually making decisions about speed which affect the cars ability to stay on the track. You can experiment with how much speed and when to add speed. It is more fun this way than if the cars simply stayed on the track when run at full speed.

My wife bought this for our 8 year old this Xmas and I fully expected to return it, however it's a keeper! I cannot agree with the previous reviewer. Yes, you CAN fly the cars off the track if you drive like a 16 year old on his first date. You have to learn how to use the trigger on the controller to make the curves and loops at the correct speed. The track has a lap counter that goes to 10. We race as long as we can without going off the track. Some races go to 50 times around and that's with (2) 8 year olds! My only gripe is that I would like to expand the track and cannot find accessories to do this. If I have to buy a second set for [this price], that is exactly what I'm going to do. If you don't want to spend a bunch of money on a race set that may get limited use, you can't go wrong with this!
